Then arose Eliashib the high priest and his brethren the priests, and built the sheep-gate, they, hallowed it, and set up the doors thereof, —even unto the tower of Hammeah, hallowed they it, unto the tower of Hananel;
2 Akote li, mesye Jéricho yo te bati, e akote li, Zaccur, fis a Imri a te bati.
and, at his hand, built, the men of Jericho, —and at his [other] hand built Zaccur, son of Imri.
3 Alò, fis a Senna yo te bati Pòtay Pwason an. Yo te poze travès li yo, e te kwoke pòt li yo avèk boulon ak ba fè.
And, the fish-gate, did the sons of Hassenaah build, —they, laid the beams thereof, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof;
4 Akote yo, Merémoth, fis a Urie a, fis a Hakkots la, te fè reparasyon yo. Epi akote li, Meschullam, fis a Bérékia a, fis a Meschézabeel la, te fè reparasyon yo. Akote li, Tsadok, fis a Baana a, te fè reparasyon yo.
and, at their hand, repaired, Meremoth son of Uriah son of Hakkoz, and, at their hand, repaired, Meshullum son of Berechiah son of Meshezabel, —and, at their hand, repaired, Zadok son of Baana;

and, at their hand, repaired, the Tekoites, —but, their chiefs, put not their neck into the service of their lords.
6 Jojada, fis a Paséach la avèk Meschullam, fis a Besodia a te repare Pòtay ansyen an. Yo te poze travès li yo, e te kwoke pòt li yo avèk boulon ak ba fè.
And, the old gate, did Joiada son of Paseah, and Meshullam, son of Besodeiah, repair, —they, laid the beams thereof, and set up the doors thereof, and the locks thereof, and the bars thereof;
7 Akote yo, Melatia, Gabonit lan, e Jadon, Mewonotit la, avèk mesye Gabaon avèk Mitspa, osi te fè reparasyon yo kon reprezantan gouvènè pwovens lòtbò rivyè a.
and, at their hand, repaired, Melatiah the Gibeonite and Jadon the Meronothite, men of Gibeon and of Mizpah, —who pertained to the throne of the pasha Beyond the River;
8 Akote li, Uzziel, fis a Harhaja a, òfèv la, te fè reparasyon yo. Epi akote li, Hanania, youn nan sila ki fè pafen yo, te fè reparasyon yo, e yo te restore Jérusalem jis rive nan Gran Miray la.
at his hand, repaired, Uzziel son of Harhaiah, goldsmiths, and, at his hand, repaired Hananiah son of the perfumers, —and they fortified Jerusalem, as far as the broad wall;

a second length, did Malchijah son of Harim and Hasshub son of Pahath-moab, repair, —also the tower of the ovens;

and, at his hand, repaired, Shallum son of Hallohesh, ruler of a half-circuit of Jerusalem, —he and his daughters.
13 Hanun avèk moun ki te rete Zanoach yo te repare Pòtay Vale a. Yo te bati li e te kwoke pòt li yo avèk boulon ak ba fè e te fè mil koude nan miray la vè Pòtay Fimye a.
The valley-gate, did Hanun and the inhabitants of Zanoah, repair, —they, built it, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof, —also a thousand cubits in the wall, as far as the dung-gate.

And, the dung-gate, did Malchijah son of Rechab, ruler of the circuit of Beth-haccherem, repair, —he, built it, and set up the doors thereof, he locks thereof, and the bars thereof.

And, the fountain-gate, did Shallun son of Col-hozeh ruler of the circuit of Mizpah, repair, he, built it, and covered it, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof, —also the wall of the pool of Shelah, by the garden of the king, even as far as the stairs that go down from the city of David;

and there repaired at his hand, Ezer son of Jeshua, ruler of Mizpah, a second length, —over against the ascent of the armoury, at the corner;
20 Apre li Baruc, fis a Zabbaï a te repare avèk gwo kouraj, yon lòt pòsyon soti nan ang lan jis rive devan pòt a Éliaschib la, wo prèt la.
after him, zealously repaired Baruch son of Zabbai, a second length, —from the corner, unto the opening of the house of Eliashib, the high priest;
21 Apre li menm, Merémoth, fis a Urie a, fis a Hakkots la, te repare yon lòt pòsyon soti nan pòtay lakay Éliaschib la, jis rive nan dènye pwent lakay Éliaschib la.
after him, repaired, Meremoth son of Uriah son of Hakkoz, a second length, —from the opening of the house of Eliashib, even unto the end of the house of Eliashib;

Palal, son of Uzai, from over against the corner, and the tower that projecteth from the upper house of the king, which belongeth to the court of custody, —after him, Pedaiah son of Parosh.

after him, repaired, Zadok son of Immer, over against his own house, —and, after him, repaired, Shemaiah son of Shecaniah, keeper of the east-gate;

after him, repaired, Malchijah son of Zorphi, as far as the house of the Nethinim, and the traders, —over against the muster-gate, even unto the ascent of the pinnacle;

and, between the ascent of the pinnacle and the sheep-gate, repaired, the goldsmiths, and the traders.
