1 Ubangiji yana mulki, yana sanye da ɗaukaka; Ubangiji yana sanye da ɗaukaka yana kuma sanye da ƙarfi. An kafa duniya daram; ba za a iya matsar da ita ba.

For the day before the Sabbath, when the land was [first] inhabited, the praise of a Song by David. The Lord reigns; he has clothed himself with honor: the Lord has clothed and girded himself with strength; for he has established the world, which shall not be moved.

2 An kafa kursiyin tun da daɗewa; kana nan tun fil azal.

Your throne is prepared of old: you are from everlasting.

3 Tekuna sun taso, ya Ubangiji, tekuna sun ta da muryarsu; tekuna sun tā da ta raƙumansu masu tumbatsa.

The rivers have lifted up, O Lord, the rivers have lifted up their voices,

4 Mafi ƙarfi fiye da tsawan manyan ruwaye, mafi ƙarfi fiye da ikon raƙuman ruwan teku, Ubangiji mai zama a bisa mai girma ne.

at the voices of many waters: the billows of the sea are wonderful: the Lord is wonderful in high places.

5 Ƙa’idodinka suna nan daram; tsarki ya yi wa gidanka ado har kwanaki marar ƙarewa, ya Ubangiji.

Your testimonies are made very sure: holiness becomes your house, O Lord, for ever.
