< Maimaitawar Shari’a 23 >

1 Duk wanda aka daƙe, ko yanke gabansa, ba zai shiga taron jama’ar Ubangiji ba.
No man whose private parts have been wounded or cut off may come into the meeting of the Lord's people.
2 Duk wanda aka haifa ta wurin cikin shege, har tsara ta goma, zuriyarsa ba za su shiga taron jama’ar Ubangiji ba, har zuwa tsara ta goma.
One whose father and mother are not married may not come into the meeting of the Lord's people, or any of his family to the tenth generation.
3 Ba mutumin Ammon, ko mutumin Mowab, ko kuwa wani zuriyarsu da zai shiga taron jama’ar Ubangiji, har tsara ta goma.
No Ammonite or Moabite or any of their people to the tenth generation may come into the meeting of the Lord's people:
4 Gama ba su zo sun tarye ku da burodi da ruwa a hanyarku, sa’ad da kuka fito daga Masar ba, sai ma suka yi haya Bala’am ɗan Beyor daga Fetor a Aram-Naharayim yă furta la’ana a kanku.
Because they gave you no bread or water on your way, when you came out of Egypt: and they got Balaam, the son of Peor, from Pethor in Aram-naharaim to put curses on you.
5 Amma Ubangiji Allahnku bai saurari Bala’am ba, sai ya mai da la’anar ta koma albarka gare ku, domin Ubangiji Allahnku yana ƙaunarku.
But the Lord your God would not give ear to Balaam, but let the curse be changed into a blessing to you, because of his love for you.
6 Kada ku yi yarjejjeniyar abuta da su, muddin kuna da rai.
Do nothing for their peace or well-being for ever.
7 Kada ku yi ƙyamar mutumin Edom, gama mutumin Edom ɗan’uwanku ne. Kada ku yi ƙyamar mutumin Masar, domin kun yi zama baƙunta a ƙasarsa.
But have no hate for an Edomite, because he is your brother, or for an Egyptian, for you were living in his land.
8 ’Ya’yan da aka haifa musu na tsara ta uku za su iya shiga taron jama’ar Ubangiji.
Their children in the third generation may come into the meeting of the Lord's people.
9 Sa’ad da kuka yi sansani don ku yi yaƙi da abokan gābanku, ku kiyaye kanku daga duk wani abu marar tsabta.
When you go out to war and put your tents in position, keep from every evil thing.
10 In ɗaya daga cikin mazanku ya ƙazantu saboda zubar da maniyyi, sai yă fita daga sansani yă zauna waje da sansani.
If any man among you becomes unclean through anything which has taken place in the night, he is to go out from the tent-circle and keep outside it:
11 Amma yayinda yamma ke gabatowa sai yă wanke kansa, da fāɗuwar rana kuwa sai yă koma cikin sansani.
But when evening comes near, let him take a bath: and after sundown he may come back to the tents.
12 Ku keɓe wuri waje da sansani inda za ku iya zuwa don yin bayan gari.
Let there be a place outside the tent-circle to which you may go;
13 Sai ku ɗauki wani abin tona ƙasa, sa’ad da kuka yi bayan gari, sai ku tona rami, ku rufe bayan garinku.
And have among your arms a spade; and when you have been to that place, let that which comes from you be covered up with earth:
14 Gama Ubangiji Allahnku yana zagawa a cikin sansaninku don yă tsare ku, yă kuma bashe abokan gābanku gare ku. Dole sansaninku yă kasance da tsarki, saboda kada yă ga wani abu marar kyau a cikinku, har yă juya daga gare ku.
For the Lord your God is walking among your tents, to keep you safe and to give up into your hands those who are fighting against you; then let your tents be holy, so that he may see no unclean thing among you, and be turned away from you.
15 In bawa ya tsere zuwa wurinku don mafaka, kada ku miƙa shi ga ubangidansa.
Do not give back to his master a servant who has gone in flight from his master and come to you:
16 Ku bar shi yă zauna a cikinku a duk inda yake so, da kuma a kowane garin da ya zaɓa. Kada ku tsananta masa.
Let him go on living among you in whatever place is most pleasing to him: do not be hard on him.
17 Kada mutumin Isra’ila ko mutuniyar Isra’ila yă zama karuwar haikali.
No daughter of Israel is to let herself be used as a loose woman for a strange god, and no son of Israel is to give himself to a man.
18 Kada ku kawo kuɗin a cikin gida Ubangiji Allahnku da aka samu ta wurin karuwanci wanda mace ko namiji ya yi don biyan wani alkawari, domin Ubangiji Allahnku yana ƙyamar su duka.
Do not take into the house of the Lord your God, as an offering for an oath, the price of a loose woman or the money given to one used for sex purposes in the worship of the gods: for these two things are disgusting to the Lord your God.
19 Kada ku nemi ɗan’uwanku yă biya bashin da kuka ba shi da ruwa, ko kuɗi, ko abinci, ko kowane irin abin da yana iya ba da ruwa.
Do not take interest from an Israelite on anything, money or food or any other goods, which you let him have:
20 Za ku iya nemi ruwa a bashin da kuka ba baƙo, amma ba ɗan’uwanku mutumin Isra’ila ba, domin Ubangiji Allahnku yă sa muku albarka a kowane abin da kuka sa hannunku a kai, a ƙasar da kuke shiga ku ci gādonta.
From men of other nations you may take interest, but not from an Israelite: so that the blessing of the Lord your God may be on everything to which you put your hand, in the land which you are about to take as your heritage.
21 In fa kuka yi alkawari ga Ubangiji Allahnku, to, kada ku yi jinkirin cikawa, gama tabbatacce Ubangiji Allahnku zai neme shi daga gare ku, za ku kuma zama masu laifin zunubi.
When you take an oath to the Lord, do not be slow to give effect to it: for without doubt the Lord your God will make you responsible, and will put it to your account as sin.
22 Amma in ba ku yi alkawari ba, ba kuwa zai zama muku zunubi ba.
But if you take no oath, there will be no sin.
23 Duk abin da ya fita daga bakinku, sai ku lura ku cika shi, kamar yadda kuka yarda da kanku, kuka yi alkawarin ga Ubangiji Allahnku da bakinku.
Whatever your lips have said, see that you do it; for you gave your word freely to the Lord your God.
24 In kun shiga gonar inabin maƙwabcinku, za ku iya cin inabin da kuke so, amma kada ku sa wani a kwandonku.
When you go into your neighbour's vine-garden, you may take of his grapes at your pleasure, but you may not take them away in your vessel.
25 In kun shiga gonar hatsin maƙwabcinku, za ku iya murmure tsabar da hannuwanku, amma kada ku sa lauje ku yanka hatsinsa da yake tsaye.
When you go into your neighbour's field, you may take the heads of grain with your hand; but you may not put your blade to his grain.
