2 Korint 12
1 Mwen blije ap vante tèt mwen, atout mwen konnen sa pa bon. Men, m'ap vin koulye a sou vizyon ak revelasyon Seyè a te ban mwen.
If it bihoueth to haue glorie, it spedith not; but Y schal come to the visiouns and to the reuelaciouns of the Lord.
2 Mwen konnen yon moun k'ap viv nan Kris la, ki te transpòte jouk anwo nèt nan syèl la. Sa gen katòzan depase. (Mwen pa konn ki jan sa te fè fèt, mwen pa ka di si l' te moute tout bon nan kò l', osinon si se te yon vizyon li te fè. Se Bondye sèl ki konnen.)
I woot a man in Crist that bifore fouretene yeer; whether in bodi, whether out of the bodi, Y woot not, God woot; that siche a man was rauyschid `til to the thridde heuene.
3 Wi, mwen konnen nonm sa a te santi l' moute jouk anwo nan paradi. M'ap repete, mwen pa ka di si li te moute tout bon nan kò l', osinon si se te yon vizyon li te fè. Se Bondye sèl ki konnen.
And Y woot sich a man; whether in bodi, or out of bodi, Y noot, God woot;
4 Antan l' te la, li tande yon bann pawòl bouch moun pa ka pale, koze moun pa gen dwa repete.
that he was rauyschid in to paradis, and herde preuy wordis, whiche it is not leueful to a man to speke.
5 Enben, m'ap fè lwanj nonm sa a, mwen p'ap fè lwanj tèt pa m', esepte si se pou m' moutre jan m' fèb.
For such maner thingis Y schal glorie; but for me no thing, no but in myn infirmytees.
6 Si mwen te vle vante tèt mwen, mwen pa ta yon nonm fou non, paske mwen pa t'ap bay manti. Men, mwen refize vante tèt mwen. Mwen pa ta vle pou yon moun rive konprann mwen plis pase sa li te met nan tèt li mwen ye, lè l' te wè sa m'ap fè, lè l' tande sa m'ap di.
For if Y schal wilne to glorie, Y schal not be vnwijs, for Y schal seie treuthe; but Y spare, lest ony man gesse me ouer that thing that he seeth in me, or herith ony thing of me.
7 Malgre sa, pou lògèy pa fè m' gonfle avèk kalite bèl revelasyon sa yo mwen resevwa, yo ban m' yon kalite maladi nan kò m' k'ap fè m' soufri, ou ta di yon zanj Satan voye maltrete m' pou anpeche m' gen lògèy.
And lest the greetnesse of reuelaciouns enhaunse me in pride, the pricke of my fleisch, an aungel of Sathanas, is youun to me, that he buffate me.
8 An twa fwa mwen lapriyè Seyè a pou maladi sa a, mwen mande l' pou l' wete li sou mwen.
For whiche thing thries Y preiede the Lord, that it schulde go awei fro me.
9 Chak fwa, li reponn mwen: Se favè m' ase ou bezwen. Paske lè ou fèb, se lè sa a moun wè pouvwa mwen nan ou. Se poutèt sa, nan fon kè m', mwen pito pale sou feblès mwen pou pouvwa Kris la ka mete m' anba zèl li.
And he seide to me, My grace suffisith to thee; for vertu is parfitli maad in infirmyte. Therfor gladli Y schal glorie in myn infirmytees, that the vertu of Crist dwelle in me.
10 Se sak fè tou mwen kontan anpil lè m' santi m' fèb, lè y'ap joure m', lè m' nan lafliksyon, lè m' anba pèseksyon, lè m' nan fikilte, lè m'ap sibi tou sa akòz Kris la. Paske lè m' fèb, se lè sa a mwen gen fòs.
For which thing Y am plesid in myn infirmytees, in dispisyngis, in nedis, in persecuciouns, in anguyschis, for Crist; for whanne Y am sijk, thanne Y am miyti.
11 Mwen sot pale la a tankou moun fou. Men, se nou menm ki lakòz sa. Se nou menm ki pou ta pran defans mwen. Mwen te mèt pa anyen vre, men, apòt nou yo ki kwè yo plis pase tout moun, yo pa gen anyen pase mwen.
Y am maad vnwitti, ye constreyneden me. For Y ouyte to be comendid of you; for Y dide no thing lesse than thei that ben apostlis `aboue maner.
12 Avèk anpil pasyans, Bondye fè nou wè kont siy, kont mirak, kont bèl bagay ki rive nan mitan nou, tou sa pou ban nou prèv se yon apòt mwen ye.
Thouy Y am nouyt, netheles the signes of myn apostilhed ben maad on you, in al pacience, and signes, and grete wondris, and vertues.
13 Mwen pa t' sou kont nou, se vre. Mwen mande nou padon pou fòt sa a. Men, apa sa, kisa yo fè pou lòt legliz yo yo pa fè pou nou?
And what is it, that ye hadden lesse than othere chirchis, but that Y my silf greuyde you not? Foryyue ye to me this wrong.
14 Mwen pare koulye a pou m' vin lakay nou yon twazyèm fwa. Fwa sa a ankò mwen p'ap sou kont nou. Se nou menm menm mwen bezwen, se pa lajan nou. Konprann sa byen, se pa pitit ki pou fè lajan pou pran swen manman ak papa. Se manman ak papa ki pou fè lajan pou pran swen pitit.
Lo! this thridde tyme Y am redi to come to you, and Y schal not be greuous to you; for Y seke not tho thingis that ben youre, but you. For nether sones owen to tresoure to fadir and modir, but the fadir and modir to the sones.
15 Pou mwen menm, m'ap kontan depanse tou sa m' genyen, se va tout plezi m' pou m' bay ata tèt mwen pou nanm nou ka pwofite. Eske n'a renmen m' mwens paske mwen renmen nou anpil konsa?
For Y schal yyue moost wilfuli, and Y my silf schal be youun aboue for youre soulis; thouy Y more loue you, and be lesse louyd.
16 Se pou nou admèt mwen pa t' janm yon chay pou nou. Men, gen moun ki va di: Pòl se yon nonm ki malen wi. Gade jan li pran nou nan pèlen ak yon bann manti.
But be it; Y greuyde not you, but whanne Y was sutil, Y took you with gile.
17 Nan moun mwen te voye lakay nou, èske gen ladan yo ki te souse nou?
Whether Y disseyuede you bi ony of hem, which Y sente to you?
18 Mwen te mande Tit pou li al lakay nou. Mwen te voye lòt frè a ansanm avè li. Eske nou ka di Tit te egzije kichòy nan men nou? Eske mwen menm ansanm ak Tit, nou pa gen menm rezòn pou n' aji jan nou aji a? Eske nou pa kondi tèt nou menm jan an?
Y preiede Tite, and Y sente with hym a brother. Whether Tite begilide you? whether we yeden not in the same spirit? whether not in the same steppis?
19 Nou dwe mete nan tèt nou koulye a se chache m'ap chache defann tèt mwen devan nou? enben non! M'ap pale jan Kris la vle l' la, mwen pran Bondye pou temwen: Mwen di nou tout bagay sa yo, mezanmi, pou nou ka grandi nan lafwa.
Sum tyme ye wenen, that we schulen excuse vs anentis you. Bifor God in Crist we speken; and, moost dere britheren, alle thingis for youre edifiyng.
20 Mwen pè pou lè m' rive lakay nou, mwen pa jwenn nou jan mwen ta vle l' la. Mwen pè pou m' pa jwenn kont, jalouzi, bouyay, rayisab, joure, tripotaj, lògèy, dezòd nan mitan nou.
But Y drede, lest whanne Y come, Y schal fynde you not suche as Y wole, and Y schal be foundun of you suche as ye wolen not; lest perauenture stryuyngis, enuyes, sturdynessis, dissenciouns and detraccions, preuy spechis of discord, bolnyngis bi pride, debatis ben among you;
21 Mwen pè pou lè m' rive lakay nou, Bondye m'ap sèvi a pa rabese m' ankò devan nou, pou m' pa bezwen nan kriye pou anpil nan nou ki te fè peche anvan sa, epi ki pa tounen vin jwenn Bondye, men ki toujou rete nan malpwòpte yo, nan imoralite yo, nan tout vis yo t'ap fè yo.
and lest eftsoone whanne Y come, God make me low anentis you, and Y biweile many of hem, that bifor synneden, and diden not penaunce on the vnclennesse, and fornicacioun, and vnchastite, that thei han don.
