< Maimaitawar Shari’a 15 >
At the end of every seven years you shall make a release.
2 Ga yadda za ku yafe basusuwan, kowane mai bin bashi, yă yafe bashin da yake bin ɗan’uwansa mutumin Isra’ila. Ba zai bukaci mutumin Isra’ila wanda yake ɗan’uwa yă biya shi bashi ba, gama an yi shelar lokacin da Ubangiji ya ajiye na yafe bashi.
And this is the manner of the release: Every creditor that lends ought unto his neighbour shall release it; he shall not exact it of his neighbour, or of his brother; because it is called the LORD's release.
3 Za ku iya nemi baƙo yă biya ku bashin da kuke binsa, amma dole ku yafe duk wani bashin da kuke bin ɗan’uwa.
Of a foreigner you may exact it again: but that which is your with your brother your hand shall release;
4 Amma bai kamata a sami matalauci a cikinku ba, gama Ubangiji Allahnku zai albarkace ku a ƙasar da yake ba ku, ku mallaka a matsayin gādo,
Save when there shall be no poor among you; for the LORD shall greatly bless you in the land which the LORD your God gives you for an inheritance to possess it:
5 in dai kun yi cikakken biyayya ga Ubangiji Allahnku, kuka kuma lura, kuna kiyaye dukan waɗannan umarnan da nake ba ku yau.
Only if you carefully hearken unto the voice of the LORD your God, to observe to do all these commandments which I command you this day.
For the LORD your God blesses you, as he promised you: and you shall lend unto many nations, but you shall not borrow; and you shall reign over many nations, but they shall not reign over you.
7 In akwai matalauci a cikin’yan’uwanku, a duk wani daga cikin biranen da Ubangiji Allahnku yake ba ku, kada ku taurara zuciya, ko ku ƙi saki hannu ga ɗan’uwanku matalauci.
If there be among you a poor man of one of your brethren within any of your gates in your land which the LORD your God gives you, you shall not harden your heart, nor shut your hand from your poor brother:
8 A maimakon haka ku bayar hannu sake, ku kuma ba shi bashi gwargwadon abin da yake bukata a sauƙaƙe.
But you shall open your hand wide unto him, and shall surely lend him sufficient for his need, in that which he wants.
9 Ku yi hankali kada ku riƙe wannan mugun tunani cewa, “Shekara ta bakwai, shekarar yafewar basusuwa, ta yi kusa,” har ku nuna mugun nufi ga ɗan’uwa mabukaci, ku ƙi ba shi wani abu. Zai yi kuka ga Ubangiji a kanku, abin kuwa zai zama laifi a kanku.
Beware that there be not a thought in your wicked heart, saying, The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand; and your eye be evil against your poor brother, and you give him nothing; and he cry unto the LORD against you, and it be sin unto you.
10 Ku bayar hannu sake gare shi, ku kuma yi haka ba tare da gunaguni ba; saboda wannan fa Ubangiji Allahnku zai albarkace ku a cikin dukan aikinku, da kuma kome da kuka sa hannunku a kai.
You shall surely give him, and your heart shall not be grieved when you give unto him: because that for this thing the LORD your God shall bless you in all your works, and in all that you put your hand unto.
For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command you, saying, You shall open your hand wide unto your brother, to your poor, and to your needy, in your land.
12 In ɗan’uwa mutumin Ibraniyawa, namiji ko ta mace, ya sayar da kansa gare ka, ya kuma bauta maka shekaru shida, a shekara ta bakwai dole ka’yantar da shi.
And if your brother, an Hebrew man, or an Hebrew woman, be sold unto you, and serve you six years; then in the seventh year you shall let him go free from you.
13 Sa’ad da kuka sake shi, kada ku bar shi yă tafi hannu wofi.
And when you send him out free from you, you shall not let him go away empty:
14 Ku ba shi kyautai hannu sake daga tumakinku, daga masussukarku, da kuma daga wurin matsewar inabinku. Ku ba shi yadda Ubangiji Allahnku ya albarkace ku.
You shall furnish him liberally out of your flock, and out of your floor, and out of your winepress: of that wherewith the LORD your God has blessed you you shall give unto him.
15 Ku tuna, dā ku bayi ne a Masar, Ubangiji Allahnku kuma ya fisshe ku. Shi ya sa nake ba ku wannan umarni a yau.
And you shall remember that you were a bondman in the land of Egypt, and the LORD your God redeemed you: therefore I command you this thing to day.
16 Amma in bawanka ya ce maka, “Ba na so in bar ka,” saboda yana ƙaunarka da iyalinka, ya kuma fiye masa yă zauna da kai,
And it shall be, if he say unto you, I will not go away from you; because he loves you and your house, because he is well with you;
17 sai ka ɗauki basilla ka huda kunnensa a bakin ƙofa, zai kuwa zama bawanka dukan rayuwarsa. Ka yi haka ma wa baiwarka.
Then you shall take an aul, and thrust it through his ear unto the door, and he shall be your servant for ever. And also unto your maidservant you shall do likewise.
18 Sa’ad da kuka’yantar da shi kada ku damu, gama shekara shida ya yi muku bauta wadda ta ninka ta ɗan ƙodago. Ubangiji Allahnku kuwa zai albarkace ku a kome da kuke yi.
It shall not seem hard unto you, when you send him away free from you; for he has been worth a double hired servant to you, in serving you six years: and the LORD your God shall bless you in all that you do.
Kada ku sa ɗan fari na shanunku aiki, kada kuma ku aske gashin ɗan fari na tumakinku.
All the first born males that come of your herd and of your flock you shall sanctify unto the LORD your God: you shall do no work with the first born of your bullock, nor shear the first born of your sheep.
You shall eat it before the LORD your God year by year in the place which the LORD shall choose, you and your household.
21 In dabbar tana da lahani, gurguntaka ko makantaka, ko kuwa tana da wani mugun lahani, kada ku miƙa ta ga Ubangiji Allahnku.
And if there be any blemish therein, as if it be lame, or blind, or have any ill blemish, you shall not sacrifice it unto the LORD your God.
22 Sai ku ci a cikin biranenku. Mutum marar tsabta da mai tsabta zai iya ci kamar yadda ake yi da barewa ko mariri.
You shall eat it within your gates: the unclean and the clean person shall eat it alike, as the roebuck, and as the hart.
23 Amma kada fa ku ci jinin, ku zubar da shi a ƙasa kamar ruwa.
Only you shall not eat the blood thereof; you shall pour it upon the ground as water.
