< Zabura 138 >
1 Ta Dawuda. Zan yabe ka, ya Ubangiji, da dukan zuciyata; a gaban “alloli” zan rera yabo.
David’s. I will give thee thanks with all my heart, Before the messengers of God, will I praise thee in song:
2 Zan rusuna ta wajen haikalinka mai tsarki zan kuma yabi sunanka saboda ƙaunarka da amincinka, saboda ka ɗaukaka a bisa kome sunanka da kuma maganarka.
I will bow down towards thy holy temple, and thank thy Name, for thy lovingkindness and for thy faithfulness, For thou hast magnified, above all thy Name, thy word!
3 Sa’ad da na kira, ka amsa mini; ka sa na zama mai ƙarfin hali ka kuma ƙarfafa ni.
In the day I cried unto thee, then didst thou answer me, and didst excite me, in my soul, mightily.
4 Bari dukan sarakunan duniya su yabe ka, ya Ubangiji, sa’ad da suka ji maganganun bakinka.
All the kings of the earth, will thank thee, O Yahweh, when they have heard the sayings of thy mouth;
5 Bari su rera game da hanyoyin Ubangiji, gama ɗaukakar Ubangiji da girma take.
And they will sing of the ways of Yahweh, That great is the glory of Yahweh:
6 Ko da yake Ubangiji yana bisa, yakan dubi kāsassu, amma tun da nesa ya san masu girman kai.
Though lofty is Yahweh, yet, the lowly, he regardeth, but, the haughty—afar off, doth he acknowledge.
7 Ko da na yi tafiya a tsakiyar wahala, kana kiyaye raina; ka miƙa hannunka a kan fushin maƙiyana, da hannunka na dama ka cece ni.
Though I walk in the midst of distress, thou wilt give me life, —Because of the anger of my foes, thou wilt thrust forth thy hand, and thy right hand, will save me:
8 Ubangiji zai cika manufarsa a kaina; ƙaunarka, ya Ubangiji, madawwamiya ce har abada, kada ka ƙyale ayyukan hannuwanka.
Yahweh, will carry through my cause, —O Yahweh! thy lovingkindness, is age-abiding, The works of thine own hands, do not thou desert.
