1 Bayan haka, Bulus ya bar Atens ya tafi Korint.
After these things, Paul departed from Athens and came to Corinth;

and finding a certain Jews, named Aquila, a native of Pontus, lately come from Italy, with Priscilla, his wife, (because Claudius Cesar had commanded all the Jews to depart from Rome, ) he went to them.
3 da yake shi ma mai ɗinkin tenti ne kamar su, sai ya zauna ya yi aiki tare da su.
And as he was of the same trade, he continued with them, and wrought; for by trade they were tent-makers.
4 Kowace Asabbaci kuwa yakan yi muhawwara a majami’a, yana ƙoƙari yă rinjayi Yahudawa da Hellenawa.
But he reasoned in the synagogue every Sabbath day, and persuaded the Jews and the Greeks.
5 Sa’ad da Sila da Timoti suka iso daga Makidoniya, sai Bulus ya ba da kansa ga yin wa’azi kaɗai, yana tabbatar wa Yahudawa cewa Yesu shi ne Kiristi.
And as soon as Silas and Timothy came from Macedonia, Paul was impelled by the Spirit, and testified to the Jews that Jesus was the Messiah.
6 Amma sa’ad da Yahudawa suka yi hamayya da Bulus suka kuma shiga zaginsa, sai ya karkaɗe tufafinsa a cikin rashin yarda, ya ce musu, “Alhakinku yana a kanku! Ba ni da wani laifi. Daga yanzu zan tafi wajen Al’ummai.”
But when they set themselves in opposition, and reviled, he shook his garment, and said to them, Let your blood be upon your own head! I am pure. From henceforth I will go to the Gentiles.
7 Sai Bulus ya bar majami’ar ya kuma tafi ƙofar da take kusa da gidan Titus Yustus, mai yi wa Allah sujada.
And going out thence, he went into the house of one called Justus, a worshiper of God, whose house was adjoining the synagogue.
8 Kirisbus, shugaban majami’a, da dukan iyalinsa suka gaskata Ubangiji; Korintiyawa masu yawa kuwa da suka ji shi suka gaskata, aka kuwa yi musu baftisma.
Now, Crispus, the ruler of the synagogue, believed in the Lord, with all his house; and many of the Corinthians, hearing, believed; and were immersed.
9 Wata rana da dad dare, Ubangiji ya yi magana da Bulus a cikin wahayi ya ce, “Kada ka ji tsoro; ka ci gaba da yin magana, kada ka yi shiru.
But the Lord said to Paul, in a vision by night, Fear not, but speak, and do not keep silence;
10 Gama ina tare da kai, ba kuma wanda zai fāɗa maka ya cuce ka, domin ina da mutane da yawa a wannan birni.”
for I am with you, and no man shall fall on you, to injure you; for I have much people in this city.
11 Saboda haka Bulus ya zauna a nan har shekara ɗaya da rabi, yana koya musu maganar Allah.
And he continued there a year and six months, teaching the word of God among them.
12 Yayinda Galliyo yake muƙaddas Akayya, Yahudawa suka haɗa kai suka tasar wa Bulus, suka kuwa kawo shi cikin kotu.
But when Gallio was proconsul of Achaia, the Jews made an assault upon Paul, with one consent, and brought him before the tribunal,
13 Suka yi zarge cewa, “Wannan mutum yana rarrashin mutane su yi wa Allah sujada a hanyoyin da suka saɓa wa doka.”
saying, This fellow persuades men to worship God contrary to the law.
14 A daidai sa’ad da Bulus yana shirin yin magana, sai Galliyo ya ce wa Yahudawan, “Da a ce ku Yahudawa kuna gunaguni game da munafunci, ko kuma wani babban laifi, da sai in iya sauraronku.
And when Paul would have opened his mouth, Gallio said to the the Jews, If it were an act of injustice, or mischievous licentiousness, O Jews! it were reasonable I should bear with you.
15 Amma da yake ya shafi gardama ce game da kalmomi da sunaye da kuma dokarku, sai ku ji da ita da kanku. Ni ba zan zama mai shari’a kan irin waɗannan abubuwa ba.”
But if it be a question concerning words, and names, and the law which is among you, you see to it yourselves; for I will be no judge of these matters.
16 Saboda haka ya kore su.
And he drove them away from the tribunal.
17 Sai duk suka juya kan Sostenes shugaban majami’a suka yi masa dūka a gaban kotun. Amma Galliyo ko yă kula.
And all the Greeks laid hold on Sosthenes, the ruler of the synagogue, and beat him before the tribunal; but Gallio did not concern himself at all about the matter.
18 Bulus kuwa ya ci gaba da zama a Korint na’yan kwanaki. Sa’an nan ya bar’yan’uwa ya shiga jirgin ruwa zuwa Suriya tare da Firiskila da Akwila. Kafin ya tashi, ya aske kansa a Kenkireya saboda alkawarin da ya yi.
And Paul still continued there for a considerable time, and then taking leave of the brethren, sailed thence for Syria, and with him Priscilla and Aquila; having shaved his head at Cenchrea, for he had a vow.
19 Suka isa Afisa, inda Bulus ya bar Firiskila da Akwila. Shi kansa ya shiga majami’a ya kuma yi muhawwara da Yahudawa.
And he arrived at Ephesus, and there he left them; but he himself entered into the synagogue, and reasoned with the Jews.
20 Sa’ad da suka roƙe shi ya ƙara’yan kwanaki da su, bai yarda ba.
And though they entreated him to have staid longer with them, he did not consent:
21 Amma da yake barin wurin, ya yi alkawari cewa, “Zan dawo in Allah ya yarda.” Sa’an nan ya tashi daga Afisa a jirgin ruwa.
but he took his leave of them, saying, It is necessary for me, all means, to celebrate the approaching feast at Jerusalem; but I will return to you again, God willing. And he set sail from Ephesus.
22 Sa’ad da ya sauka a Kaisariya, sai ya haura ya gai da ikkilisiya sa’an nan ya gangara zuwa Antiyok.
And landing at Cesarea, he went up; and having saluted the congregation, he went down to Antioch.
23 Bayan ya yi’yan kwanaki a Antiyok, Bulus ya tashi daga can ya zaga ko’ina a yankin Galatiya da Firjiya, yana ƙarfafa dukan almajirai.
and having saluted the congregation, he went down to Antioch. And having spent some time there, he departed, going through the country of Galatia and Phrygia, in a regular manner confirming all the disciples.
24 Ana cikin haka sai wani mutumin Yahuda mai suna Afollos, ɗan ƙasar Alekzandariya, ya zo Afisa. Shi masani ne, yana da cikakken sani na Nassosi.
Now, a certain Jew, whose name was Apollos, a native of Alexandria, an eloquent man, and powerful in the scriptures, came to Ephesus.
25 An horar da shi a hanyar Ubangiji, ya kuma himma ƙwarai a magana, ya kuma yi koyarwa game da Yesu, daidai, ko da yake baftismar Yohanna ce kaɗai ya sani.
This person was instructed in the way of the Lord, and being fervent in spirit, he spoke and taught them things of the Lord with great accuracy, being only acquainted with the immersion of John.
26 Sai ya fara magana gabagadi a majami’a. Sa’ad da Firiskila da Akwila suka ji shi, sai suka gayyace shi gidansu suka ƙara bayyana masa hanyar Allah sosai.
And he began to speak boldly in the synagogue. And Aquila and Priscilla hearing him, took him aside, and explained to him the way of God in a more perfect manner.
27 Sa’ad da Afollos ya so ya tafi Akayya, sai’yan’uwa suka ƙarfafa shi suka kuma rubuta wa almajiran da suke can da su marabce shi. Da isowarsa, ya zama da taimako ƙwarai ga waɗanda ta wurin alheri suka gaskata.
And when he intended to go over to Achaia, the brethren wrote to the disciples, exhorting them to receive him. And being arrived there, by his gift he greatly helped those who had believed.
28 Gama da ƙwazo ya ƙaryata Yahudawa a muhawwara a fili, yana tabbatar daga Nassosi cewa Yesu shi ne Kiristi.
For he strenuously debated with the Jews in public, showing by the scriptures, that Jesus is the Messiah.
