< 2 Wa 20 >

In the days those he became sick Hezekiah to die and he came to him Isaiah [the] son of Amoz the prophet and he said to him thus he says Yahweh command to household your that [are] about to die you and not you will live.
2 Konsa, Ézéchias te vire figi li vè miray la pou te priye a SENYÈ a. Li te di:
And he turned around face his to the wall and he prayed to Yahweh saying.
3 “Sonje koulye a, O SENYÈ a, mwen sipliye Ou, jan mwen te mache devan Ou anverite avèk tout kè m nan, ak jan mwen te fè sa ki bon nan zye Ou a.” Epi Ézéchias te kriye byen anmè.
I beg you O Yahweh remember please this: I have walked about before you in faithfulness and with a heart complete and the good in view your I have done and he wept Hezekiah weeping great.
4 Avan Ésaïe te sòti nan mitan vil a, pawòl SENYÈ a te vin kote li. Li te di:
And it was Isaiah not he had gone out ([the] court *Q(K)*) middle and [the] word of Yahweh it came to him saying.
5 “Retounen pale ak Ézéchias, dirijan pèp mwen an: ‘Konsa pale SENYÈ a, Bondye a zansèt ou a, David: “Mwen te tande lapriyè pa w la. Mwen te wè dlo ki sòti nan zye ou a. Men vwala, Mwen va geri ou. Nan twazyèm jou a, ou va monte lakay SENYÈ a.
Go back and you will say to Hezekiah [the] ruler of people my thus he says Yahweh [the] God of David ancestor your I have heard prayer your I have seen tear[s] your here I [am] about to heal you on the day third you will go up [the] house of Yahweh.
6 Mwen va mete kenzan sou lavi ou e mwen va delivre ou avèk vil sa a soti nan men a wa Assyrie. Mwen va defann vil sa a pou koz pa Mwen ak pou koz David, sèvitè Mwen an.”’”
And I will add to days your fif-teen year[s] and from [the] hand of [the] king of Assyria I will deliver you and the city this and I will defend the city this for own sake my and for [the] sake of David servant my.
7 Konsa, Ésaïe te di: “Pran yon gato figye etranje.” Yo te pran l e te mete li sou apse a, e li te vin refè.
And he said Isaiah take a cake of figs and people took [it] and they put [it] on the boil and he lived.
8 Alò, Ézéchias te di a Ésaïe: “Ki sign ki va parèt ke SENYÈ a va geri mwen, e ke mwen va monte lakay SENYÈ a nan twazyèm jou a?”
And he said Hezekiah to Isaiah what? [will be] a sign that he will heal Yahweh me and I will go up on the day third [the] house of Yahweh.
9 Ésaïe te di: “Sa va sign a ou menm soti nan SENYÈ a, ke SENYÈ a va fè bagay ke li te pale a: èske ou pito lonbraj la avanse dis pa, oswa fè bak dis pa?”
And he said Isaiah this for you [will be] the sign from with Yahweh that he will do Yahweh the thing which he has spoken it has gone the shadow ten steps or? will it go back ten steps.
Men non, kite li fè bak dis pa.”
And he said Hezekiah it is trifling to the shadow to stretch out ten steps In-deed let it go back the shadow backwards ten steps.
11 Ésaïe, pwofèt la, te kriye a SENYÈ a, e Li te fè lonbraj la fè bak dis pa sou eskalye a sou sila li te avanse nan eskalye Achaz la.
And he called out Isaiah the prophet to Yahweh and he turned back the shadow on the steps which it had gone down on [the] steps of Ahaz backwards ten steps.
12 Nan tan sa a, Berodac-Baladan, fis a Baladan nan, wa Babylone nan, te voye lèt avèk yon kado bay Ézéchias, paske li te tande ke Ézéchias te konn malad.
At the time that he sent Merodach-Baladan [the] son of Baladan [the] king of Babylon letters and a gift to Hezekiah for he had heard that he had been sick Hezekiah.
13 Ézéchias te koute yo e montre yo tout kay trezò li a, ajan avèk lò, epis avèk lwil presye, lakay boukliye li yo avèk tout sa ki te konn twouve nan trezò li yo. Pa t gen anyen lakay li ni nan tout wayòm li a ke li pa t montre yo.
And he listened to them Hezekiah and he showed them all [the] house of (treasure his *Q(K)*) the silver and the gold and the spices and - [the] oil of the good and [the] house of weapons his and all that it was found in storehouses his not it was anything which not he showed them Hezekiah in house his and in all realm his.
14 Alò, pwofèt la, Ésaïe, te vin kote Ézéchias. Li te mande li: “Kisa mesye sila yo te di e depi kibò yo sòti pou rive kote ou a?” Epi Ézéchias te di: “Yo sòti nan yon peyi lwen, nan Babylone.”
And he came Isaiah the prophet to the king Hezekiah and he said to him what? did they say - the men these and from where? are they coming to you and he said Hezekiah from a land distant they came from Babylon.
And he said what? did they see in house your and he said Hezekiah all that [is] in house my they saw not it was anything which not I showed them in storehouses my.
16 Konsa, Ésaïe te di a Ézéchias: “Tande pawòl SENYÈ a.
And he said Isaiah to Hezekiah hear [the] word of Yahweh.
Anyen p ap rete, pale SENYÈ a.
Here! days [are] coming and it will be carried off - all that [is] in house your and [that] which they have stored up ancestors your until the day this Babylon towards not it will be left behind anything he says Yahweh.
18 Kèk nan fis ou yo ki va sòti nan ou menm, ke ou va fè, va retire ale; epi yo va devni ofisye nan palè a wa Babylone nan.’”
And some of descendants your who they will come forth from you whom you will father (people will take away *Q(K)*) and they will be eunuchs in [the] palace of [the] king of Babylon.
And he said Hezekiah to Isaiah [is] good [the] word of Yahweh which you have spoken and he said ¿ not if peace and stability it will be in days my.
20 Alò, tout lòt zèv a Ézéchias yo avèk tout pwisans li ak jan li te fè sous dlo a avèk kanal ki te mennen dlo a nan vil la, èske yo pa ekri nan Liv Kwonik A Wa Juda Yo?
And [the] rest of [the] matters of Hezekiah and all might his and which he made the pool and the conduit and he brought the waters the city towards ¿ not [are] they written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Judah.
21 Konsa, Ézéchias te dòmi avèk zansèt li yo e Manassé, fis li a, te devni wa nan plas li.
And he lay down Hezekiah with ancestors his and he became king Manasseh son his in place of him.
