< Halelu 67 >
1 E ALOHA mai ke Akua ia makou, A e hoomaikai mai hoi ia makou; A e hoomalamalama mai kona maka ia makou; (Sila)
[For the Chief Musician. With stringed instruments. A Psalm. A song.] May God be merciful to us, bless us, and cause his face to shine on us. (Selah)
2 I ikeia kou aoao ma ka honua, A me kou hoola ana ma na lahuikanaka a pau.
That your way may be known on earth, and your salvation among all nations,
3 E hoolea aku na kanaka ia oe, e ke Akua; E pau hoi na kanaka i ka hoolea aku ia oe,
let the peoples praise you, God. Let all the peoples praise you.
4 E hauoli na lahuikanaka, a e oli no ka olioli: No ka mea e hooponopono oe i na kanaka ma ka pololei, A ma ka honua e alakai ai oe ia lakou. (Sila)
Let the nations be glad and sing for joy, for you will judge the world in righteousness. You will judge the peoples with equity, and guide the nations on earth.
5 E hoolea aku na kanaka ia oe, e ke Akua; E pau na kanaka i ka hoolea aku ia oe.
Let the peoples praise you, God. Let all the peoples praise you.
6 Alaila e haawi mai ka honua i kona hua; A e hoomaikai mai ke Akua ko kakou Akua ia kakou.
The land has yielded its produce. May God, our God, bless us.
7 E hoomaikai mai ke Akua ia kakou; A e makau aku ia ia na welelau a pau o ka honua.
May God bless us. Every part of the earth shall fear him.
