< Luka 15 >

1 Yanzu fa, masu karɓar haraji da “masu zunubi” duka suna taruwa don jin koyarwar Yesu.
Now, all the publicans and the sinners resorted to Jesus, to hear him.
2 Amma Farisiyawa da malaman dokoki suka yi gunaguni, suna cewa, “Wannan mutum yana karɓan ‘masu zunubi,’ kuma yana ci tare da su.”
But the Pharisees and the Scribes murmured, saying, This man admits sinners, and eats with them.
3 Sai Yesu ya faɗa musu wannan misali ya ce,
Then he addressed this similitude to them:
4 “In ɗayanku yana da tumaki ɗari, sa’an nan ɗayansu ta ɓace. Ashe, ba zai bar tasa’in da tara a fili ya je neman wadda ta ɓace, har sai ya same ta ba?
What man, amongst you, who has a hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the desert, to go after that which is lost, till he find it?
5 In ya same ta, zai sa ta a kafaɗa da murna,
And having found it, does he not joyfully lay it on his shoulders,
and when he is come home, convene his friends and neighbors, saying to them, Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which was lost?
7 Ina gaya muku, haka za a yi murna sosai a sama, a kan mai zunubi guda ɗaya da ya tuba, fiye da masu adalci tasa’in da tara, waɗanda ba su bukatan tuba.
Thus, I assure you, there is greater joy in heaven for one sinner who reforms, than for ninety-nine righteous persons, who need no reformation.
8 “Ko kuwa in wata mace tana da kuɗi na azurfa guda goma, sa’an nan ɗaya ya ɓata, ashe, ba za tă ƙuna fitila, ta share gidan, ta nema a hankali, har sai ta samu ba?
Or what woman, who has ten drachmas, if she lose one, does not light a lamp, and sweep the house, and search carefully till she find it?
9 In ta same shi, sai ta kira ƙawayenta da maƙwabtanta wuri ɗaya, ta ce musu, ‘Ku taya ni murna, na sami kuɗina da ya ɓata.’
And having found it, does she not assemble her female friends and neighbors, saying, Rejoice with me, for I have found the drachma which I had lost!
10 Haka, ina gaya muku, akwai murna a gaban mala’ikun Allah a kan mai zunubi guda ɗaya, da ya tuba.”
Such joy, I assure you, have the angels of God, when any sinner reforms.
He said, also, A certain man had two sons.
and the younger of them said to his father, Father, give me my portion of the estate. And he allotted to them their shares.
13 “Bayan’yan kwanaki, sai ƙaramin ɗan ya tattara kayansa duk, ya tashi ya tafi wata ƙasa mai nisa. A can, ya ɓatar da dukiyarsa duka a rayuwar banza.
Soon after, the younger son gathered all together, and traveled into a distant country, and there wasted his substance in riot.
When all was spent, a great famine came upon that land, and he began to be in want.
15 Sai ya je ya sami aiki a wurin wani mutumin ƙasar, wanda ya aike shi a gonakinsa, ya yi kiwon aladu.
Then he applied to one of the inhabitants of the country, who sent him into his fields to keep swine.
And he desired to appease his hunger with the husks on which the swine were feeding; for no person gave him anything.
At length, coming to himself, he said, How many hirelings has my father, who have all more bread than suffices them, while I perish with hunger!
18 Zan tashi in koma wurin mahaifina, in ce masa, “Baba, na yi wa sama, na kuma yi maka zunubi.
I will arise, and go to my father, and will say to him, Father, I have sinned against heaven and you,
and am no longer worthy to be called your son.
And he arose, and went to his father. When he was yet afar off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and threw himself upon his neck, and kissed him.
And the son said, Father, I have sinned against heaven and you, and am no longer worthy to be called your son.
But the father said to his servants, Bring here the principal robe, and put it on him, and put a ring on his finger, and shoes on his feet:
23 Ku kawo ɗan saniya mai ƙiba ku yanka. Bari mu yi biki mu yi shagali.
bring also the fatted calf, and kill it, and let us eat, and be merry;
Da ya ɓata, amma yanzu an same shi.’ Sai suka fara shagali.
for this, my son, was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. So they began to be merry.
25 “Yayinda ake haka, babban ɗan yana gona. Da ya zo kusa da gida, sai ya ji ana kiɗi ana rawa.
Now his elder son was in the field, walking home. And as he drew near the house, he heard music and dancing.
He, therefore, called one of the servants, and asked the reason of this.
27 Bawan ya ce, ‘Ai, ɗan’uwanka ne ya dawo, shi ne mahaifinka ya yanka ɗan saniya mai ƙiba, gama ya yi murna ya karɓi ɗansa da ya dawo gida lafiyayye, ba abin da ya same shi.’
He answered, Your brother is returned, and your father has killed the fatted calf, because he has received him in health.
28 “Sai yayan ya yi fushi, ya ƙi shiga gida. Sai mahaifinsa ya fita ya roƙe shi.
And he was angry, and would not go in; therefore, his father came out, and entreated him.
Duk waɗannan shekaru, ina yin maka aiki kamar bawa, ban taɓa maka rashin biyayya ba. Duk da haka, ba ka taɓa ba ni ko ɗan akuya domin in yi shagali da abokaina ba.
He answering, said to his father, These many years I have served you, without disobeying your command in anything; yet you never gave me a kid, that I might entertain my friends;
30 Amma da wannan ɗan naka, wanda ya ɓatar da dukiyarka a kan karuwai ya dawo, ka yanka masa ɗan saniya mai ƙiba!’
but no sooner did this, your son, return, who had squandered your living on prostitutes, than you killed for him the fatted calf.
Son, replied the father, you are always with me, and all that I have is yours:
32 Amma ya zama mana dole, mu yi shagali, mu yi murna, domin ɗan’uwan nan naka, da ya mutu, yanzu kuwa yana da rai, da ya ɓata, amma yanzu an same shi.’”
it was but reasonable that we should rejoice and be merry; because this, your brother, was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found.
