8 Zan yi biyayya da ƙa’idodinka; kada ka yashe ni ɗungum.

35 Ka bi da ni a hanyar umarnanka, gama a can zan sami farin ciki.
ה (Had'riykeiniy, Make me to go) Direct me in the path of your mitzvot ·instructions·, for I delight in them.
36 Ka juye zuciyata wajen farillanka ba wajen riba ta sonkai ba.
ה (Hat-libiy, Incline-my heart) Turn my heart toward your testimonies, not toward selfish gain.
37 Ka juye idanuna daga abubuwa marasa amfani; ka kiyaye raina bisa ga maganarka.
ה (Ha'a'beir, Turn away) Turn my eyes away from looking at worthless things. Revive me in your ways.
38 Ka cika alkawarinka ga bawanka, saboda a ji tsoronka.
ה (Hakeim, Establish) Fulfill your promise to your servant, that you may be feared.

42 sa’an nan zan amsa wa masu cin mutuncina, gama na dogara ga maganarka.
ו (Vi’e’eneh, And answer) So I will have an answer for him who reproaches me, for I trust in your word.
43 Kada ka ƙwace maganarka daga bakina, gama na sa zuciyata a dokokinka.
ו (Vi'al-tatzeil, And do not take) Don’t snatch the word of truth out of my mouth, for I put my hope in your judgments.

49 Tuna da maganarka ga bawanka, gama ka ba ni bege.

55 Da dare na tuna da sunanka, ya Ubangiji, zan kuwa kiyaye dokarka.
ז (Zakhar’toy, I remembered) I have remembered your name, Adonai, in the night, and I obey your Torah ·Teaching·.
56 Wannan shi ne na saba yi, ina yin biyayya da farillanka.
ז (Zo’t, This is) This is my way, that I keep your precepts. CHET or HET ח

60 Zan gaggauta ba zan ɓata lokaci ba in yi biyayya da umarnanka.
ח (Chash’tiy, I hastened) I will hurry, and not delay, to obey your mitzvot ·instructions·.
61 Ko da yake mugaye sun ɗaura ni da igiyoyi, ba zan manta da dokokinka ba.
ח (Cheb’ley, Cords / Ropes) The ropes of the wicked bind me, but I won’t forget your Torah ·Teaching·.
62 Da tsakar dare nakan tashi in gode maka saboda dokokinka masu adalci.
ח (Cha’tzot-li’lah, At mid-night) At midnight I will rise to yadah ·extend hands in thankful praise· to you, because of your righteous judgments.
63 Ni aboki ne ga duk mai tsoronka, ga duk wanda yake bin farillanka.
ח (Chaber, Companion) I am a friend of all those who fear you, of those who observe your precepts.

69 Ko da yake masu fariya sun shafe ni da ƙarairayi, na kiyaye farillanka da dukan zuciyata.
ט (Tap’lu, Have forged) The proud have smeared a lie upon me. With my whole heart, I will keep your precepts.
70 Zukatansu sun yi tauri da kuma marasa tausayi amma ina farin ciki a dokarka.
ט (Tapash, Is covered) Their heart is as callous as the fat, but I delight in your Torah ·Teaching·.
71 Ya yi kyau da na sha wahala don in koyi ƙa’idodinka.

72 Doka daga bakinka ya fi mini daraja fiye da azurfa da zinariya guda dubu.

י (Yeiboshoo, Be ashamed) Let the proud be disappointed, for they have overthrown me wrongfully. I will meditate on your precepts.

109 Ko da yake kullum ina riƙe da raina a hannuwana, ba zan manta da dokarka ba.

123 Idanuna sun gaji, da jiran cetonka, da jiran alkawarinka mai adalci.

124 Ka yi da bawanka bisa ga ƙaunarka ka kuma koya mini ƙa’idodinka.
ע (‘Aseih, Deal) Deal with your servant according to your chesed ·loving-kindness·. Teach me your statutes.
125 Ni bawanka ne, ka ba ni fahimi don in gane farillanka.
