< Markus 2 >

1 Bayan’yan kwanaki, da Yesu ya sāke shiga Kafarnahum, sai mutane suka ji labarin zuwansa gida.
And after some days He went again into Capernaum; and it being heard that He was in the house,
2 Mutane suka taru da yawa har ma babu wuri, ko a bakin ƙofa ma, sai ya yi musu wa’azin bishara.
great numbers were immediately gathered together, so that there was no more room to contain them, not even about the door: and as he was preaching the word unto them,
3 Waɗansu mutum huɗu suka zo wajensa ɗauke da wani shanyayye.
there came some to Him, bringing a paralytic who was carried by four men:
4 Da ba su iya kai shi wurin Yesu ba, saboda taron, sai suka buɗe rufin gidan saman, bisa daidai inda Yesu yake. Bayan da suka huda rami, sai suka saukar da shanyayyen, kwance a kan tabarmarsa.
and not being able to come near to Him for the croud, they uncovered the roof where He was, and when they had made an openning, they let down the couch on which the paralytic was laid.
And Jesus, seeing their faith, saith to him that had the palsy, Son, thy sins are forgiven thee.
6 To, waɗansu malaman dokoki da suke zaune a wurin, suka yi tunani a zuciyarsu, suna cewa,
But there were some of the scribes sitting there, and reasoning in their hearts,
7 “Me ya sa mutumin nan yake magana haka? Yana saɓo! Wane ne zai iya gafarta zunubai, in ba Allah kaɗai ba?”
Why doth this man thus speak blasphemies? who can forgive sins but God?
8 Nan da nan, Yesu ya gane a ruhunsa abin da suke tunani a zuciyarsu, sai ya ce musu, “Me ya sa kuke tunanin waɗannan abubuwa?
And Jesus, who knew immediately in his spirit that they were thus reasoning within themselves, said unto them, Why do ye dispute these things in your hearts?
Which is easier, to say to the paralytic, Thy sins are forgiven; or to say, Rise, take up thy couch, and walk?
10 Amma don ku san cewa, Ɗan Mutum yana da iko a duniya yă gafarta zunubai.” Sai ya ce wa shanyayyen,
But that ye may know, that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins,
11 “Ina ce maka, tashi, ɗauki tabarmarka, ka tafi gida.”
I say unto thee (saith He to the paralytic, ) Arise, and take up thy couch, and go thy way to thine own house.
12 Sai ya tashi, ya ɗauki tabarmarsa, ya yi tafiyarsa a gabansu duka. Wannan ya ba wa kowa mamaki, suka kuma ɗaukaka Allah suna cewa, “Ba mu taɓa ganin abu haka ba!”
And he instantly arose, and taking up his couch, went out before them all, so that they were all amazed, and glorified God, saying, we never saw the like.
13 Yesu ya sāke tafiya bakin tafkin. Taro mai yawa ya zo wurinsa, sai ya fara koya musu.
And He went out again towards the sea-side, and all the people resorted to Him, and He taught them.
14 Yana cikin tafiya, sai ya ga Lawi, ɗan Alfayus zaune a inda ake karɓar haraji. Yesu ya ce masa, “Bi ni.” Sai Lawi ya tashi, ya bi shi.
And as He went along, He saw Levi the son of Alpheus, sitting at the receit of custom, and saith unto him, Follow me: and he rose up and followed Him.
And as He sat at table in his house, many publicans and sinners also sat down with Jesus and his disciples: for there were many, and they followed Him.
And the scribes and pharisees, when they saw Him eating with publicans and sinners, said to his disciples, What is the meaning that He eateth with publicans and sinners?
17 Da jin wannan, Yesu ya ce musu, “Ai, masu lafiya ba sa bukatar likita, sai dai marasa lafiya. Ban zo domin in kira masu adalci ba, sai dai masu zunubi.”
Which Jesus hearing, saith unto them, They that are in health have no need of a physician, but they that are ill: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners.
And as the disciples of John, and of the pharisees used to fast, they came to Him, saying, Why do the disciples of John and of the pharisees fast, but thy disciples fast not?
And Jesus said unto them, Can the bridemen fast, when the bridegroom is with them? while the bridegroom is with them, they cannot fast:
20 Ai, lokaci yana zuwa da za a ɗauke musu angon. A sa’an nan ne fa za su yi azumi.
but the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken from them; and then shall they fast.
21 “Ba mai facin sabon ƙyalle a tsohuwar riga. In ya yi haka, sabon ƙyallen zai yage daga tsohuwar, yagewar kuwa za tă zama da muni.
No man seweth a piece of new cloth on an old garment; otherwise, it's new patch teareth from the old, and the rent is made worse:
22 Ba wanda yakan zuba sabon ruwan inabi a tsofaffin salkuna. In ya yi haka, ruwan inabin zai farfashe salkunan, yă yi hasarar ruwan inabin, salkunan kuma su lalace. A’a, yakan zuba sabon ruwan inabin a sababbin salkuna.”
nor does any one put new wine into old vessels; otherwise the new wine bursteth the vessels, and the wine is spilt, and the vessels are destroyed: but new wine should be put into new vessels.
23 Wata ranar Asabbaci, Yesu yana ratsa gonakin hatsi, sai almajiransa da suke tafiya tare da shi, suka fara kakkarya waɗansu kan hatsi.
And as He was going thro' the corn-fields on the sabbath-day, his disciples began as they went along to pluck the ears of corn.
24 Farisiyawa suka ce masa, “Duba, me ya sa suke yin abin da doka ta hana a yi, a ranar Asabbaci?”
And the pharisees said to Him, See, why do they what is not lawful to be done on the sabbath-day?
And He said unto them, Have ye never read what David did, in his necessity, when he was hungry, himself and those that were with him?
26 Ya shiga gidan Allah a zamanin Abiyatar babban firist, ya ci keɓaɓɓen burodin nan, ya kuma ba wa abokan tafiyarsa abin da firistoci kaɗai sukan ci bisa ga doka?”
how he went into the house of God in the days of Abiathar, who was afterwards the high priest, and did eat the shew-bread, which it is not lawful for any to eat, but the priests, and gave also to them that were with him!
27 Sai ya ce musu, “An yi Asabbaci saboda mutum ne, ba mutum saboda Asabbaci ba.
And He said moreover unto them, The sabbath was made for man, not man for the sabbath:
28 Don haka, Ɗan Mutum Ubangiji ne, har ma da na Asabbaci.”
and therefore the Son of man is Lord even of the sabbath.
