< Sòm 65 >

1 Pou direktè koral la; yon Sòm David. Yon chan. Se lwanj k ap tan Ou, O Bondye nan Sion. Ve yo va fèt anvè Ou.
To the chief music-maker. A Psalm. Of David. A Song. It is right for you, O God, to have praise in Zion: to you let the offering be made.
2 O Ou menm ki tande priyè yo, a Ou menm tout moun vini.
To you, O hearer of prayer, let the words of all flesh come.
3 Inikite m t ap kanpe kont mwen; men pou transgresyon nou yo, Ou kouvri yo.
Evils have overcome us: but as for our sins, you will take them away.
4 A la beni se (sila) ke Ou chwazi a e mennen toupre, pou l ka rete nan lakou Ou. Nou va satisfè ak tout bagay ki bon lakay Ou, sen tanp Ou a.
Happy is the man of your selection, to whom you give a resting-place in your house; we will be full of the good things out of your holy place.
5 Avèk zèv mèvèy e dwat, Ou reponn nou, O Bondye sali nou an. Se Ou menm ki espwa tout pwen latè a, jis rive nan lanmè pi lwen an.
You will give us an answer in righteousness by great acts of power, O God of our salvation; you who are the hope of all the ends of the earth, and of the far-off lands of the sea;
6 Ki etabli mòn yo pa pwisans Ou, Akoz Ou pran zam pwisans Ou.
The God by whose strength the mountains are fixed; who is robed with power:
7 Ou kalme raj vag lanmè yo, Avèk gwo boulvèsman lanm yo.
Who makes the loud voice of the sea quiet, and puts an end to the sound of its waves.
8 (Sila) ki rete jis nan dènye pwent latè yo kanpe byen etone a mèvèy Ou yo. Ou fè maten avèk aswè kriye ak jwa.
Those in the farthest parts of the earth have fear when they see your signs: the outgoings of the morning and evening are glad because of you.
9 Ou vizite tè a e fè li gen abondans. Ou anrichi li anpil. Flèv Bondye a plen ak dlo. Ou prepare sereyal yo, paske se konsa ou oganizè l.
You have given your blessing to the earth, watering it and making it fertile; the river of God is full of water: and having made it ready, you give men grain.
10 Ou wouze tranch li yo an abondans. Ou fè do li vin poze. Ou fè l vin mou ak lapli an abondans; Ou beni kwasans plant li.
You make the ploughed lands full of water; you make smooth the slopes: you make the earth soft with showers, sending your blessing on its growth.
11 Ou te kouwone ane a avèk bonte Ou. Kabwa yo plen pwodwi rekòlt la.
The year is crowned with the good you give; life-giving rain is dropping from your footsteps,
12 Patiraj nan dezè yo gen abondans, Epi kolin yo mare senti yo ak jwa.
Falling on the grass of the waste land: and the little hills are glad on every side.
13 Chan yo abiye menm ak bann mouton. Vale yo fin ranpli ak sereyal. Yo rele fò ak lajwa! Konsa, yo chante.
The grass-land is thick with flocks; the valleys are full of grain; they give glad cries and songs of joy.
