1 Don mai bi da kaɗe-kaɗe. Tare da kayan kiɗi masu tsirkiya. Zabura ta Asaf. Waƙa ce. A cikin Yahuda an san Allah; sunansa da girma yake a cikin Isra’ila.
People in Judah know God; the Israeli people honor him [MTY].
2 Tentinsa yana a Salem mazauninsa yana a Sihiyona.
His home is in Jerusalem; he lives on Zion [Hill].
3 A can ya kakkarya kibiyoyin wuta, garkuwoyi da takuban, makaman yaƙi. (Sela)
There he broke the flaming arrows [that his enemies shot], [and he also broke] their shields and swords and other weapons that they used in battles.
4 Darajarka tana da haske, fiye da darajar tuddai waɗanda suke cike da namun jeji masu yawa.
God, you are glorious! You are like a king [as you return from] the mountains [where you defeated your enemies].
5 Jarumawa sun zube kamar ganima sun yi barcinsu na ƙarshe; ba ko jarumi guda da zai iya ɗaga hannuwansa.
Their brave soldiers [were killed, and then those who killed them] took away everything that those soldiers had. Those enemies died [EUP], [so] they were unable to use their weapons [any more]!
6 A tsawatawarka, ya Allah na Yaƙub, doki da keken yaƙi suka kwanta ba motsi.
When you, the God whom Jacob [worshiped], rebuked [your enemies], [the result was that their] horses and their riders fell down dead.
7 Kai kaɗai ne za a ji tsoro. Wane ne zai iya tsayawa sa’ad da ka yi fushi?
But you cause everyone to be afraid. When you are angry [and you punish people], no one can [RHQ] endure it.
8 Daga sama ka yi shelar hukunci, ƙasa kuwa ta ji tsoro ta kuwa yi tsit,
From heaven you proclaimed that you would judge people, [and then everyone on] the earth was afraid and did not say [anything more],
9 sa’ad da kai, ya Allah, ka tashi don ka yi shari’a, don ka cece dukan masu shan wahala a ƙasar. (Sela)
when you arose to declare that you would punish [wicked people] and rescue all those whom they had oppressed.
10 Tabbatacce fushinka a kan mutane kan jawo maka yabo, waɗanda suka tsira daga fushinka za su zama kamar rawaninka.
When [you punish those] with whom you are angry, your people will praise you, and [your enemies] who (survive/are not killed) will worship you on your festival days.
11 Ku yi alkawari wa Ubangiji Allahnku ku kuma cika su; bari dukan ƙasashen maƙwabta su kawo kyautai ga Wannan da za a ji tsoro.
[So] give to Yahweh the offerings that you promised to give to him; all the people of nearby people-groups should also bring gifts to him, the one who is awesome.
12 Ya kakkarya ƙarfin masu mulki; sarakunan duniya suna tsoronsa.
He humbles [IDM] princes, and [even] causes [great] kings to be terrified.
