Sòm 15

1 Yon sòm David O SENYÈ, se kilès ki kab rete nan tant Ou? Kilès ki kab demere sou mòn sen Ou an?

Yahweh, who are allowed to enter your Sacred Tent? Who are allowed to live on your sacred mountain?

2 (Sila) ki mache nan entegrite a e ki fè zèv ladwati yo; li ki pale verite a nan kè li a;

Only those who always do what is right and do not sin may do that. They always say what is true

3 ki pa fè kout lang sou lòt, ni fè vwazen li mal, ni patisipe nan fè repwòch kont zanmi li;

and they do not slander others. They do not do to others things that are wrong, and they do not say bad things about others.

4 nan zye a (sila) yon vagabon meprize a, men ki bay lonè a (sila) ki fè lakrent SENYÈ yo; li sèmante a pwòp pèt li, menm lè l fè l mal, e li pa chanje menm;

[Godly people] hate those whom God has rejected, but they respect those who revere Yahweh. They do what they have promised to do even if it causes them trouble to do that.

5 Li pa vèse bay lajan li avèk enterè, ni li pa aksepte yon kado anba tab kont inosan an. (Sila) ki fè bagay sa yo p ap janm ebranle.

They lend money to others without charging interest, and they never accept bribes in order to lie about people who have not done what is wrong. Those who do those things will never stop trusting God [even if disastrous things happen to them].
