Zabura 149

1 Yabi Ubangiji. Ku rera sabuwar waƙa ga Ubangiji, yabonsa a cikin taron tsarkaka.

Hallelujah. Sing unto the Lord a new song, his praise in the congregation of the pious.

2 Bari Isra’ila su yi farin ciki da Mahaliccinsu; bari mutanen Sihiyona su yi murna da Sarkinsu.

Let Israel rejoice in his Maker: let the children of Zion exult in their King.

3 Bari su yabi sunansa tare da rawa suna kuma yin kiɗi gare shi da ganga da garaya.

Let them praise his name in the dance: with the timbrel and harp let them sing praises unto him.

4 Gama Ubangiji yana jin daɗin mutanensa; yakan darjanta masu sauƙinkai da ceto.

For the Lord taketh pleasure in his people; he will adorn the meek with salvation.

5 Bari tsarkaka su yi farin ciki a wannan bangirma su kuma rera don farin ciki a kan gadajensu.

Let the pious be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their couches.

6 Bari yabon Allah yă kasance a bakunansu takobi mai kaifi kuma a hannuwansu,

The exalted praises of God are in their mouth, and a two-edged sword is in their hand;

7 don su ɗau fansa a kan al’ummai da kuma hukunci a kan mutane,

To execute vengeance on the nations, and chastisements on the people:

8 don su ɗaura sarakuna da sarƙoƙi, manyan garinsu da sarƙoƙin ƙarfe,

To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron:

9 don su yi hukuncin da aka rubuta a kansu. Wannan ne ɗaukakar dukan tsarkakansa. Yabi Ubangiji.

To execute upon them the judgment [which is] written: this is an honor for all his pious servants. Hallelujah.
