תהילים 99

1 יהוה מלך ירגזו עמים ישב כרובים תנוט הארץ

YHWH has reigned, peoples tremble, The Inhabitant of the cherubim, the earth shakes.

2 יהוה בציון גדול ורם הוא על-כל-העמים

YHWH [is] great in Zion, And He [is] high over all the peoples.

3 יודו שמך גדול ונורא קדוש הוא

They praise Your Name, “Great, and fearful, [it] is holy!”

4 ועז מלך משפט אהב אתה כוננת מישרים משפט וצדקה ביעקב אתה עשית

And the strength of the king Has loved judgment, You have established uprightness; Judgment and righteousness in Jacob, You have done.

5 רוממו יהוה אלהינו והשתחוו להדם רגליו קדוש הוא

Exalt our God YHWH, And bow yourselves at His footstool, He [is] holy.

6 משה ואהרן בכהניו ושמואל בקראי שמו קראים אל-יהוה והוא יענם

Moses and Aaron among His priests, And Samuel among those proclaiming His Name. They are calling to YHWH, And He answers them.

7 בעמוד ענן ידבר אליהם שמרו עדתיו וחק נתן-למו

He speaks to them in a pillar of cloud, They have kept His testimonies, And He has given the statute to them.

8 יהוה אלהינו אתה עניתם אל נשא היית להם ונקם על-עלילותם

O YHWH, our God, You have afflicted them, You have been a forgiving God to them, And taking vengeance on their actions.

9 רוממו יהוה אלהינו והשתחוו להר קדשו כי-קדוש יהוה אלהינו

Exalt our God YHWH, And bow yourselves at His holy hill, For our God YHWH [is] holy!
