1 Ubangiji ya ce wa Musa,
The Lord told Moses,
2 “Faɗa wa Haruna da’ya’yansa maza, su lura da tsarkakakkun abubuwan da Isra’ilawa suka keɓe gare ni da bangirma, saboda ba za su ƙazantar da sunana mai tsarki ba. Ni ne Ubangiji.
“Tell Aaron and his sons to be dedicated when dealing with the holy offerings that the Israelites have dedicated to me, so that they don't dishonor my holy character. I am the Lord.
3 “Faɗa musu cewa, ‘Don tsararraki masu zuwa, in wani zuriyarku ya ƙazantu, duk da haka ya kusaci tsarkakakku hadayun da Isra’ilawa suka keɓe ga Ubangiji, dole a raba wannan mutum daga gabana. Ni ne Ubangiji.
Tell them: These rules apply for all future generations. If any of your descendants in an unclean state comes close to the holy offerings that the Israelites dedicate to honor the Lord, that person must be expelled from my presence. I am the Lord.
4 “‘In zuriyar Haruna yana da kuturu, ko mai ɗiga, ba zai ci daga cikin tsarkakakkun abubuwa ba, sai lokacin da ya tsarkaka. Duk wanda ya taɓa wani abu marar tsarki na mamaci, ko wanda maniyyinsa yake ɗiga,
If one of Aaron's descendants has a skin disease or a discharge, he is not allowed to eat the holy offerings until he is clean. Anyone who touches anything made unclean by a dead body or by a man who has had a release of semen,
5 da duk kuma wanda ya taɓa wani abu mai rarrafe wanda yake ƙazantarwa, ko kuwa wani mutum mai ƙazanta,
or anyone who touches an unclean animal or an unclean person, (whatever the uncleanness is),
6 duk mutumin da ya taɓa kowane irin abu haka, zai ƙazantu har yamma, ba kuwa zai ci daga cikin tsarkakakkun abubuwan nan ba, sai ya yi wanka tukuna.
anyone who touches anything like this will remain unclean until evening. He is not allowed to eat from the holy offerings unless he has washed himself with water.
7 Sa’ad da rana ta fāɗi, zai zama tsarkakakke, bayan wannan kuwa zai iya cin tsarkakakkun hadayu, gama abincinsa ne.
At sunset he will become clean, and then he is allowed to eat from the holy offerings because they provide his food.
8 Kada yă ci wani abin da ya mutu mushe, ko wanda namun jeji suka yayyaga, don kada yă ƙazantar da kansa. Ni ne Ubangiji.
He must not eat anything that's died, or killed by wild animals, because that would make him unclean. I am the Lord.
9 “‘Firistoci za su kiyaye umarnaina don kada su yi laifi su mutu saboda sun rena su. Ni ne Ubangiji, wanda ya mai da su masu tsarki.
The priests must do as I demand, so that they don't become guilty and die because they have not done so, treating my requirements with contempt. I am the Lord who makes them holy.
10 “‘Duk wanda ba daga cikin iyalin firistoci ba, ko da yake yana zama tare da su, ko kuwa an ɗauke shi yana yin musu aiki, ba zai ci daga cikin tsarkakakkun hadayun ba.
Anyone who isn't part of a priest's family is not allowed eat the holy offerings. This also applies to a priest's guest or his paid worker.
11 Amma in firist ya sayi bawa da kuɗi, ko kuwa in an haifi bawan a gidansa, wannan bawan zai iya cin tsattsarkan abincin.
However, if a priest uses his own money to buy a slave, or if a slave is born in the priest's household, then that slave is allowed to eat his food.
12 In’yar firist ta auri wani da ba firist ba, ba za tă ci wani tsarkakakkun sadaka ba.
If the priest's daughter gets married to a man who isn't a priest, she is not allowed to eat the holy offerings.
13 Amma idan’yar firist ta zama gwauruwa ko sakakkiya, ba ta da’ya’ya, ta kuwa dawo don tă zauna a gidan mahaifinta kamar matashiya, za tă iya cin abincin.
But if a priest's daughter without children is widowed or divorced and goes back to her father's house, she is allowed to eat her father's food as she did when she was growing up. But no one outside the priest's family can eat it.
14 “‘In wani ya ci tsarkakakken abinci cikin kuskure, dole yă maido wa firist hadayar, yă kuma ƙara kashi ɗaya bisa biyar na tamanin abin.
Anyone who eats a holy offering by mistake must pay compensation by adding a fifth to its value, and give it all to the priest.
15 Firist ɗin ba zai ƙasƙantar da tsarkakakkun hadayun da Isra’ilawa suka kawo ga Ubangiji
The priests must not make the holy offerings the Israelites present to the Lord unclean
16 ta wurin barinsu su ci tsarkakakkun hadayu, ta yin haka su jawo wa kansu laifin da zai bukaci biya ba. Ni ne Ubangiji, wanda ya mai da ku masu tsarki.’”
by allowing the people to eat them and in so doing take upon themselves the punishment for guilt. For I am the Lord who makes them holy.”
17 Ubangiji ya ce wa Musa,
The Lord told Moses,
18 “Yi wa Haruna da’ya’yansa maza da kuma dukan Isra’ilawa magana ka ce musu, ‘In waninku, ko mutumin Isra’ila, ko baƙon da yake zama a Isra’ila, ya kawo kyauta don hadaya ta ƙonawa ga Ubangiji, ko don yă cika alkawari, ko kuwa a matsayin hadaya ta yardar rai,
“Tell Aaron, his sons and all the Israelites: If you or foreigner living with you wants to make a gift as a burnt offering to the Lord, whether it's to fulfill a promise or as a freewill offering, this is what you are to do.
19 dole ku miƙa dabba namiji marar lahani, daga shanu, tumaki, ko awaki, domin yă zama yardajje a madadinku.
If it is to be accepted on your behalf you must offer a male without defects from the herds of cattle, sheep, or goats.
20 Kada ku kawo wani abu mai lahani, domin ba zai zama yardajje ba a madadinku.
Don't present anything with a defect because it won't be accepted on your behalf.
21 Sa’ad da wani ya kawo hadaya ta salama daga garken shanu, ko na tumaki, ga Ubangiji don yă cika wani alkawari na musamman, ko hadaya ta yardar rai, dole yă zama marar lahani, ko tabo, don yă zama yardajje.
If you want to present a peace offering to the Lord from the herd or flock to fulfill a promise or as a freewill offering, in order to be acceptable the animal must be perfect, completely without defects.
22 Kada ku miƙa wa Ubangiji dabbobi makafi, ko naƙasassu, ko masu gundumi, ko masu ɗiga, ko masu susa, ko masu kirci. Kada ku sa wani daga cikin waɗannan a bisa bagade a matsayin hadaya, gama hadaya ce da aka ƙone da wuta ga Ubangiji.
Don't present to the Lord an animal that is blind, injured, or damaged in some way, or has warts, skin sores, or scabs. Don't place any animal that has these on the altar as a food offering to the Lord.
23 Za ku iya miƙa hadaya ta yardar rai da maraƙi, ko tunkiya mai naƙasa, ko marar cikakken lafiya, amma ba za tă zama yardajje don cika alkawarin da aka yi ba.
However, you can present a freewill offering of a bull or sheep that has a leg that is too long or too short, but not if it is a sacrifice to fulfill a promise.
24 Ba za ku miƙa wa Ubangiji dabbar da lunsayinta yake da ƙujewa, ko dandaƙewa, ko yagewa, ko yankewa ba.
Don't present to the Lord an animal with testicles that are accidentally or deliberately damaged. You are not allowed to sacrifice any of these damaged animals in your land.
25 Ba za ku kuma karɓi irin waɗannan dabbobi daga hannun baƙi ku miƙa su a matsayin abinci ga Allahnku ba. Ba za su zama yardajje a madadinku ba, domin sun naƙasa, suna kuma da lahani.’”
Nor are you allowed to accept such animals from a foreigner to be damaged and defective.”
26 Ubangiji ya ce wa Musa,
The Lord told Moses,
27 “Sa’ad da aka haifi ɗan maraƙi, tunkiya, ko akuya, sai yă kasance da mahaifiyarsa kwana bakwai. Daga rana ta takwas zuwa gaba, zai zama yardajje hadaya, hadaya ce da aka ƙone da wuta ga Ubangiji.
“When a bull, a sheep, or a goat is born, it must stay with its mother for seven days. After eight days it can be accepted as a food offering to the Lord.
28 Kada a yanka saniya, ko tunkiya da ɗanta rana ɗaya.
However, don't kill a bull or a sheep and its young on the same day.
29 “Sa’ad da kuka miƙa hadaya ta godiya ga Ubangiji, ku miƙa ta a yadda za tă zama yardajje a madadinku.
When you present a thank offering to the Lord, make sure to do so in a way that it will be accepted on your behalf.
30 Dole a ci hadayar a ranar; kada a bar saura sai da safe. Ni ne Ubangiji.
It has to be eaten on the same day. Don't leave any of it until morning. I am the Lord.
31 “Ku kiyaye dokokina, ku kuma bi su. Ni ne Ubangiji.
Keep my rules and put them into practice. I am the Lord.
32 Kada ku ƙasƙantar da sunana mai tsarki. Dole Isra’ilawa su gane Ni mai tsarki ne. Ni ne Ubangiji, wanda ya keɓe ku a matsayin tsarkaka
Don't disgrace my holy character. I must be accepted as holy by you. I am the Lord who makes you holy.
33 da kuma wanda ya fitar da ku daga Masar don in zama Allahnku. Ni ne Ubangiji.”
I am the one who led you out of Egypt to be your God. I am the Lord.”
