< Zabura 19 >
1 Don mai bi da kaɗe-kaɗe. Zabura ta Dawuda. Sammai suna shelar ɗaukakar Allah; sararin sama suna furta aikin hannuwansa.
For the leader. A psalm of David. The heavens declare God’s glory, the sky tells what his hands have done.
2 Kowace rana tana yin jawabi; kowane dare yana nuna sani.
Day tells it to day, night reveals it to night,
3 Ba magana, ba kalmar da aka hurta, ba wani amon da aka ji daga gare su.
without speaking, without words; without the sound of voices.
4 Duk da haka muryarsu tana kaiwa ga dukan duniya, kalmominsu zuwa iyakokin duniya. A sammai Allah ya kafa tenti domin rana,
But through all the world their voice carries their words to the ends of the earth. He has pitched a tent for the sun in the sky,
5 wanda yake kamar ango mai fitowa daga rumfarsa, kamar gwani ɗan wasan da yake farin ciki yă yi tsere.
it comes out like a bridegroom from his bridal chamber, it joyfully runs its course like a hero.
6 Takan taso daga ƙarshen sammai ta kewaye zuwa wancan; babu abin da yake ɓuya wa zafinta.
From one end of the heavens it rises, and around it runs to the other, and nothing hides from its heat.
7 Dokar Ubangiji cikakkiya ce, takan wartsakar da rai. Farillan Ubangiji abin dogara ne, suna mai da hikima da sauƙi.
The law of the Lord is perfect, renewing life. The decrees of the Lord are trusty, making the simple wise.
8 Ƙa’idodin Ubangiji daidai ne, suna ba da farin ciki ga zuciya. Umarnan Ubangiji haske ne suna ba da haske ga idanu.
The behests of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart. The command of the Lord is pure, giving light to the eyes.
9 Tsoron Ubangiji yakan kawo tsabtar zuciya, zai kasance har abada. Farillan Ubangiji tabbatattu ne, kuma gaba ɗaya masu adalci ne.
The fear of the Lord is clean, it endures forever. The Lord’s judgments are true and right altogether.
10 Sun fi zinariya daraja, fiye da zalla zinariya nesa; sun fi zuma zaƙi fiye da zuma daga kaki.
More precious are they than gold – than fine gold in plenty, and sweeter they are than honey, that drops from the comb.
11 Ta wurinsu ana gargaɗe bawanka; a kiyaye su akwai lada mai girma.
By them is your servant warned; who keeps them has rich reward.
12 Wane ne zai iya rabe kurakuransa? Ya gafarta ɓoyayyun laifofinsa.
Who can know their flaws? Absolve me from those I know not.
13 Ka kiyaye bawanka daga zunubin ganganci; kada ka bari su yi mulki a kaina. Ta haka zan zama marar laifi; marar laifi na babban tawaye.
Keep your servant from wilful sins – from falling under their sway: then blameless and clear will I be from great offense.
14 Bari kalmomin bakina da tunanin zuciyata su zama abin gamsuwa a gabanka, Ya Ubangiji, Dutsena da Mai fansata.
May the words of my mouth and the thoughts of my heart be pleasing to you, Lord, my rock and redeemer.
