1 Sai dukan mutanen Yahuda suka ɗauki Uzziya wanda yake da shekara goma sha shida da haihuwa, suka naɗa shi sarki a madadin mahaifinsa Amaziya.
All the people of Judah took Uzziah, who was sixteen years old, and made him king in the place of his father Amaziah.
2 Shi ne wanda ya sāke gina Elot ya kuma mai da shi ga Yahuda bayan Amaziya ya huta tare da kakanninsa.
He built Eilat, and restored it to Judah, after that the king slept with his fathers.
3 Uzziya yana da shekara goma sha shida sa’ad da ya zama sarki, ya kuma yi mulki a Urushalima shekara hamsin da biyu. Sunan mahaifiyarsa Yekoliya ce; ita daga Urushalima ce.
Sixteen years old was Uzziah when he began to reign; and he reigned fifty-two years in Jerusalem: and his mother's name was Jecoliah, of Jerusalem.
4 Ya yi abin da yake daidai a gaban Ubangiji, kamar dai yadda mahaifinsa Amaziya ya yi.
He did that which was right in the eyes of Jehovah, according to all that his father Amaziah had done.
5 Ya nemi Allah a kwanakin Zakariya, wanda ya koyar da shi a tsoron Allah. Muddin ya nemi Ubangiji, Allah ya ba shi nasara.
He set himself to seek God in the days of Zechariah, who had understanding in the fear of God, and as long as he sought Jehovah, God made him to prosper.
6 Ya yi yaƙi da Filistiyawa ya kuma rushe katangar Gat, Yabne da kuma Ashdod. Sa’an nan ya sāke gina garuruwa kusa da Ashdod da sauran wurare a cikin Filistiyawa.
He went forth and warred against the Philistines, and broke down the wall of Gath, and the wall of Jabneh, and the wall of Ashdod; and he built cities in the country of Ashdod, and among the Philistines.
7 Allah ya taimake shi a kan Filistiyawa da kuma a kan Larabawa waɗanda suke zama a Gur-Ba’al da kuma a kan Meyunawa.
God helped him against the Philistines, and against the Arabians who lived in Gur Baal, and the Meunites.
8 Ammonawa suka kawo haraji wa Uzziya, sunan da ya yi kuwa ya bazu har iyakar Masar, domin ya zama mai iko sosai.
The Meunites gave tribute to Uzziah, and his name spread abroad even to the entrance of Egypt; for he grew exceeding strong.
9 Uzziya ya gina hasumiyoyi a Urushalima a Ƙofar Kusurwa, a Ƙofar Kwari da kuma a kusurwar katanga, ya kuma yi musu katanga.
Moreover Uzziah built towers in Jerusalem at the Corner Gate, and at the Valley Gate, and at the turning of the wall, and fortified them.
10 Ya gina hasumiyoyi a hamada ya kuma haƙa rijiyoyi masu yawa, gama yana da dabbobi masu yawa a gindin duwatsu da kuma a kwari. Yana da mutane masu yin masa aiki a gonakinsa da gonakin inabinsa a tuddai da kuma a ƙasashe masu dausayi, gama yana son noma.
He built towers in the wilderness, and dug out many cisterns, for he had many cattle; in the Shephelah and in the plain he had farmers, and vinedressers in the hills and in the fertile fields, for he loved the land.
11 Uzziya ya kasance da gogaggun mayaƙa, a shirye su fito ɓangarori-ɓangarori bisa ga yawansu yadda Yehiyel magatakarda, da Ma’asehiya jarumi, suka karkasa su bisa ga umarnin Hananiya, ɗaya daga cikin fadawa.
Moreover Uzziah had an army of fighting men, who went out to war by bands, according to the number of their reckoning made by Jeiel the scribe and Maaseiah the officer, under the hand of Hananiah, one of the king's captains.

The whole number of the heads of ancestral houses, even the mighty men of valor, was two thousand and six hundred.

Under their hand was an army, three hundred thousand and seven thousand and five hundred, who made war with mighty power, to help the king against the enemy.
14 Uzziya ya tanada garkuwoyi, māsu, hulunan kwano, kayan sulke, baka da majajjawa don mayaƙan gaba ɗaya.
Uzziah prepared for them, even for all the army, shields, and spears, and helmets, and coats of mail, and bows, and stones for slinging.
15 A Urushalima ya yi na’urori da gwanaye suka sarrafa don amfani a hasumiyoyi da kuma a kusurwar kāriya don harbin kibiyoyi da jefan manyan duwatsu. Sunansa ya bazu ko’ina, gama ya sami taimako sosai har ya zama mai iko.
He made in Jerusalem engines, invented by skillful men, to be on the towers and on the battlements, with which to shoot arrows and great stones. His name spread far abroad; for he was marvelously helped, until he was strong.
16 Amma bayan Uzziya ya zama mai iko, sai ɗaga kai ya kai shi ga fāɗuwa. Bai yi aminci ga Ubangiji Allahnsa ba, ya kuma shiga haikalin Ubangiji don yă ƙone turare a bagaden turare.
But when he was strong, his heart was lifted up, so that he did corruptly, and he trespassed against Jehovah his God; for he went into Jehovah's temple to burn incense on the altar of incense.
17 Azariya firist tare da waɗansu firistoci tamanin na Ubangiji masu ƙarfin hali suka bi shi ciki.
Azariah the priest went in after him, and with him eighty priests of Jehovah, who were valiant men:
18 Suka kalubalance shi suka ce, “Ba daidai ba ne, Uzziya, ka ƙone turare ga Ubangiji. Wannan aikin firistoci zuriyar Haruna ne, waɗanda aka tsarkake don ƙone turare. Ka bar wuri mai tsarki, gama ka kasance marar aminci; kuma Ubangiji Allah ba zai girmama ka ba.”
and they resisted Uzziah the king, and said to him, "It isn't for you, Uzziah, to burn incense to Jehovah, but for the priests the descendants of Aaron, who are consecrated to burn incense. Go out of the sanctuary; for you have trespassed; neither shall it be for your honor from Jehovah God."
19 Uzziya wanda yake da farantin wuta a hannunsa a shirye don ƙone turare, ya husata. Yayinda yake fushi da firistocin a gabansu a gaban bagaden turare a haikalin Ubangiji, sai kuturta ta faso a goshinsa.
Then Uzziah was angry; and he had a censer in his hand to burn incense; and while he was angry with the priests, the leprosy broke forth in his forehead before the priests in the house of Jehovah, beside the altar of incense.

Azariah the chief priest, and all the priests, looked on him, and look, he was leprous in his forehead, and they thrust him out quickly from there; yes, himself hurried also to go out, because Jehovah had struck him.

Uzziah the king was a leper to the day of his death, and lived in a separate house, being a leper; for he was cut off from the house of Jehovah: and Jotham his son was over the king's house, judging the people of the land.
22 Sauran ayyukan mulkin Uzziya daga farko zuwa ƙarshe, suna a rubuce ta hannun annabi Ishaya ɗan Amoz.
Now the rest of the acts of Uzziah, first and last, Isaiah the prophet, the son of Amoz, wrote.
23 Uzziya ya huta da kakanninsa aka kuma binne shi kusa da su a fili don binnewar da take ta sarakuna, domin mutane sun ce, “Yana da kuturta.” Sai Yotam ɗansa ya gāje shi a matsayin sarki.
So Uzziah slept with his fathers; and they buried him with his fathers in the field of burial which belonged to the kings; for they said, "He is a leper." Jotham his son reigned in his place.
