1 Maganar Ubangiji ta zo mini cewa,
The word of the Lord came to me again, saying,
2 “Ɗan mutum, ka yi makoki domin Taya.
And you, son of man, make a song of grief for Tyre;
3 Ka ce wa Taya, wadda take zaune a hanyar shiga zuwa teku, kasuwar masu yawa mutane a bakin teku, ‘Ga abin da Ubangiji Mai Iko Duka yana cewa, “‘Kin ce, ya Taya, “Ni kyakkyawa ce cikakkiya.”
And say to Tyre, O you who are seated at the doorway of the sea, trading for the peoples with the great sea-lands, these are the words of the Lord: You, O Tyre, have said, I am a ship completely beautiful.
4 Manyan tekuna ne wurin zamanki; maginanki sun sa kyanki ya zama cikakke.
Your builders have made your outlines in the heart of the seas, they have made you completely beautiful.
5 Sun yi dukan katakanki daga itatuwan fir daga Senir; sun kwaso itatuwan al’ul daga Lebanon don su yi miki jigon jirgin ruwa.
They have made all your boards of fir-trees from Senir: they have taken cedars from Lebanon to make the supports for your sails.
6 Da oak daga Bashan suka yi sandunan tuƙan jirgin ruwa da itatuwan kasharina daga bakin tekun Saifurus suka yi daɓe jirgin ruwanki, suka kuma manne masa hauren giwa.
Of oak-trees from Bashan they have made your driving blades; they have made your floors of ivory and boxwood from the sea-lands of Kittim.
7 Lilin mai kyau mai ado daga Masar ne filafilan jirgin ruwanki suka kuma zama tutarki; an yi tutarki da shuɗi da shunayya daga bakin tekun Elisha.
The best linen with needlework from Egypt was your sail, stretched out to be a flag for you; blue and purple from the sea-lands of Elishah gave you shade.
8 Mutanen Sidon da Arfad su ne matuƙan jirgin ruwanki; gwanayenki, ya Taya, suna ciki a matsayi matuƙan jiragen ruwa.
The people of Zidon and Arvad were your boatmen; the wise men of Zemer were in you; they were guiding your ships;
9 Masu hikima na Gebal suna ciki a matsayin masu tattoshe mahaɗan katakon jirginki. Dukan jiragen ruwa da matuƙansu sukan zo wurinki don kasuwanci.
The responsible men of Gebal and its wise men were in you, making your boards watertight: all the ships of the sea with their seamen were in you trading in your goods.
10 “‘Mutanen Farisa, Lidiya da Fut su ne suka zama sojoji a cikin mayaƙanki. Sun rataye garkuwoyinsu da hulunan kwano a katangarki, suna kawo miki daraja.
Cush and Lud and Put were in your army, your men of war, hanging up their body-covers and head-dresses of war in you: they gave you your glory.
11 Mutanen Arfad da Helek sun yi tsaron katangar a kowace gefe; mutanen Gammad su ne a hasumiyoyinki. Sun rataye garkuwoyinsu kewaye da katangarki; sun sa kyanki ya zama cikakke.
The men of Arvad in your army were on your walls, and were watchmen in your towers, hanging up their arms on your walls round about; they made you completely beautiful.
12 “‘Tarshish ta yi ciniki da ke saboda yawan wadatar kayayyakinki; sun sayi kayan cinikinki da azurfa, ƙarfe, kuza da dalma.
Tarshish did business with you because of the great amount of your wealth; they gave silver, iron, tin, and lead for your goods.
13 “‘Girka, Tubal da Meshek sun yi kasuwanci da ke; sun sayi kayanki suka biya da bayi da kuma abubuwan da aka yi da tagulla.
Javan, Tubal, and Meshech were your traders; they gave living men and brass vessels for your goods.
14 “‘Mutanen Bet Togarma sun sayi kayan cinikinki da dawakai, dawakan yaƙi da alfadarai.
The people of Togarmah gave horses and war-horses and transport beasts for your goods.
15 “‘Mutanen Dedan sun yi kasuwanci da ke, bakin teku masu yawa abokan cinikinki ne; sun biya ki da hauren giwa da katakon kanya.
The men of Rodan were your traders: a great number of sea-lands did business with you: they gave you horns of ivory and ebony as an offering.
16 “‘Mutanen Aram sun yi ciniki da ke saboda yawan kayanki; suka sayi kayan cinikinki da zumurrudu, da shunayya, da kayan ado, da lilin mai taushi, da murjani, da yakutu.
Edom did business with you because of the great number of things which you made; they gave emeralds, purple, and needlework, and the best linen and coral and rubies for your goods.
17 “‘Yahuda da Isra’ila sun yi kasuwanci da ke; sun sayi kayanki da alkama da Minnit da alawa, da zuma, da mai, da ganyaye masu ƙanshi.
Judah and the land of Israel were your traders; they gave grain of Minnith and sweet cakes and honey and oil and perfume for your goods.
18 “‘Mutanen Damaskus sun ga abin da za ki iya bayarwa sai suka yi ciniki da ke, ta sayi kayanki da ruwan inabi daga Helbon, da ulu daga Zahar.
Damascus did business with you because of the great amount of your wealth, with wine of Helbon and white wool.
19 Wedan da Yaban kusa da Uzal, suka sayi kayanki; wato gyararren ƙarfe da kayan yaji.
... for your goods: they gave polished iron and spices for your goods.
20 “‘Mutanen Dedan sun sayi kayanki da sirdin zama a kan dawakai.
Dedan did trade with you in cloths for the backs of horses.
21 “‘Mutanen Arabiya da dukan sarakunan Kedar abokan cinikinki ne; sun yi ciniki da ke suka sayi kayanki da’yan raguna, da raguna, da awaki.
Arabia and all the rulers of Kedar did business with you; in lambs and sheep and goats, in these they did business with you.
22 “‘’Yan kasuwan Sheba da Ra’ama sun yi ciniki da ke; suka sayi kayanki da kayan yaji mafi kyau iri-iri, da duwatsu masu daraja iri-iri, da zinariya.
The traders of Sheba and Raamah did trade with you; they gave the best of all sorts of spices and all sorts of stones of great price and gold for your goods.
23 “‘Haran, Kanne da Eden da kuma’yan kasuwan Sheba, Assuriya da Kilmad sun yi ciniki da ke.
Haran and Canneh and Eden, the traders of Asshur and all the Medes:
24 A kasuwarki sun yi ciniki da ke suka sayar miki tufafi masu tsada, da na shuɗi, da masu ado, da dardumai masu ƙyalƙyali da kirtani, da igiyoyi waɗanda aka tuƙa da kyau.
These were your traders in beautiful robes, in rolls of blue and needlework, and in chests of coloured cloth, corded with cords and made of cedar-wood, in them they did trade with you.
25 “‘Jiragen ruwan Tarshish sun zama masu jigilar kayanki. Kin cika da kaya masu nauyi a tsakiyar teku.
Tarshish ships did business for you in your goods: and you were made full, and great was your glory in the heart of the seas.
26 Matuƙan jiragenki sun kai ki can cikin manyan tekuna. Amma iskar gabas za tă farfasa ki kucu-kucu a tsakiyar teku.
Your boatmen have taken you into great waters: you have been broken by the east wind in the heart of the seas.
27 Dukiyarki, cinikinki da kayan kasuwarki, ma’aikatanki na jirgi, matuƙan jiragenki da masu tattoshe mahaɗan katakan jiragenki,’yan kasuwarki da dukan sojojinki, da kuma kowa da yake cikin jirgi zai nutsa a tsakiyar teku a ranar da jirginki zai nutse.
Your wealth and your goods, the things in which you do trade, your seamen and those guiding your ships, those who make your boards watertight, and those who do business with your goods, and all your men of war who are in you, with all who have come together in you, will go down into the heart of the seas in the day of your downfall.
28 Ƙasashen bakin teku za su girgiza sa’ad da matuƙan jirginki suka yi kuka.
At the sound of the cry of your ships' guides, the boards of the ship will be shaking.
29 Dukan waɗanda suke riƙe da matuƙi za su ƙyale jiragensu; ma’aikatan jirage da dukan matuƙan jirage za su tsaya a bakin teku.
And all the boatmen, the seamen and those who are expert at guiding a ship through the sea, will come down from their ships and take their places on the land;
30 Za su tā da muryarsu su yi kuka mai zafi a kanki; za su yayyafa ƙura a kawunansu, su yi ta birgima a cikin toka.
And their voices will be sounding over you, and crying bitterly they will put dust on their heads, rolling themselves in the dust:
31 Za su aske kawunansu saboda ke za su kuma sa tufafin makoki. Za su yi kuka dominki su yi ɓacin rai da kuma kuka mai zafi.
And they will have the hair of their heads cut off because of you, and will put haircloth on their bodies, weeping for you with bitter grief in their souls, even with bitter sorrow.
32 Yayinda suke kuka a kanki kuwa, za su yi makoki dominki suna cewa, “Wa ya taɓa yin shiru kamar Taya, kewaye da teku?”
And in their weeping they will make a song of grief for you, sorrowing over you and saying, Who is like Tyre, who has come to an end in the deep sea?
33 Sa’ad da kayan cinikinki suka tafi ƙasashen hayi, kin gamsar da al’ummai masu yawa; da dukiyarki masu yawa da kuma kayan cinikinki kin azurtar da sarakunan duniya.
When your goods went out over the seas, you made numbers of peoples full; the wealth of the kings of the earth was increased with your great wealth and all your goods.
34 Yanzu teku ta farfashe ki cikin zurfafan ruwaye; kayan cinikinki da dukan kamfaninki sun nutse tare da ke.
Now that you are broken by the seas in the deep waters, your goods and all your people will go down with you.
35 Dukan mazaunan bakin teku sun giggice saboda masifarki; sarakunansu sun tsorata ƙwarai fuskokinsu kuwa sun yamutse don tsoro.
All the people of the sea-lands are overcome with wonder at you, and their kings are full of fear, their faces are troubled.
36 ’Yan kasuwa a cikin al’ummai suna yin miki tsaki; kin zo ga mummunar ƙarshe ba za ki ƙara kasancewa ba har abada.’”
Those who do business among the peoples make sounds of surprise at you; you have become a thing of fear, you have come to an end for ever.
