Yoshuwa 11
1 Sa’ad da Yabin sarkin Hazor ya ji wannan, sai ya aika saƙo zuwa wurin Yobab sarkin Madon, da sarkin Shimron, da Akshaf,
And it was when heard Jabin [the] king of Hazor and he sent to Jobab [the] king of Madon and to [the] king of Shimron and to [the] king of Acshaph.
2 ya kuma aika zuwa ga sarakunan arewa waɗanda suke kan tuddai da kuma waɗanda suke cikin Araba a kudancin Kinneret da cikin filayen kwari, da cikin Nafot Dor a yamma;
And to the kings who [were] from [the] north in the hill country and in the Arabah south of Kinnereth and in the Shephelah and on [the] heights of Dor from [the] west.
3 ya kuma aika zuwa ga Kan’aniyawa a gabas da yamma; da kuma zuwa ga Amoriyawa, Hittiyawa da Ferizziyawa, da Yebusiyawa da suke kan tuddai; da kuma Hiwiyawa masu zama a gindin dutsen Hermon a yankin Mizfa.
The Canaanite[s] from [the] east and from [the] west and the Amorite[s] and the Hittite[s] and the Perizzite[s] and the Jebusite[s] in the hill country and the Hivite[s] under Hermon in [the] land of Mizpah.
4 Suka fito da dukan rundunansu da keken yaƙi masu yawan gaske, babbar runduna, yawansu ya yi kamar yashin bakin teku.
And they came out they and all armies their with them a people numerous like the sand which [is] on [the] shore of the sea for multitude and horse[s] and chariot[s] many very.
5 Duk sarakunan nan suka haɗa mayaƙansu tare, suka kafa sansani a bakin Ruwayen Meron don su yi yaƙi da Isra’ilawa.
And they gathered all the kings these and they came and they encamped together to [the] water of Merom to wage war with Israel.
6 Ubangiji ya ce wa Yoshuwa, “Kada ka ji tsoronsu, domin war haka gobe zan ba da dukansu a hannun Isra’ilawa, za su kuwa karkashe su. Za ku gurgunta dawakansu, ku kuma ƙone keken yaƙinsu.”
And he said Yahweh to Joshua may not you be afraid because of them for tomorrow about the time this I [am] delivering up all of them slain before Israel horses their you will hamstring and chariots their you will burn with fire.
7 Sai Yoshuwa da dukan mayaƙan suka auka musu a bakin Ruwayen Meron.
And he came Joshua and all [the] people of war with him on them at [the] waters of Merom suddenly and they fell on them.
8 Ubangiji kuwa ya ba Isra’ilawa nasara a kan su, suka ci su da yaƙi, suka fafare su har zuwa Sidon Babba, zuwa Misrefot Mayim, har zuwa Kwarin Mizfa a gabas, ba wanda suka bari da rai.
And he gave them Yahweh in [the] hand of Israel and they struck down them and they pursued them to Sidon great and to Misrephoth Maim and to [the] valley of Mizpah east-wards and they struck down them until not he had left to them a survivor.
9 Yoshuwa ya yi musu yadda Ubangiji ya umarta, ya gurgunta dawakansu, ya kuma ƙone keken yaƙinsu.
And he did to them Joshua just as he had said to him Yahweh horses their he hamstrung and chariots their he burned with fire.
10 A lokacin nan Yoshuwa ya koma da baya ya ci Hazor da yaƙi, ya kuma kashe sarkinta da takobi. (Hazor ce babbar masarautan ƙasashen nan.)
And he turned back Joshua at the time that and he captured Hazor and king its he struck with the sword for Hazor before it [was] [the] head of all the kingdoms these.
11 Suka karkashe duk mazaunan ƙasar da takobi, ba su bar wani mai numfashi ba, suka kuma ƙona Hazor.
And they struck every person who [was] in it to [the] mouth of [the] sword they totally destroyed [them] not it was left any breathing thing and Hazor he burned with fire.
12 Yoshuwa ya ƙwace masarautun nan duka ya kuma kashe sarakunansu da takobi, ya hallakar da su ƙaƙaf kamar yadda Musa bawan Ubangiji ya umarta.
And all [the] cities of the kings these and all kings their he captured Joshua and he struck them to [the] mouth of [the] sword he totally destroyed them just as he had commanded Moses [the] servant of Yahweh.
13 Duk da haka Isra’ilawa ba su ƙone biranen da suke kan tuddai ba, sai Hazor kaɗai Yoshuwa ya ƙone.
Only all the cities which were standing on mounds their not it burned them Israel except Hazor to alone it he burned Joshua.
14 Isra’ilawa suka kwashi ganima da dabbobi na waɗannan birane, amma suka karkashe mutanen duka da takobi, ba su bar wani mai numfashi ba.
And all [the] booty of the cities these and the cattle they plundered for themselves [the] people of Israel only every man they struck to [the] mouth of [the] sword until had destroyed they them not they left any breathing thing.
15 Yadda Ubangiji ya umarci bawansa Musa, haka Musa ya umarci Yoshuwa, shi kuwa ya yi duk abin da Ubangiji ya umarci Musa.
Just as he had commanded Yahweh Moses servant his so he commanded Moses Joshua and so he did Joshua not he left undone anything from all that he had commanded Yahweh Moses.
16 Saboda haka Yoshuwa ya cinye ƙasar duka da yaƙi, dukan Negeb, duka yankin Goshen, filayen kwari na yamma, Araba da tuddai na Isra’ila da kwarinta.
And he took Joshua all the land this the hill country and all the Negev and all [the] land of Goshen and the Shephelah and the Arabah and [the] hill country of Israel and Shephelah its.
17 Daga Dutsen Halak wanda ya miƙe zuwa wajajen Seyir, zuwa Ba’al-Gad a Kwarin Lebanon ƙasa da Dutsen Hermon. Ya kama sarakunansu ya karkashe su.
From the mountain Halak which goes up Seir and to Baal Gad in [the] valley of Lebanon under [the] mountain of Hermon and all kings their he captured and he struck them and he killed them.
18 Yoshuwa ya daɗe yana yaƙi da dukan waɗannan sarakuna.
Days many he did Joshua with all the kings these battle.
19 Sai Hiwiyawa kaɗai waɗanda suke zama a Gibeyon, sauran ba ko birni ɗaya da ta yi yarjejjeniya ta salama da Isra’ilawa, Isra’ilawa kuwa suka ci dukansu da yaƙi.
Not it was a city which it made peace to [the] people of Israel except the Hivite[s] [the] inhabitants of Gibeon everything they took in battle.
20 Gama Ubangiji ne ya taurare zukatansu waɗannan sarakuna suka yi yaƙi da Isra’ilawa don yă hallaka su gaba ɗaya, yă gamar da su ba jinƙai, yadda Ubangiji ya umarci Musa.
For from with Yahweh - it was to strengthen heart their to meet the battle with Israel so as to totally destroy them to not to belong to them favor for so as to destroy them just as he had commanded Yahweh Moses.
21 A lokacin nan Yoshuwa ya je ya hallaka Anakawa daga ƙasar tudu. Daga Hebron, Debir da Anab. Daga dukan ƙasar tuddai na Yahuda, da kuma dukan ƙasar tudu ta Isra’ila, Yoshuwa ya hallaka su duka da garuruwansu.
And he came Joshua at the time that and he cut off the Anakites from the hill country from Hebron from Debir from Anab and from all [the] hill country of Judah and from all [the] hill country of Israel with cities their he totally destroyed them Joshua.
22 Ba a bar waɗansu Anakawa a harabar Isra’ila ba; sai dai a Gaza, Gat da Ashdod ne aka samu waɗanda suka ragu da rai.
Not it was left Anakites in [the] land of [the] people of Israel only in Gaza in Gath and in Ashdod they remained.
23 Yoshuwa kuwa ya ƙwace dukan ƙasar yadda Ubangiji ya umarci Musa, ya ba da ita ta zama ƙasar gādo ga Isra’ilawa, kabila-kabila. Ta haka ƙasar ta huta daga yaƙi.
And he took Joshua all the land according to all that he had spoken Yahweh to Moses and he gave it Joshua to an inheritance to Israel according to divisions their to tribes their and the land it was at peace from war.
