And the rest of the people, the priests, the Levites, the gatekeepers, the singers, the Nethinim, and everyone who has been separated from the peoples of the lands to the Law of God, their wives, their sons, and their daughters, every knowing intelligent one,
29 t ap reyini ansanm avèk moun fanmi yo, chèf pa yo e t ap pran sou yo menm, sou nivo madichon, yon sèman, pou mache nan lalwa Bondye, ki te bay pa Moïse la, Sèvitè Bondye a, e pou kenbe ak obeyi tout kòmandman a Bondye yo, SENYÈ nou an, avèk òdonans Li yo avèk règleman Li yo;
are laying hold on their brothers, their majestic ones, and coming into an execration and an oath, to walk in the Law of God, that was given by the hand of Moses, servant of God, and to observe and to do all the commands of YHWH our Lord, and His judgments, and His statutes;
30 epi pou nou pa bay fi nou yo a pèp peyi la, ni pran fi pa yo pou fis nou yo.
and that we do not give our daughters to the peoples of the land, and we do not take their daughters to our sons;
31 Epi selon pèp peyi la ki konn vini avèk machandiz avèk manje pou vann nan Saba a, nou p ap achte nan men yo nan Saba a ni nan okenn jou sen. Anplis, nou va lese rekòlt yo nan setyèm ane a, ansanm avèk koleksyon a tout dèt.
and the peoples of the land who are bringing in the wares and any grain on the Sabbath day to sell, we do not receive of them on the Sabbath, and on a holy day, and we leave the seventh year, and usury on every hand.
32 Ankò, nou plase pwòp tèt nou anba obligasyon pou fè kontribisyon yon tyè sik chak ane pou sèvis lakay Bondye nou an:
And we have appointed for ourselves commands, to put on ourselves the third of a shekel in a year, for the service of the house of our God,
33 pou pen konsakre, ofrann sereyal ki pa janm fini, ofrann brile ki pa janm fini, Saba yo, nouvèl lin, pou lè chwazi yo, pou bagay sen yo e pou ofrann peche pou fè ekspiyasyon pou peche Israël yo ak tout travay lakay Bondye nou an.
for bread of the arrangement, and the continual present, and the continual burnt-offering of the Sabbaths, of the new moons, for appointed times, and for holy things, and for sin-offerings, to make atonement for Israel, even all the work of the house of our God.
34 Menm jan an, nou te tire osò pou founi depo bwa pou prèt yo, Levit yo ak pèp la pou yo ta kab mennen li lakay Bondye a, selon lakay zansèt papa nou yo, nan lè ki te etabli nan ane a, pou brile sou lotèl SENYÈ a, Bondye nou an, jan sa ekri nan lalwa a;
And we have caused the lots to fall for the offering of wood, [among] the priests, the Levites, and the people, to bring into the house of our God, by the house of our fathers, at times appointed, year by year, to burn on the altar of our God YHWH, as it is written in the Law,
35 epi pou yo ta kab pote premye fwi tè yo avèk premye fwi a tout fwi a tout pyebwa yo, lakay SENYÈ a chak ane,
and to bring in the first-fruits of our ground, and the first-fruits of all fruit of every tree, year by year, to the house of YHWH,
36 epi pote lakay Bondye nou an, premye ne a fis nou yo ak bèf nou yo e premye ne nan bann mouton avèk twoupo nou yo, jan sa ekri nan lalwa a, pou prèt ki ap sèvi lakay Bondye nou an.
and the firstlings of our sons, and of our livestock, as it is written in the Law, and the firstlings of our herds and our flocks, to bring into the house of our God, to the priests who are ministering in the house of our God.
37 E ke nou va, osi, pote premye nan pat farin nou yo, kontribisyon nou yo, fwi a tout pyebwa, diven nèf avèk lwil pou prèt yo nan chanm lakay Bondye nou an ak dim tè nou pou Levit yo; paske se Levit yo ki resevwa dim nan tout vil andeyò yo.
And the beginning of our dough, and our raised-offerings, and the fruit of every tree, of new wine, and of oil, we bring to the priests, into the chambers of the house of our God, and the tithe of our ground to the Levites; and they—the Levites—have the tithes in all the cities of our tillage;
38 Prèt la, fis a Aaron an, va avèk Levit yo lè Levit yo resevwa dim yo, e Levit yo va pote yon dizyèm nan dim pa yo vè lakay Bondye nou an, pou l antre nan chanm depo yo.
and the priest, son of Aaron, has been with the Levites in the tithing of the Levites, and the Levites bring up the tithe of the tithe to the house of our God to the chambers, to the treasure-house;
39 Paske, fis Israël yo avèk fis Lévi yo va pote don sereyal la, diven nèf la ak lwil la nan chanm yo. La se zouti a sanktiyè yo, prèt k ap fè sèvis yo, gadyen pòtay yo, ak chantè yo. Konsa, nou p ap neglije lakay Bondye nou an.
for they bring to the chambers—the sons of Israel and the sons of Levi—the raised-offering of the grain, the new wine, and the oil, and there [are] vessels of the sanctuary, and the priests, those ministering, and the gatekeepers, and the singers, and we do not forsake the house of our God.
