1 Korintiyawa 10
1 Ina son ku sani, 'yan'uwa, cewa ubaninmu duka suna karkashin gajimarai kuma sun bi ta cikin teku.
For I do not want you to be ignorant, brothers, that our fathers were all under the cloud, and they all went across the sea.
2 Dukansu an yi masu baftisma cikin gajimarai da kuma teku,
And in Moses, they all were baptized, in the cloud and in the sea.
3 kuma dukansu sun ci abincin ruhaniya iri daya.
And they all ate of the same spiritual food.
4 Dukansu sun sha abin sha na ruhaniya iri daya. Gama sun sha daga wani dutsen ruhaniya da ya bisu, kuma wannan dutsen Almasihu ne.
And they all drank of the same spiritual drink. And so, they all were drinking of the spiritual rock seeking to obtain them; and that rock was Christ.
5 Amma Ubangiji bai ji dadin yawancinsu ba, saboda haka gawawakin su suka bazu a jeji.
But with most of them, God was not well-pleased. For they were struck down in the desert.
6 Wadan nan al'amura, an rubuta mana su domin muyi koyi da su, kada mu yi sha'awar miyagun ayyuka kamar yadda suka yi.
Now these things were done as an example for us, so that we might not desire evil things, just as they desired.
7 Kada ku zama masu bautar gumaka kamar yadda wadansun su suka yi. Wannan kamar yadda aka rubuta ne, “Mutanen sukan zauna su ci su sha kuma su tashi suyi wasa.”
And so, do not take part in idolatry, as some of them did, just as it was written: “The people sat down to eat and to drink, and then they rose up to amuse themselves.”
8 Kada mu shiga zina da faskanci kamar yadda yawancin su suka yi, a rana guda mutane dubu ashirin da uku suka mutu.
And let us not commit fornication, as some of them fornicated, and so twenty-three thousand fell on one day.
9 Kada mu gwada Almasihu kamar yadda yawancinsu suka yi, macizai suka yi ta kashe su.
And let us not tempt Christ, as some of them tempted, and so they perished by serpents.
10 kada kuma ku zama masu gunaguni kamar yadda suka yi, suka yi ta mutuwa a hannun malaikan mutuwa.
And you should not murmur, as some of them murmured, and so they perished by the destroyer.
11 Wadannan abubuwa sun faru dasu ne a matsayin misalai a garemu. An rubuta su domin gargadinmu - mu wadanda karshen zamanai yazo kanmu. (aiōn g165)
Now all of these things happened to them as an example, and so they have been written for our correction, because the final age has fallen upon us. (aiōn g165)
12 Saboda haka, bari duk wanda yake tunanin shi tsayyaye ne, to yayi hattara kada ya fadi.
And so, whosoever considers himself to be standing, let him be careful not to fall.
13 Babu gwajin da ya same ku wanda ba a saba da shi ba cikin dukan mutane. A maimako, Allah mai aminci ne. Da ba zaya bari ku jarabtu ba fiye da iyawarku. Tare da gwajin zai tanadar da hanyar fita, domin ku iya jurewa.
Temptation should not take hold of you, except what is human. For God is faithful, and he will not permit you to be tempted beyond your ability. Instead, he will effect his Providence, even during temptation, so that you may be able to bear it.
14 Saboda haka ya kaunatattu na, ku guji bautar gumaka.
Because of this, most beloved of mine, flee from the worship of idols.
15 Ina magana da ku kamar masu zurfin tunani, domin ku auna abin da ni ke fadi.
Since I am speaking to those who are prudent, judge what I say for yourselves.
16 Kokon albarka da muke sa wa albarka, ba tarayya bane cikin jinin Almasihu? Gurasa da muke karyawa ba tarayya bane cikin jikin Almasihu?
The cup of benediction that we bless, is it not a communion in the Blood of Christ? And the bread that we break, is it not a participation in the Body of the Lord?
17 Domin akwai gurasa guda, mu da muke dayawa jiki daya ne. Dukanmu munci daga gurasa daya ne.
Through the one bread, we, though many, are one body: all of us who are partakers of the one bread.
18 Dubi mutanen Isra'ila: ba wadanda ke cin hadayu ke da rabo a bagadi ba?
Consider Israel, according to the flesh. Are not those who eat from the sacrifices partakers of the altar?
19 Me nake cewa? gunki wani abu ne? Ko kuma abincin da aka mika wa gunki hadaya wani abu ne?
What is next? Should I say that what is immolated to idols is anything? Or that the idol is anything?
20 Amma ina magana game da abubuwan da al'ummai suke hadaya, suna wa aljannu ne hadaya ba Allah ba. Ba na son kuyi tarayya da al'janu!
But the things that the Gentiles immolate, they immolate to demons, and not to God. And I do not want you to become partakers with demons.
21 Ba zaku sha daga kokon Ubangiji ku kuma sha na Al'janu ba, ba za kuyi zumunta a teburin Ubangiji ku yi a na Al'janu ba.
You cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of demons. You cannot be partakers of the table of the Lord, and partakers of the table of demons.
22 Ko muna so mu sa Ubangiji kishi ne? Mun fi shi karfi ne?
Or should we provoke the Lord to jealousy? Are we stronger than he is? All is lawful to me, but not all is expedient.
23 “Komai dai dai ne,” amma ba komai ke da amfani ba, “Komai dai dai ne,” amma ba komai ke gina mutane ba.
All is lawful to me, but not all is edifying.
24 Kada wani ya nemi abinda zaya amfane shi. A maimako, kowa ya nemi abinda zaya amfani makwabcinsa.
Let no one seek for himself, but for others.
25 Kana iya cin duk abin da ake sayarwa a kasuwa, ba tare da tamboyoyin lamiri ba.
Whatever is sold in the market, you may eat, without asking questions for the sake of conscience.
26 Gama “duniya da duk abin da ke cikin ta na Ubangiji ne.”
“The earth and all its fullness belong to the Lord.”
27 Idan marar bangaskiya ya gayyace ka cin abinci, kana kuma da niyyar zuwa, ka je ka ci duk abinda aka kawo maka, ba tare da tamboyoyin lamiri ba.
If you are invited by any unbelievers, and you are willing to go, you may eat whatever is set before you, without asking questions for the sake of conscience.
28 Amma idan wani ya ce maka, “Wannan abinci an yi wa gumaka hadaya da shi ne” To kada ka ci. Wannan za ka yi ne saboda wanda ya shaida maka, da kuma lamiri ( gama duniya da dukan abinda ke cikin ta na Ubangiji ne).
But if anyone says, “This has been sacrificed to idols,” do not eat it, for the sake of the one who told you, and for the sake of conscience.
29 Ba ina nufin lamirin ka ba, amma lamirin wanda ya fada maka. Don me za a hukunta 'yanci na domin lamirin wani?
But I am referring to the conscience of the other person, not to yours. For why should my liberty be judged by the conscience of another?
30 Idan na ci abincin tare da bada godiya, don mi za a zage ni don abin da na bada godiya a kansa?
If I partake with thanksgiving, why should I be slandered over that for which I give thanks?
31 Saboda haka, ko kana ci ko kana shi, ka yi komai domin daukakar Allah.
Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever else you may do, do everything for the glory of God.
32 Kada ka zama sanadiyyar tuntube, ga Yahudawa, ko Helenawa, ko ikilisiyar Allah.
Be without offense toward the Jews, and toward the Gentiles, and toward the Church of God,
33 Na yi kokari in farantawa dukan mutane rai cikin dukan abubuwa. Ba riba nake nema wa kaina ba, amma domin kowa. Na yi wannan ne domin su sami ceto.
just as I also, in all things, please everyone, not seeking what is best for myself, but what is best for many others, so that they may be saved.
