Nehemiya 11
1 To, fa, shugabannin mutane suka zauna a Urushalima, sauran mutanen kuma suka jefa ƙuri’a don su kawo mutum ɗaya daga kowane mutum goma don su zauna a Urushalima, birni mai tsarki, yayinda sauran tara suka zauna a garuruwansu.
And the princes of the people dwelt in Jerusalem; and the rest of the people cast lots, to bring one of ten to dwell in Jerusalem, the holy city, and nine parts in the cities.
2 Sai mutane suka yaba wa dukan mutanen da suka ba da kansu da yardar rai su zauna a Urushalima.
And the people blessed all the men that willingly offered themselves to dwell in Jerusalem.
3 Waɗannan su ne shugabannin yankuna waɗanda suka zauna a Urushalima (ko da yake waɗansu Isra’ilawa, da firistoci, da Lawiyawa, da ma’aikatan haikali, da zuriyar bayin Solomon, suka yi zama a cikin garuruwan Yahuda, kowanne a mallakarsa cikin garuruwa dabam-dabam,
And these are the chiefs of the province that dwelt in Jerusalem; but in the cities of Judah dwelt every one in his possession in their cities, Israel, the priests, and the Levites, and the Nethinim, and the children of Solomon's servants.
4 yayinda sauran mutane daga Yahuda da Benyamin suka zauna a Urushalima). Daga zuriyar Yahuda akwai, Atahiya ɗan Uzziya, ɗan Zakariya, ɗan Amariya, ɗan Shefatiya, ɗan Mahalalel, wani zuriyar Ferez;
And in Jerusalem dwelt some of the children of Judah and of the children of Benjamin. Of the children of Judah: Athaiah the son of Uzziah, the son of Zechariah, the son of Amariah, the son of Shephatiah, the son of Mahalaleel, of the children of Pherez;
5 da Ma’asehiya ɗan Baruk, ɗan Kol-Hoze, ɗan Hazahiya, ɗan Adahiya, ɗan Yohiyarib, ɗan Zakariya, zuriyar Shela.
and Maaseiah the son of Baruch, the son of Col-hozeh, the son of Hazaiah, the son of Adaiah, the son of Joiarib, the son of Zechariah, the son of Shiloni.
6 Zuriyar Ferez waɗanda suka zauna a Urushalima sun kai ɗari huɗu da sittin da takwas, dukansu kuwa muhimman mutane ne.
All the children of Pherez that dwelt in Jerusalem were four hundred and sixty-eight valiant men.
7 Daga zuriyar Benyamin akwai, Sallu ɗan Meshullam, ɗan Yowed, ɗan Fedahiya, ɗan Kolahiya, ɗan Ma’asehiya, ɗan Itiyel, ɗan Yeshahiya,
And these are the children of Benjamin: Sallu the son of Meshullam, the son of Joed, the son of Pedaiah, the son of Kolaiah, the son of Maaseiah, the son of Ithiel, the son of Isaiah;
8 da mabiyansa, Gabbai da Sallai, mutum 928.
and after him, Gabbai, Sallai, nine hundred and twenty-eight:
9 Yowel ɗan Zikri ne babban shugabansu, Yahuda kuma ɗan Hassenuwa, ya shugabanci Yanki na Biyu na birni.
and Joel the son of Zicri was their overseer, and Judah the son of Senuah was second over the city.
10 Daga firistoci akwai, Yedahiya ɗan Yohiyarib, da Yakin,
Of the priests: Jedaiah [the son of] Joiarib, Jachin,
11 da Serahiya ɗan Hilkiya, ɗan Meshullam, ɗan Zadok, ɗan Merahiyot, ɗan Ahitub, mai lura da abubuwa a cikin gidan Allah,
Seraiah the son of Hilkijah, the son of Meshullam, the son of Zadok, the son of Meraioth, the son of Ahitub, the ruler of the house of God.
12 tare da’yan’uwansu waɗanda suke aiki domin haikali, su 822 ne. Akwai kuma Adahiya ɗan Yeroham, ɗan Felaliya, ɗan Amzi, ɗan Zakariya, ɗan Fashhur, ɗan Malkiya,
And their brethren that did the work of the house, eight hundred and twenty-two; and Adaiah the son of Jeroham, the son of Pelaliah, the son of Amzi, the son of Zechariah, the son of Pashhur, the son of Malchijah;
13 da’yan’uwansa waɗanda suke shugabannin iyalai, su 242. Sai kuma Amashsai ɗan Azarel, ɗan Ahzai, ɗan Meshillemot, ɗan Immer,
and his brethren, chief fathers, two hundred and forty-two; and Amassai the son of Azareel, the son of Ahzai, the son of Meshillemoth, the son of Immer;
14 da’yan’uwansa, su 128 ne muhimman mutane. Babban shugabansu shi ne Zabdiyel ɗan Haggedolim.
and their brethren, mighty men of valour, a hundred and twenty-eight: and their overseer was Zabdiel the son of Gedolim.
15 Daga Lawiyawa kuwa akwai, Shemahiya ɗan Hasshub, ɗan Azrikam, ɗan Hashabiya, ɗan Bunni,
And of the Levites: Shemaiah the son of Hasshub, the son of Azrikam, the son of Hashabiah, the son of Bunni;
16 da Shabbetai, da kuma Yozabad, biyu cikin shugabanni Lawiyawa waɗanda suke da nawayar aiki waje da gidan Allah.
and Shabbethai and Jozabad, of the chiefs of the Levites, [who were] over the outward work of the house of God;
17 Sai kuma Mattaniya ɗan Mika, ɗan Zabdi, ɗan Asaf, shugaban da yake bi da hidimar godiya da kuma addu’a. Sai Bakbukiya, na biyu a cikin’yan’uwansa; da Abda ɗan Shammuwa, ɗan Galal, ɗan Yedutun.
and Mattaniah the son of Mica, the son of Zabdi, the son of Asaph, [who was] the principal to begin the thanksgiving in prayer; and Bakbukiah, the second among his brethren; and Abda the son of Shammua, the son of Galal, the son of Jeduthun:
18 Lawiyawan da suke cikin birni mai tsarki sun kai 284.
all the Levites in the holy city were two hundred and eighty-four.
19 Matsaran ƙofofi kuwa su ne, Akkub, da Talmon, da’yan’uwansu waɗanda suke tsaron ƙofofi, su 172 ne.
And the doorkeepers, Akkub, Talmon, and their brethren, that kept watch at the gates, were a hundred and seventy-two.
20 Sauran Isra’ilawa tare da firistoci, da Lawiyawa sun kasance a dukan garuruwan Yahuda, kowanne a mallakar kakansa.
And the residue of Israel, the priests, [and] the Levites, were in all the cities of Judah, every one in his inheritance.
21 Ma’aikatan haikali sun zauna a kan tudun Ofel. Ziha, da Gishfa ne suke lura da su.
And the Nethinim dwelt in Ophel; and Ziha and Gispa were over the Nethinim.
22 Babban shugaban Lawiyawa a Urushalima shi ne Uzzi ɗan Bani, ɗan Hashabiya, ɗan Mattaniya, ɗan Mika. Uzzi yana ɗaya daga zuriyar Asaf, waɗanda suke mawaƙan da suke da nawayar hidima a gidan Allah.
And the overseer of the Levites at Jerusalem was Uzzi the son of Bani, the son of Hashabiah, the son of Mattaniah, the son of Mica, of the sons of Asaph, the singers, for the work of the house of God.
23 Mawaƙa sun bi umarnan sarki, a kan abin da za su yi kowace rana.
For it was the king's commandment concerning them, and there was a settled portion for the singers, due for each day.
24 Fetahahiya ɗan Meshezabel, ɗaya daga zuriyar Zera ɗan Yahuda ne, wakilin sarki cikin dukan al’amuran da suka shafi mutane.
And Pethahiah the son of Meshezabeel, of the children of Zerah the son of Judah, was at the king's hand in all matters concerning the people.
25 Game da ƙauyukan da filayensu, waɗansu mutanen Yahuda suka zauna a Kiriyat Arba da ƙauyukanta, da Dibon da ƙauyukanta, da Yekabzeyel da ƙauyukanta.
And as to the hamlets in their fields, [some] of the children of Judah dwelt in Kirjath-Arba and its dependent villages, and in Dibon and its dependent villages, and in Jekabzeel and its dependent villages,
26 Akwai su kuma a Yeshuwa, da Molada, da Bet-Felet,
and in Jeshua, and in Moladah, and in Beth-phelet,
27 da Hazar Shuwal, da Beyersheba da ƙauyukanta.
and in Hazar-Shual, and in Beer-sheba and its dependent villages,
28 Akwai su a Ziklag, da Mekona da ƙauyukanta.
and in Ziklag, and in Meconah and its dependent villages;
29 Suna nan kuma a En Rimmon, da Zora, da Yarmut,
and in En-Rimmon, and in Zorah, and in Jarmuth,
30 da Zanowa, da Adullam da ƙauyukansu, da Lakish da gonakinta, da kuma Azeka da ƙauyukanta. Saboda haka sun yi zama tun daga Beyersheba har zuwa Kwarin Hinnom.
Zanoah, Adullam, and their hamlets, in Lachish and its fields, in Azekah and its dependent villages: and they encamped from Beer-sheba unto the valley of Hinnom.
31 Zuriyar mutanen Benyamin daga Geba sun zauna a Mikmash, da Aiya, da Betel da ƙauyukanta,
And the children of Benjamin from Geba [dwelt] in Michmash and Aija and Bethel, and their dependent villages,
32 da Anatot, da Nob, da Ananiya,
in Anathoth, Nob, Ananiah,
33 da Hazor, da Rama, da Gittayim,
Hazor, Ramah, Gittaim,
34 da Hadid, da Zeboyim, da Neballat,
Hadid, Zeboim, Neballat,
35 da Lod, da Ono, da kuma a Kwarin Masu sana’a.
Lod, and Ono, the valley of craftsmen.
36 Waɗansu gundumomin Lawiyawan Yahuda sun zauna a Benyamin.
And of the Levites there were divisions of Judah [dwelling] in Benjamin.
