2 Sarakuna 8

1 To, Elisha ya riga ya ce wa matan da ya tā da ɗanta daga matattu, “Ki kwashe iyalinki ku tafi duk inda za ku tafi na ɗan lokaci, domin Ubangiji ya sa a yi yunwa na shekara bakwai a ƙasar.”

Forsothe Elisee spak to the womman, whose sone he made to lyue, and he seide, Rise thou, and go, bothe thou and thin hows, and `go in pilgrimage, where euer thou schalt fynde; for the Lord schal clepe hungur, and it schal come on the lond bi seuene yeer.

2 Sai macen ta yi kamar yadda mutumin Allah ya faɗa. Ita da iyalinta suka tafi ƙasar Filistiyawa suka zauna shekara bakwai.

And sche roos, and dide bi the word of the man of God; and sche yede with hir hows, and was in pilgrimage in the lond of Philistym many daies.

3 A ƙarshen shekara bakwai ɗin sai ta dawo daga ƙasar Filistiyawa, ta kuma tafi wajen sarki ta roƙa a mayar mata da gidanta da filinta.

And whanne seuene yeer weren endid, the womman turnede ayen fro the lond of Philisteis; and sche yede out, to axe the kyng for her hows, and hir feeldis.

4 Sarki kuwa yana magana da Gehazi bawan mutumin Allah, ya ce masa, “Ba ni labarin dukan abubuwan banmamakin da Elisha ya yi.”

Sotheli the kyng spak with Giezi, child of the man of God, and seide, Telle thou to me alle the grete dedis whiche Elisee dide.

5 A sa’ad da Gehazi yana cikin ba shi labarin yadda Elisha ya tā da matacce ke nan, sai ga macen da aka tā da ɗanta daga matattu ta shigo don tă roƙi sarki yă mayar mata da gidanta da filinta. Gehazi ya ce, “Ranka yă daɗe, ai, ga macen, ga kuma ɗan da Elisha ya tā da daga matattu.”

And whanne he telde to the kyng, hou Elisee hadde reiside a deed man, the womman apperide, whos sone he hadde maad to lyue, and sche criede to the kyng for hir hows, and for hir feeldis. And Giesi seide, My lord the king, this is the womman, and this is hir sone, whom Elisee reiside.

6 Sarki ya tambayi macen game da al’amarin, ita kuwa ta faɗa masa. Sa’an nan ya sa wani hafsa yă dubi damuwarta ya kuma ce masa, “Ka mayar mata kome da yake nata, haɗe da dukan kuɗin da aka samo daga filin, daga ranar da ta bar ƙasar har yă zuwa yanzu.”

And the kyng axide the womman, and sche tolde to hym, that the thingis weren sothe. And the kyng yaf to hir o chaumburleyn, and seide, Restore thou to hir alle thingis that ben hern, and alle fruytis of the feeldis, fro the dai in which she left the lond `til to present tyme.

7 Sai Elisha ya tafi Damaskus, Ben-Hadad mutumin Aram kuwa yana ciwo. Sa’ad da aka faɗa wa sarki, “Mutumin Allah ya hauro tun daga can zuwa nan,”

Also Elisee cam to Damask, and Benadab, kyng of Sirie, was sijk; and thei telden to hym, and seiden, The man of God cam hidur.

8 sai ya ce wa Hazayel, “Ɗauki wannan tare da kai ka tafi ka taryi mutumin Allah. Ka nemi nufin Ubangiji ta wurinsa; ka tambaye shi, ‘Zan warke daga ciwon nan?’”

And the kyng seide to Azael, Take with thee yiftis, and go thou in to the meetyng of the man of God, and `counsele thou bi hym the Lord, and seie thou, Whether Y may ascape fro this `sikenesse of me?

9 Sai Hazayel ya tafi taryen Elisha, ya ɗauka kyauta na kowane irin kaya masu kyau na Damaskus tare da shi a raƙuma arba’in. Ya shiga ya tsaya a gaban Elisha ya ce, “Ɗanka Ben-Hadad na Aram ya aike ni in tambaye ka, ‘Zan warke daga ciwon nan?’”

Therfor Azael yede in to the meetyng of hym, and hadde with hym silf yiftis, and alle the goodis of Damask, the burthuns of fourti camels. And whanne he hadde stonde bifor Elisee, he seide, Thi sone, Benadab, kyng of Sirie, sente me to thee, and seide, Whether Y may be helid of this `sikenesse of me?

10 Elisha ya amsa ya ce, “Je ka ce masa, ‘Ba shakka za ka warke’; ammaUbangiji ya nuna mini cewa ba shakka zai mutu.”

And Elisee seide, Go thou, and seye to hym, Thou schalt be heelid; forsothe the Lord schewide to me that he schal die bi deth.

11 Sai ya zuba wa Hazayel ido har sai da Hazayel ya ji kunya. Sa’an nan mutumin Allah ya fara kuka.

And he stood with hym, and he was disturblid, `til to the castyng doun of cheer; and the man of God wepte.

12 Hazayel ya ce masa, “Me ya sa ranka yă daɗe yake kuka?” Elisha ya amsa, “Domin na san illar da za ka yi wa Isra’ilawa. Za ka ƙona biranensu masu katanga, ka karkashe majiya ƙarfinsu da takobi, ka fyaffyaɗe ƙananan yaransu da ƙasa, ka tsattsage matansu masu ciki.”

`To whom Azael seide, Whi wepith my lord? And he answeride, For Y woot what yuelis thou schalt do to the sones of Israel; thou schalt brenne bi fier the strengthid citees of hem, and thou schalt sle bi swerd the yonge men of hem, and thou schalt hurtle doun the litle children of hem, and thou schalt departe the women with childe.

13 Hazayel ya ce, “Yaya bawanka, wanda yake kare kawai, zai iya aikata wannan irin abu?” Elisha ya ce, “Ubangiji ya nuna mini cewa za ka zama sarkin Aram.”

And Azael seide, What sotheli am Y, thi seruaunt, a dogge, that Y do this grete thing? And Elisee seide, The Lord schewide to me that thou schalt be kyng of Sirie.

14 Sai Hazayel ya rabu da Elisha ya koma wurin maigidansa. Da Ben-Hadad ya yi tambaya, “Me Elisha ya ce maka?” Sai Hazayel ya amsa, “Ya faɗa mini cewa tabbatacce za ka warke.”

And whanne he hadde departid fro Elisee, he cam to his lord; which seide to Azael, What seide Elisee to thee? And he answeride, Elisee seide to me, Thou schalt resseyue helthe.

15 Amma kashegari sai ya ɗauki tsumma mai kauri, ya jiƙa shi, ya rufe fuskar sarki da shi, har sai da sarki ya mutu. Sai Hazayel ya gāje shi a matsayin sarki.

And whanne `the tother day hadde come, Azael took the cloth on the bed, and bischedde with watir, and spredde abrood on the face of hym; and whanne he was deed, Azael regnede for hym.

16 A shekara ta biyar ta mulkin Yoram ɗan Ahab, sarkin Isra’ila, sa’ad da Yehoshafat yake sarautar Yahuda, Yoram ɗan Yehoshafat, ya fara mulkinsa a matsayin sarkin Yahuda.

In the fyuethe yeer of Joram, sone of Achab, kyng of Israel, and of Josephat, kyng of Juda, Joram, sone of Josephat, kyng of Juda, regnede.

17 Yana da shekara talatin da biyu sa’ad da ya zama sarki, ya kuma yi mulki na tsawon shekara takwas a Urushalima.

He was of two and thretti yeer whanne he bigan to regne, and he regnede eiyte yeer in Jerusalem.

18 Ya bi gurbin sarakunan Isra’ila, yadda gidan Ahab ta yi, gama ya auri’yar Ahab. Ya yi mugunta a gaban Ubangiji.

And he yede in the weies of the kyngis of Israel, as the hows of Achab hadde go; for the douyter of Achab was his wijf; and he dide that, that is yuel in the siyt of the Lord.

19 Duk da haka, saboda bawansa Dawuda, Ubangiji bai ragargaza Yahuda ba. Ya riga ya yi alkawari zai bar wa Dawuda magāji har abada.

Forsothe the Lord nolde distrie Juda, for Dauid, his seruaunt, as he `hadde bihiyt to Dauid, that he schulde yyue to hym a lanterne, and to hise sones in alle daies.

20 A kwanakin Yoram, Edom ta yi wa Yahuda tawaye, ta naɗa wa kanta sarki.

In tho daies Edom, `that is, Ydumee, yede awei, that it schulde not be vndur Juda; and made a kyng to it silf.

21 Saboda haka Yehoram ya tafi Zayir da dukan kekunan yaƙinsa. Sojojin Edom suka kewaye shi a can, amma da dare sai Yoram ya ɓarke ya gudu, sojojinsa kuma suka watse zuwa gidajensu.

And Joram cam to Seira, and alle the charis with hym; and he roos bi nyyt, and smoot Ydumeis, that cumpassiden hym, and the princis of charis; sotheli the puple fledde in to her tabernaclis.

22 Har yă zuwa yau, Edom tana yi wa Yahuda tawaye. A lokaci ɗaya ne Libna ma ta yi tawaye.

Therfor Edom yede awei, that it was not vndur Juda `til to this day; thanne also Lobna yede awey in that tyme.

23 Game da waɗansu abubuwan da suka faru a zamanin Yoram, ba suna a rubuce a cikin littafin tarihin sarakunan Yahuda ba?

Forsothe the residues of wordis of Joram, and alle thingis whiche he dide, whether these ben not writun in the book of wordis of daies of the kingis of Juda?

24 Yoram ya huta tare da kakanninsa, aka kuma binne shi a birnin Dawuda. Sai Ahaziya ɗansa ya gāje shi a matsayin sarki.

And Joram slepte with hise fadris, and was biried with hem in the citee of Dauid; and Ocozie, his sone, regnede for hym.

25 A shekara ta goma sha biyu ta Yoram ɗan Ahab, sarkin Isra’ila, Ahaziya ɗan Yehoram, sarkin Yahuda ya fara mulki.

In the tweluethe yeer of Joram, sone of Achab, kyng of Israel, Ocozie, sone of Joram, kyng of Juda, regnede.

26 Ahaziya yana da shekara ashirin da biyu sa’ad da ya zama sarki, ya kuma yi mulki a Urushalima shekara ɗaya. Sunan mahaifiyarsa Ataliya, jikanyar Omri, sarkin Isra’ila.

Ocozie, the sone of Joram, was of two and twenti yeer whanne he bigan to regne, and he regnede o yeer in Jerusalem; the name of his moder was Athalia, the douyter of Amry, kyng of Israel.

27 Ya bi gurbin gidan Ahab, ya yi mugunta a gaban Ubangiji yadda gida Ahab ta yi, gama yana da dangantaka ta aure da gidan Ahab.

And he yede in the waies of the hows of Achab, and dide that, that is yuel, bifor the Lord, as the hows of Achab dide; for he was hosebonde of a douyter of the hows of Achab.

28 Ahaziya ya tafi tare da Yoram ɗan Ahab don su yaƙi Hazayel sarkin Aram a Ramot Gileyad. Arameyawa suka yi wa Yoram rauni;

Also he yede with Joram, sone of Achab, to fiyt ayens Azael, kyng of Sirie, in Ramoth of Galaad; and men of Sirie woundiden Joram.

29 saboda haka Sarki Yoram ya koma zuwa Yezireyel don yă yi jinyar raunin da Arameyawa suka ji masa a Rama a yaƙinsa da Hazayel sarkin Aram. Sai Ahaziya ɗan Yehoram, sarkin Yahuda ya gangara zuwa Yezireyel yă dubi Yoram ɗan Ahab domin an yi masa rauni.

Which turnede ayen, to be heelid in Jezrael; for men of Sirie woundiden hym in Ramoth, fiytynge ayens Azael, kyng of Sirye. Forsothe Ocozie, sone of Joram, the kyng of Juda, cam doun to se Joram, sone of Achab, in to Jezrael, that was sijk there.
