Yohanna 12
1 Kwana shida kafin Bikin Ƙetarewa, sai Yesu ya iso Betani, inda Lazarus yake, wanda Yesu ya tā da daga matattu.
Jesus, therefore, six days before the passover, came unto Bethany, where Lazarus was, whom Jesus had raised from among the dead.
2 A nan aka shirya abincin yamma don girmama Yesu. Marta ta ce yi hidima, Lazarus kuma yana ɗaya cikin waɗanda suke ci tare shi.
So they made for him a supper, there; and, Martha, was ministering, but, Lazarus, was one of them who were reclining with him.
3 Sai Maryamu ta ɗauki wajen awo guda na nardi zalla, turare mai tsada; ta zuba a ƙafafun Yesu ta kuma goge ƙafafunsa da gashinta. Gidan duk ya cika da ƙanshin turaren.
Mary, therefore, taking a pound of pure nard perfume, very precious, anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped, with her hair, his feet; and, the house, was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.
4 Amma ɗaya daga cikin almajiransa, Yahuda Iskariyot, wanda daga baya zai bashe shi, bai amince ba ya ce,
[But] Judas Iscariot, one of his disciples, he that was about to deliver him up, saith—
5 “Don me ba a sayar da turaren nan aka kuma ba da kuɗin ga matalauta ba? Ai, kuɗin ya kai albashin shekara guda.”
Why was, this perfume, not sold for three hundred denaries, and given unto the destitute?
6 Ya yi wannan magana ba don ya kula da matalauta ba ne, sai dai don shi ɓarawo ne. Da yake shi ne mai ajiya jakar kuɗin, yakan taimaki kansa da abin da aka sa a ciki.
Howbeit he said this, not that, for the destitute, he cared, but because, a thief, he was, and holding, the bag, used to carry away, what was cast therein.
7 Yesu ya ce, “Ku ƙyale ta, an nufa ta ajiye wannan turaren don ranar jana’izata.
Jesus, therefore, said—Let her alone, that, for the day of my burial, she may observe it;
8 Kullum za ku kasance da matalauta, amma ba kullum za ku kasance tare da ni ba.”
For, the destitute, always, have ye with you, whereas, me, not always, have ye.
9 Ana cikin haka sai babban taron Yahudawa suka sami labari Yesu yana can suka kuwa zo, ba kawai don shi ba amma don su kuma ga Lazarus, wanda ya tā da daga matattu.
The great multitude of the Jews, therefore, got to know that he was, there, and came, not on account of Jesus only, but that, Lazarus also, they might see, whom he had raised from among the dead.
10 Saboda haka manyan firistoci suka ƙulla su kashe Lazarus shi ma,
But the High-priests took counsel, that Lazarus also, they might put to death;
11 gama dalilinsa Yahudawa da yawa suna komawa ga Yesu suna kuma ba da gaskiya gare shi.
because, many of the Jews, by reason of him, were withdrawing, and believing on Jesus.
12 Kashegari babban taron da suka zo Bikin suka sami labari cewa Yesu yana kan hanyarsa zuwa Urushalima.
On the morrow, the great multitude that had come unto the feast, hearing that Jesus was coming into Jerusalem,
13 Sai suka ɗaɗɗauko rassan dabino suka fiffita taryensa, suna ɗaga murya suna cewa, “Hosanna!” “Mai albarka ne wanda yake zuwa cikin sunan Ubangiji!” “Mai albarka ne Sarkin Isra’ila!”
took the branches of the palm trees, and went out to meet him, and began crying aloud—Hosanna! Blessed is he that is coming in the name of the Lord, —even the King of Israel!
14 Yesu ya sami ɗan jaki, ya hau, kamar yadda yake a rubuce cewa,
And Jesus, finding a young ass, took his seat thereon, just as it is written—
15 “Kada ki ji tsoro, ya Diyar Sihiyona; duba, ga sarkinki yana zuwa, zaune a kan aholaki jaki.”
Do not fear, O daughter of Zion! Lo! thy king, cometh, sitting upon the colt of an ass.
16 Da fari almajiransa ba su gane dukan wannan ba. Sai bayan da aka ɗaukaka Yesu, sa’an nan suka gane cewa an rubuta waɗannan abubuwa game da shi ne, har ma suka yi masa waɗannan abubuwa.
These things, his disciples noticed not, at the first; but, when Jesus was glorified, then, remembered they that, these things, had, for him, been written, —and that, these things, they had done unto him.
17 Taron da suke tare da shi a sa’ad da ya kira Lazarus daga kabari ya kuma tā da shi daga matattu suka yi ta baza labarin.
The multitude, therefore, that was with him when he called, Lazarus, out of the tomb, and raised him from among the dead, was bearing witness.
18 Mutane da yawa kuwa suka fita taryensa, saboda sun ji labarin abin banmamakin da ya yi.
On this account, the multitude met him also, because they heard that he had done, this sign.
19 Saboda haka Farisiyawa suka ce wa juna, “Duba, wannan ba ya kai mu ko’ina. Ga shi, duk duniya tana bin sa!”
the Pharisees, therefore, said among themselves—Ye observe that ye are profiting nothing: See! the world, after him, hath gone away.
20 To, akwai waɗansu Hellenawa a cikin waɗanda suka haura don su yi sujada a Bikin.
Now there were certain Greeks, from among them who were coming up that they might worship in the feast.
21 Suka zo wurin Filibus, wanda yake daga Betsaida ta Galili, da roƙo. Suka ce, “Ranka yă daɗe, muna so mu ga Yesu.”
These, therefore, came unto Philip, him who was from Bethsaida of Galilee, —and were requesting him, saying—Sir! We desire to see, Jesus.
22 Sai Filibus ya je ya gaya wa Andarawus, Andarawus da kuma Filibus suka gaya wa Yesu.
Philip cometh, and telleth Andrew: Andrew and Philip come, and tell Jesus.
23 Yesu ya amsa ya ce, “Lokaci ya yi da za a ɗaukaka Ɗan Mutum.
But, Jesus, answereth them, saying—The hour hath come, that the Son of Man should be glorified!
24 Gaskiya nake gaya muku, sai ƙwayar alkama ta fāɗi ƙasa ta mutu, in ba haka ba za tă kasance ƙwaya ɗaya tak. Amma in ta mutu, za tă ba da’ya’ya da yawa.
Verily! Verily, I say unto you: Except, the kernel of wheat, shall fall into the ground, and die, it, alone, abideth; but, if it die, much fruit, it beareth.
25 Duk mai ƙaunar ransa, zai rasa shi, duk mai ƙin ransa a wannan duniya, zai kiyaye shi har yă zuwa rai madawwami. (aiōnios g166)
He that loveth his life, loseth it; but, he that hateth his life, in this world, unto life age-abiding, shall guard it. (aiōnios g166)
26 Duk wanda zai bauta mini dole yă bi ni, inda kuma nake, a can bawana zai kasance. Ubana zai girmama wanda yake bauta mini.
If, with me, anyone be ministering, with me, let him be following; and, where, I, am, there, my minister also, shall be. If anyone, with me, be ministering, the Father, will honour him.
27 “Yanzu kuwa na damu, amma me zan ce? ‘Uba, ka cece ni daga wannan sa’a’? A’a, ai, saboda wannan dalili ne musamman na zo.
Now, is my soul troubled, —and what can I say? Father! save me from this hour? But, on this account, came I unto this hour. Father, glorify thy name!
28 Uba, ka ɗaukaka sunanka!” Sai wata murya ta fito daga sama ta ce, “Na riga na ɗaukaka shi, zan kuma ƙara ɗaukaka shi.”
There came, therefore, a voice out of heaven—I both have glorified it, and will glorify it again.
29 Taron da suke a wurin suka ji, suka ce an yi tsawa; waɗansu kuwa suka ce mala’ika ne ya yi masa magana.
[So], the multitude that was standing by, and heard it, were saying—It hath, thundered. Others, were saying—A messenger, unto him, hath spoken.
30 Yesu ya ce, “An yi wannan muryar saboda amfaninku ne, ba don nawa ba.
Jesus answered, and said—Not for my sake, hath this voice come, but, for your sake.
31 Yanzu ne za a yi wa duniyan nan shari’a, yanzu ne za a tumɓuke mai mulkin duniyan nan.
Now, is there, a judging, of this world, —Now, the ruler of this world, shall be cast out;
32 Amma ni, sa’ad da aka ɗaga ni daga ƙasa, zan ja dukan mutane gare ni.”
And, I, if I be lifted up out of the earth, will draw, all, unto myself.
33 Ya faɗa haka ne don yă nuna irin mutuwar da zai yi.
But, this, he was saying, signifying, by what manner of death, he was about to die.
34 Sai taron suka ce, “Ahab, Dokarmu ta gaya mana cewa, Kiristi zai kasance har abada, to, yaya za ka ce, ‘Dole ne a ɗaga Ɗan Mutum?’ Wane ne wannan ‘Ɗan Mutum’?” (aiōn g165)
The multitude, therefore, answered him—We, have heard, out of the law, that, the Christ, abideth evermore; How then dost, thou, say, —It behoveth the Son of Man to be lifted up? Who is this Son of Man? (aiōn g165)
35 Sai Yesu ya ce musu, “Haske zai kasance da ku na ɗan lokaci. Ku yi tafiya yayinda hasken yana nan tare da ku, kada duhu yă cim muku. Mai tafiya a cikin duhu bai san inda za shi ba.
Jesus, therefore, said unto them—Yet a little while, the light, is, among you: Walk, while ye have, the light, lest, darkness, on you should lay hold; and, he that walketh in darkness, knoweth not whither he drifteth.
36 Ku dogara ga hasken yayinda kuke da shi, don ku zama’ya’yan haske.” Da Yesu ya gama magana, sai ya tafi ya ɓuya daga gare su.
While, the light, ye have, believe on the light, that, sons of light, ye may become. These things, spake Jesus, —and, departing, was hid from them.
37 Ko bayan Yesu ya yi dukan waɗannan abubuwan banmamaki a gabansu, duk da haka ba su gaskata da shi ba.
And, although such signs, as these, he had done before them, they were not believing on him: —
38 Wannan ya faru ne, don a cika maganar annabi Ishaya cewa, “Ubangiji, wa ya gaskata saƙonmu, ga wa kuma aka bayyana hannun ikon Ubangiji?”
that, the word of Isaiah the prophet, might be fulfilled, which said—Lord! who believed, what we have heard? And, the arm of the Lord, to whom, was it revealed?
39 Saboda haka ba su iya gaskatawa ba, domin, kamar yadda Ishaya ya faɗa a wani wuri cewa,
On this account, they could not believe, because, again, said Isaiah—
40 “Ya makantar da idanunsu ya kuma taurare zukatansu, don kada su gani da idanunsu, ko su fahimta a zukatansu, ko kuwa su juyo, har in warkar da su.”
He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; lest they should see with their eyes, and should understand with their heart, and should turn, —and I should heal them.
41 Ishaya ya faɗi haka ne, saboda ya hangi ɗaukakar Yesu, ya kuwa yi magana a kansa.
These things, said Isaiah, because he saw his glory, and spake concerning him.
42 Duk da haka, da yawa har daga cikin shugabanni ma suka gaskata da shi. Amma saboda Farisiyawa ba su furta bangaskiyarsu ba, don tsoron kada a kore su daga majami’a;
Nevertheless, however, even from among the rulers, many believed on him; but, because of the Pharisees, they were not confessing him, lest, excommunicants from the synagogue, they should be made;
43 gama sun fi son yabon mutane, fiye da yabon Allah.
for they loved the glory of men, more than the glory of God.
44 Sa’an nan Yesu ya ɗaga murya ya ce, “Duk wanda ya gaskata da ni, ba ni yake gaskatawa ba, amma ga wanda ya aiko ni ne.
And, Jesus, cried aloud, and said—He that believeth on me, believeth not on me, but on him that sent me;
45 Duk mai dubana, yana duban wanda ya aiko ni ne.
And, he that vieweth me, vieweth him that sent me.
46 Na zo cikin duniya a kan ni haske ne, don duk wanda ya gaskata da ni, kada yă zauna a cikin duhu.
I, a light, into the world have come, that, no one who believeth on me, in darkness, should abide.
47 “Duk mai jin kalmomina bai kuwa kiyaye su ba, ba ni ba ne nake shari’anta shi. Gama ban zo domin in yi wa duniya shari’a ba, sai dai domin in cece ta.
And, if anyone shall hearken unto my sayings, and not guard them, I, am not judging him; for I came not that I might judge the world, but that I might save the world.
48 Akwai mai hukunci saboda wanda ya ƙi ni, bai kuma karɓi kalmomina ba; wannan maganar da na faɗa ita ce za tă hukunta shi a rana ta ƙarshe.
He that setteth me aside, and receiveth not my sayings, hath that which is to judge him: The word that I spake, that, will judge him, in the last day.
49 Gama ba don kaina na yi magana ba, Uban da ya aiko ni shi kansa ne ya ba ni umarni a kan abin da zan faɗa da kuma yadda zan faɗe shi.
Because, I, out of myself, spake not, but, the Father who sent me, hath, himself, given me commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak.
50 Na san cewa umarninsa yana kai ga rai madawwami. Saboda haka duk abin da na faɗa na faɗe shi ne kamar dai yadda Uba ya ce in faɗa.” (aiōnios g166)
And I know that, his commandment, is, life age-abiding; The things, therefore, which I speak, just as the Father hath told me, so, I speak. (aiōnios g166)
