2 पतरस 3
1 हे प्यारे बिश्वासी भाईयो, इब मै थारे ताहीं दुसरी चिट्ठी लिक्खूँ सूं, अर मै दोन्नु चिट्ठियाँ म्ह थारे ताहीं कुछ चीज याद दुआ के थमनै सही ढंग तै सोच्चण खात्तर उत्साहित करण की कोशिश करण लागरया सूं, जो थमनै पैहले तै सीख ली सै।
Beloved, this second epistle I now write to you, in which epistles I stir up your sincere mind to remembrance:
2 मै यो इस करकै करण लागरया सूं, क्यूँके मै थमनै उन नबियाँ के शब्द याद दुवाणा चाहूँ सूं, जो उननै भोत पैहले कहे अर प्रभु यीशु मसीह जो म्हारा उद्धारकर्ता सै, उसकी शिक्षा जो थमनै उन प्रेरितां तै सीखी जो थारे धोरै आए थे।
to be mindful of the words before spoken by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us, the Apostles of the Lord and Saviour.
3 यो जाण ल्यो के आखरी के दिनां म्ह मसीह के आण तै पैहल्या भोत-से इसे माणस होवैंगे जो थारा मजाक उड़ावैंगे, क्यूँके थम बिश्वास करो सों के मसीह बोहड़ के आवैगा, अर वे बुरे तै बुरा काम करैगें जो उन ताहीं खुश करै सै।
Knowing this first, that scoffers will come in the last days, walking after their own lusts,
4 अर कहवैगें, “उसकै आण का वादा कित्त गया? क्यूँके जिब तै उनके पूर्वज सो ग्ये सै, सारा किमे उस्से तरियां ए सै जिस तरियां सृष्टि की शरुआत तै था?”
and saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for from the time the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as at the beginning of the creation.
5 वो इस करकै कहवैंगें क्यूँके वो भूलणा चाहवै सै, के परमेसवर के वचन कै जरिये अकास पुराणे बखत तै विद्यमान सै। उसनै धरती ताहीं भी पाणी म्ह तै बणाया अर पाणी तै न्यारा करया।
But this willfully escapes them, that, by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth subsisting from the water, and by water:
6 यो उनके मजाक का ए नतिज्जा था, के बाद म्ह उसनै एक बड़ी बाढ़ के जरिये इस दुनिया ताहीं पाणी म्ह डूबो कै नाश कर दिया।
by which the world that then was, being deluged with water, perished.
7 पर परमेसवर नै इब के बखत का अकास अर धरती उस्से वचन कै जरिये ज्यांतै राख राक्खे सै, के जळाए जावै, अर ये भगतिहीन माणसां के न्याय अर नाश होण कै दिन ताहीं इसेए धरे रहवैंगे।
But the present heavens and the earth, by the same word are treasured up, being kept for fire to a day of judgment, and destruction of ungodly men.
8 हे प्यारे बिश्वासी भाईयो, या बात थारे तै लुक्ही ना रहवै के प्रभु कै उरै एक दिन हजार साल कै बराबर सै, अर हजार साल एक दिन कै बराबर सै, उसकै खात्तर दोन्नु एक्के सै।
But this one thing, let it not escape you, beloved, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
9 प्रभु अपणे वादे कै बारै म्ह वार न्ही करदा, जिसी देर कुछ माणस समझै सै, पर थारे बारै म्ह धीरज धरै सै, अर न्ही चाहन्दा के कोए नाश हो, बल्के यो, के सारया ताहीं मन पलटन का मौक्का मिलै।
The Lord does not delay his promise in the manner some account delaying; but he exercises long-suffering toward us, not desiring that any should perish, but that all should come to reformation.
10 पर मसीह जरुर बोहड़ के आवैगा, उस दिन अकास म्ह बड़ा गरजण होगा अर अकास गायब हो जावैगा, जो कुछ अकास म्ह सै जिस तरियां सूरज, चाँद अर तारे ये सब आग म्ह पूरी तरियां जळ जावैंगे, उस दिन परमेसवर सब जाहिर करैगा, अर इस दुनिया म्ह होण लागरे सारे काम्मां का भी न्याय करैगा।
However, as thief, the day of the Lord will come; in which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements burning shall be dissolved; and the earth, and the works that are upon it, shall be utterly burned.
11 जिब के ये सारी चीज इस तरियां तै पिंघळ के खतम होण आळी सै, तो थारे ताहीं पवित्र चाल-चलण अर भगति म्ह किस ढाळ का माणस होणा चाहिये,
Seeing, then, all these things shall be dissolved; --what sort of persons ought you to be, in holy behavior and godliness,
12 जिब थम उस दिन की बाट देक्खो सों जिब परमेसवर इस दुनिया का न्याय करण आवैगा, तो उस दिन ताहीं तावळा ल्याण खात्तर पूरी कोशिश करो, उस दिन आग अकास ताहीं जळा कै भस्म कर देवैगी अर जो कुछ अकास म्ह सै उस ताहीं गर्मी पिंघळा देवैगी।
expecting and earnestly desiring, the coming of the day of God; in which the heavens being set on fire, shall be dissolved, and the elements burning, shall be melted?
13 पर उसके वादे कै मुताबिक हम एक नये अकास अर नयी धरती की आस देक्खां सां, जिस म्ह परमेसवर की धार्मिकता वास करैगी।
But we, according to his promise, expect new heavens, and a new earth, in which dwells righteousness.
14 जिब के थम इन बात्तां नै पूरा होण की बाट देक्खो सों तो थम इसी जिन्दगी जिओ जो परमेसवर नै पसन्द सै यानी थम एक-दुसरे के साथ शान्ति तै उसकै स्याम्ही बेदाग अर बेकसूर रहो।
Wherefore, beloved, expecting these things, diligently endeavor to be found of him spotless, and irreproachable, in peace.
15 यो जाण ल्यो के, क्यूँ म्हारा प्रभु धीरजवान सै? क्यूँके वो माणसां नै कुछ और बखत देणा चाहवै सै, ताके वो पाप करणा छोड़ दे, अर वो उन ताहीं बचा सकै, जिब म्हारा संगी बिश्वासी भाई पौलुस जिसतै हम प्यार करां सां, उसनै परमेसवर के ज्ञान के जरिये थारे ताहीं लिख्या सै, उसनै भी थारे ताहीं येए बात बताई सै, जो मन्नै थारे ताहीं बताई सै।
And reckon the long-suffering of our Lord, to be for salvation; as also our beloved brother Paul, according to the wisdom given to him, has written to you.
16 उस्से तरियां ए उसनै अपणी सारी चिट्ठियाँ म्ह भी जो बिश्वासियाँ ताहीं लिखी सै इन बात्तां का जिक्र करया सै, जिन म्ह कुछ बात इसी सै जिनका समझणा ओक्खा सै, अर अनपढ़ अर चंचल माणस उनके मतलबां नै गलत तरिक्कें तै बतावै सै जिसा वो पवित्र ग्रन्थ की दुसरे वचनां का गलत मतलब लिकाड़ै सै, इसा करकै वो परमेसवर नै मजबूर करै ताके वो उन ताहीं नाश करदे।
As, indeed, in all his epistles, speaking in them concerning these things: in which there are some things hard to be understood, which the untaught and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, to their own destruction.
17 ज्यांतै हे प्यारे बिश्वासी भाईयो, थम जाणो सों, के ये सारी बात होवैंगी, तो ध्यान राक्खों के जो लोग परमेसवर का हुकम ताहीं न्ही मानते वो झूठ के जरिये थारे ताहीं बहका ना दे, अर उन बात्तां के बारें म्ह शक करण लागरे सों, जिनपै पैहले बिश्वास करो थे।
Therefore, beloved, foreknowing these things, be on your guard; lest being also carried away by the deceit of the lawless, you fall from your own steadfastness.
18 पर म्हारे प्रभु अर उद्धारकर्ता यीशु मसीह के अनुग्रह अर ज्ञान की पहचान म्ह बढ़दे जाओ। उस्से की महिमा इब भी हो, अर युगानुयुग होन्दी रहवै। आमीन। (aiōn g165)
But grow in favor, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory, both now and to the day of eternity. Amen. (aiōn g165)
