And, the children of Amram, Aaron, and Moses, and Miriam, —and, the sons of Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.
4 Na Eleazara o Pinehasa, na Pinehasa o Abisua,
Eleazar, begat Phinehas, Phinehas, begat Abishua;
5 Na Abisua o Buki, na Buki o Uzi,
and, Abishua, begat Bukki, and, Bukki, begat Uzzi;
6 Na Uzi o Zerahia, na Zerahia o Meraiota,
and, Uzzi, begat Zerahiah, and, Zerahiah, begat Meraioth;
7 Na Meraiota o Amaria, na Amaria o Ahituha,
Meraioth, begat Amariah, and, Amariah, begat Ahitub;
8 Na Ahituba o Zadoka, na Zadoka o Ahimaaza,
and, Ahitub, begat Zadok, and, Zadok, begat Ahimaaz;
9 Na Ahimaaza o Azaria, na Azaria o Iohanana,

and, Azariah, begat Seraiah, and, Seraiah, begat Jehozadak;

And, the sons of Kohath, were Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.
19 O na keikikane a Merari; o Meheli, a o Musi O lakou na ohana a ka poe Levi, mamuli o ko lakou mau kupuna.
The sons of Merari, Mahli and Mushi. And, these, are the families of Levi by their fathers:
20 Na Geresoma; o Libeni kana keiki, o Iahata kana keiki, o Zima kana keiki,
To Gershom, pertained Libni his son, Jahath his son, Zimmah his son,
21 O Ioa kana keiki, o Ido kana keiki, o Zera kana keiki, o Ieaterai kana keiki.
Joah his son, Iddo his son, Zerah his son, Jeatherai his son.
22 O na keikikane a Kohata; o Aminadaba kana keiki, o Kora kana keiki, o Asira kana keiki,
The sons of Kohath, Amminadab his son, Korah his son, Assir his son;
23 O Elekana kana keiki, o Ebiasapa kana keiki, o Asira kana keiki,
Elkanah his son, and Ebiasaph his son, and Assir his son;
24 O Tahata kana keiki, o Uriela kana keiki, o Uzia kana keiki, o Saula kana keiki.
Tahath his son, Uriel his son, Uzziah his son, and Shaul his son.

And, the sons of Elkanah, Amasai, and Ahimoth.

the sons of Merari, Mahli, —Libni his son, Shimei his son, Uzzah his son;
30 O Simea kana keiki, o Hagia kana keiki, a o Asaia kana keiki.
Shimea his son, Haggiah his son, Asaiah his son.

And, these, are they whom David caused to stand, as the servants of song, in the house of Yahweh, when he had given rest unto the ark;

And, the sons of Merari, their brethren, on the left hand, Ethan son of Kishi, son of Abdi, son of Malluch; —
45 Ke keiki a Hasabia, ke keiki a Amazia, ke keiki a Hilekia,
son of Hashabiah, son of Amaziah, son of Hilkiah, —
46 Ke keiki a Amezi, ke keiki a Bani, ke keiki a Samera,
son of Amzi, son of Bani, son of Shemer; —

Howbeit, their brethren, the Levites, were given, for all the work of the habitation, of the house of God.

And, these, are their dwelling-places, according to their encampments, in their boundary, —pertaining to the sons of Aaron, of the families of the Kohathites, for, theirs, was the lot:

so they gave them Hebron, in the land of Judah, and the pasture lands thereof, round about it;

but, the field-land of the city, and the villages thereof, gave they to Caleb son of Jephunneh.

And, to the sons of Aaron, gave they, the cities of refuge—Hebron, and Libnah, with her pasture lands, —and Jattir and Eshtemoa, with her pasture lands;
58 O Hilena me kona kula, o Debira a me kona kula,
and Hilen with her pasture lands, Debir, with her pasture lands;
59 O Asana a me kona kula, a o Betesemesa a me kona kula:
and Ashan, with her pasture lands, and Bethshemesh, with her pasture lands;
60 A ma ko ka ohana a Beniamina; o Geba me kona kula o Alemeta me kona kula, a o Anatota me kona kula. O na kulanakauhale a pau ma ko lakou mau ohana he umikumamakolu na kulanakauhale.
and, out of the tribe of Benjamin, Geba, with her pasture lands, and Allemeth, with her pasture lands, —and Anathoth, with her pasture lands; —all their cities, were thirteen cities, throughout their families.
61 No na mamo a Kohata i koe o ka ohana ma ia lahuikanaka, i kaa no lakou he umi mau kulanakauhale o ka ohana hapa, oia ka ohana hapa a Manase.
And, unto the rest of the sons of Kohath—of the families of the tribe of Ephraim and of the tribe of Dan, and of the half-tribe of Manasseh, by lot ten cities.
62 A no ka poe mamo a Geresoma, ma ka lakou mau ohana, he umikumamakolu na kulanakauhale o ka ohana a Isekara, a o ka ohana a Asera, a o ka ohana a Napetali, a o ka ohana a Manase i Basana.
And, to the sons of Gershom, by their families—out of the tribe of Issachar, and out of the tribe of Asher, and of the tribe of Naphtali, and out of the tribe of Manasseh in Bashan, thirteen cities.
63 A kaa aku no na mamo a Merari, ma ka lakou mau ohana, he umikumamalua na kulanakauhale o ka ohana a Reubena, a o ka ohana a Gada, a o ka ohana a Zebuluna.
And, unto sons of Merari, by their families—out of the tribe of Reuben, and out of the tribe of Gad, and out of the tribe of Zebulun, by lot twelve cities.
64 Na ka poe mamo a Iseraela i haawi aku no ka Levi ia mau kulanakauhale a me ko lakou mau kula.
So then the sons of Israel gave, to the Levites, —the cities and the pasture lands thereof;
65 A haawi aku la lakou ma ka puu ana ia mau kulanakauhale i kapaia ma na inoa, noloko o ka ohana o na mamo a Iuda, a noloko o ka ohana o na mamo a Simeona, a noloko o ka ohana o na mamo a Beniamina.
yea they gave, by lot, out of the tribe of the sons of Judah, and out of the tribe of the sons of Simeon, and out of the tribe of the sons of Benjamin, these cities which are mentioned by name.
66 A i kekahi mau ohana o na mamo a Kohata, ia lakou na kulanakauhale o na mokuna o lakou ma ko ka ohana a Eperaima.
But, as for some of the families of the sons of Kohath, they had the cities of their lot, out of the tribe of Ephraim;
67 A haawi aku la lakou i na kulanakauhale puuhonua, o Sekema ma ka mauna Eperaima me kona kula, a o Gezera hoi me kona kula,
and they gave unto them the cities of refuge—Shechem and her pasture lands, in the hill country of Ephraim, —and Gezer, with her pasture lands;
68 A o Iokemeama me kona kula, a o Betehorona me kona kula,
and Jokmeam, with her pasture lands, and Beth-heron, with her pasture lands;
69 A o Aialona me kona kula, a o Gatarimona me kona kula:
and Aijalon, with her pasture lands, and Gath-rimmon, with her pasture lands;
70 A noloko o ka ohana hapa a Manase; o Anera me kona kula, a o Ibeleama me kona kula no ke koena o ka ohana mamo a Kohata.
and, out of the half-tribe of Manasseh, Aner, with her pasture lands, and Bileam, with her pasture lands, —for the rest of the family of the sons of Kohath.
71 A no na mamo a Geresoma, o Golana i Basana me kona kula, a o Asetarota me kona kula, noloko o ko ka ohana hapa a Manase:
Unto the sons of Gershom—out of the family of the half tribe of Manasseh, Golan in Bashan, with her pasture lands, —and Ashtaroth, with her pasture lands.
72 A noloko o ko ka ohana o Isekara; o Kedesa me kona kula, o Daberata me kona kula,
And, out of the tribe of Issachar, Kedesh, with her pasture lands, —Daberath, with her pasture lands;
73 O Ramota me kona kula, a o Anema me kona kula:
and Ramoth, with her pasture lands, and Anem, with her pasture lands.
74 A noloko o ko ka ohana a Asera; o Masala me kona kula, a o Abedona me kona kula,
And, out of the tribe of Asher, Mashal, with her pasture lands, —and Abdon, with her pasture lands;
75 O Hukoka me kona kula, a o Rehoba me kona kula.
and Hukok, with her pasture lands, —and Rehob, with her pasture lands.
76 A noloko o ko ka ohana a Napetali: o Kedesa i Galilaia me kona kula, a o Hamona me kona kula, a o Kiriataima me kona kula,
And, out of the tribe of Naphtali, Kedesh in Galilee, with her pasture lands, and Hammon, with her pasture lands, —and Kiryathaim, with her pasture lands.
77 A no ke koena o na mamo a Merari, noloko o ka ohana a Zebuluna, o Rimona me kona kula, a o Tabora me kona kula:
Unto the rest of the sons of Merari—out of the tribe of Zebulun, Rimmono, with her pasture lands, —Tabor, with her pasture lands.
78 A ma kela kapa o Ioredane e kupono ana i Ieriko, ma ka aoao hikina o Ioredane, noloko o ko ka ohana a Reubena, o Bezera ma ka waoakua me kona kula, a o Iahaza me kona kula,
And, beyond the Jordan at Jericho, on the east of the Jordan—out of the tribe of Reuben, Bezer in the wilderness, with her pasture lands, —and Jahzah, with her pasture lands;
79 O Kedemota hoi me kona kula, a o Mepaata me kona kula:
and Kedemoth, with her pasture lands, and Mephaath, with her pasture lands.
80 Noloko hoi o ko ka ohana a Gada; o Ramota i Gileada me kona kula, a o Mahanaima me kona kula,
And, out of the tribe of Gad, Ramoth in Gilead, with her pasture lands, —and Mahanaim, with her pasture lands;
81 A o Hesebona me kona kula, a o Iazera me kona kula.
and Heshbon, with her pasture lands, and Jazer, with her pasture lands.
