< Ishaya 39 >
1 A wannan lokaci Merodak-Baladan ɗan Baladan sarkin Babilon ya aika wa Hezekiya wasiƙu da kuma kyauta, domin ya ji rashin lafiyarsa da kuma warkarwarsa.
At that time Merodach-baladan, the son of Baladan, king of Babylon, sent letters and a present to Hezekiah: for he had heard that he had been sick, and was recovered.
2 Hezekiya ya marabci jakadun da murna ya kuma nuna musu abin da gidajen ajiyarsa sun ƙunsa, azurfa, zinariya, yaji, tatsatsen mai, dukan kayan yaƙinsa da kuma kome da yake a ma’ajinsa. Babu abin da yake a cikin fadansa ko cikin dukan masarautarsa da Hezekiya bai nuna musu ba.
And Hezekiah was glad of them, and shewed them the house of his precious things, the silver, and the gold, and the spices, and the precious ointment, and all the house of his armour, and all that was found in his treasures: there was nothing in his house, nor in all his dominion, that Hezekiah shewed them not.
3 Sai Ishaya annabi ya tafi wurin Sarki Hezekiya ya kuma tambaye shi ya ce, “Mene ne waɗannan mutane suka faɗa, kuma daga ina suka fito?” Hezekiya ya amsa ya ce, “Daga ƙasa mai nisa. Sun zo ne daga Babilon.”
Then came Isaiah the prophet unto king Hezekiah, and said unto him, What said these men? and from whence came they unto thee? And Hezekiah said, They are come from a far country unto me, [even] from Babylon.
4 Annabi ya yi tambaya ya ce, “Mene ne suka gani a fadanka?” Hezekiya ya ce, “Sun ga kome da kome a fadana. Babu abin da ban nuna musu a cikin ma’ajina ba.”
Then said he, What have they seen in thine house? And Hezekiah answered, All that [is] in mine house have they seen: there is nothing among my treasures that I have not shewed them.
5 Sai Ishaya ya ce wa Hezekiya, “Ka ji maganar Ubangiji Maɗaukaki.
Then said Isaiah to Hezekiah, Hear the word of the LORD of hosts:
6 Tabbatacce lokaci yana zuwa sa’ad da kome da yake cikin fadanka, da kuma dukan abin da kakanninka suka ajiye har yă zuwa yau, za a kwashe zuwa Babilon babu abin da za a bari, in ji Ubangiji.
Behold, the days come, that all that [is] in thine house, and [that] which thy fathers have laid up in store until this day, shall be carried to Babylon: nothing shall be left, saith the LORD.
7 Waɗansu cikin zuriyarka, nama da jininka waɗanda za a haifa maka, za a kwashe su a tafi, za su zama bābānni a fadan sarkin Babilon.”
And of thy sons that shall issue from thee, which thou shalt beget, shall they take away; and they shall be eunuchs in the palace of the king of Babylon.
8 Hezekiya ya ce, “Maganar Ubangiji da ka yi tana da kyau.” Gama ya yi tunani a ransa cewa, “Salama da kāriya za su kasance a zamanina.”
Then said Hezekiah to Isaiah, Good [is] the word of the LORD which thou hast spoken. He said moreover, For there shall be peace and truth in my days.
