ઝખાર્યા 8
And it came [the] word of Yahweh of hosts saying.
2 ૨ “સૈન્યોના યહોવાહ એવું કહે છે કે: ‘મને સિયોન માટે ઘણો આવેશ છે, તેથી મને તેના પર ઘણો ગુસ્સો આવે છે.’
Thus he says Yahweh of hosts I am jealous for Zion jealousy great and rage great I am jealous for it.
3 ૩ સૈન્યોના યહોવાહ એવું કહે છે કે: હું સિયોનમાં પાછો આવ્યો છું અને યરુશાલેમની મધ્યે રહીશ, કેમ કે યરુશાલેમ સત્યનું નગર કહેવાશે અને સૈન્યોના યહોવાહનો પવિત્ર પર્વત કહેવાશે.’”
Thus he says Yahweh I have returned to Zion and I will dwell in [the] midst of Jerusalem and it will be called Jerusalem [the] city of faithfulness and [the] mountain of Yahweh of hosts [the] mountain of holiness.
4 ૪ સૈન્યોના ઈશ્વર યહોવાહ એવું કહે છે કે, ‘યરુશાલેમમાંની ગલીઓમાં ફરીથી વૃદ્ધ પુરુષો તથા સ્ત્રીઓ, ઘણી ઉંમર થઈ ગઈ હોવાને લીધે હાથમાં લાકડી લઈને બેસશે.
Thus he says Yahweh of hosts again they will sit old [men] and old [women] in [the] open places of Jerusalem and each staff his [will be] in hand his from abundance of days.
And [the] open places of the city they will be filled boys and girls playing in open places its.
6 ૬ સૈન્યોના ઈશ્વર યહોવાહ એવું કહે છે કે; ‘જો તે આ દિવસોના બાકી રહેલા લોકોની નજરમાં અદ્ભૂત લાગે છે, તો તે મારી નજરમાં પણ અદ્દભુત લાગે?” એવું સૈન્યોના ઈશ્વર યહોવાહ કહે છે.
Thus he says Yahweh of hosts if it will be difficult in [the] eyes of [the] remnant of the people this in the days those also in view my will it be difficult? [the] utterance of Yahweh of hosts.
7 ૭ સૈન્યોના ઈશ્વર યહોવાહ એવું કહે છે કે, ‘જુઓ હું મારા લોકોને પૂર્વના તથા પશ્ચિમના દેશમાંથી બચાવી લાવીશ!
Thus he says Yahweh of hosts here I [am] about to save people my from [the] land of [the] east and from [the] land of [the] setting of the sun.
8 ૮ હું તેઓને પાછા લાવીશ, તેઓ યરુશાલેમની મધ્યે રહેશે, તેઓ મારી પ્રજા થશે, હું સત્યથી તથા નીતિથી તેઓનો ઈશ્વર થઈશ!”
And I will bring them and they will dwell in [the] midst of Jerusalem and they will become for me a people and I I will become for them God in faithfulness and in righteousness.
9 ૯ સૈન્યોના ઈશ્વર યહોવાહ કહે છે કે: ‘જ્યારે સૈન્યોના યહોવાહનું સભાસ્થાન બાંધવા સારુ તેનો પાયો નાખવામાં આવ્યો, ત્યારે પ્રબોધકોએ કહેલા વચનો સાંભળનારાઓ, તમારા હાથ બળવાન કરો.
Thus he says Yahweh of hosts let them be strong hands your O those [who] hear in the days these the words these from [the] mouth of the prophets who on [the] day [when] it was founded [the] house of Yahweh of hosts the temple to be rebuilt.
10 ૧૦ કેમ કે તે સમય અગાઉ કોઈ માણસને પાક મળતો ન હતો, કે કોઈ જાનવરને પાક માટે મજૂરી પણ મળતી ન હતી. દુશ્મનને લીધે અંદર જનાર કે બહાર આવનારને કંઈ શાંતિ ન હતી. મેં દરેક માણસોને પોતાના પડોશી વિરુદ્ધ કરી દીધા હતા.
For before the days those [the] wage[s] of person not it happened and [the] wage[s] of the animal[s] [was] not it and [belonged] to the [one who] went out and to the [one who] came not peace from the opponent so I may send every person each on neighbor his.
And now not like the days former I [will be] to [the] remnant of the people this [the] utterance of Yahweh of hosts.
12 ૧૨ “ત્યાં શાંતિનું બીજ દેખાશે. દ્રાક્ષાવેલો તેનાં ફળ આપશે, અને પૃથ્વી પોતાની ઊપજ આપશે. આકાશોમાંથી ઓસ પડશે, કેમ કે આ લોકોમાંના બાકી રહેલાઓને હું આ સર્વ વસ્તુઓનો વારસો આપીશ.
That [the] seed of peace the vine it will give fruit its and the land it will give produce its and the heavens they will give dew their and I will give as an inheritance [the] remnant of the people this all these [things].
13 ૧૩ હે યહૂદિયાના તથા ઇઝરાયલના વંશજો, તમે જેવી રીતે પ્રજાઓમાં શાપરૂપ હતા, પણ હવે તમે આશીર્વાદરૂપ થશો અને હું તમારો ઉદ્ધાર કરીશ. ભયભીત ન થાઓ, પણ તમારા હાથ બળવાન થાઓ.’”
And it will be just as you were a curse among the nations O house of Judah and [the] house of Israel so I will save you and you will be a blessing may not you be afraid let them be strong hands your.
14 ૧૪ કેમ કે સૈન્યોના યહોવાહ એવું કહે છે કે, ‘તમારા પિતૃઓએ મને ગુસ્સે કર્યો હોવાથી મેં તમને નુકસાન પહોંચાડવાની યોજના ઘડી હતી, અને તે વિષે મને દયા આવી નહિ સૈન્યોના યહોવાહ કહે છે,
For thus he says Yahweh of hosts just as I planned to do harm to you when provoked to anger ancestors your me he says Yahweh of hosts and not I relented.
So I have returned I have planned in the days these to do good to Jerusalem and [the] house of Judah may not you be afraid.
16 ૧૬ તમારે આ બાબતો કરવી: દરેક માણસ પોતાના પડોશી સાથે સાચું બોલો, અને અદાલતમાં સાચો ન્યાય કરો અને તમારી ભાગળોમાં શાંતિ રહે.
These [are] the things which you will do speak truth each with neighbor his faithfulness and justice of peace judge in gates your.
17 ૧૭ તમારામાંના કોઈએ પોતાના પડોશી વિરુદ્ધ પોતાના હૃદયમાં દુષ્ટ વિચાર લાવવો નહિ, કે કોઈ જૂઠા સમ ખાવાની આનંદ માણવા નહિ; કેમ કે હું આ સર્વ બાબતોને ધિક્કારું છું,” એવું સૈન્યોના યહોવાહ કહે છે.
And each - [the] harm of neighbor his may not you plan in heart your and an oath of falsehood may not you love for all these [are things] which I hate [the] utterance of Yahweh.
And it came [the] word of Yahweh of hosts to me saying.
19 ૧૯ “સૈન્યોના યહોવાહ એવું કહે છે કે: ચોથા, પાંચમા, સાતમા અને દશમા મહિનાનો ઉપવાસ યહૂદિયાના લોકોને આનંદરૂપ, હર્ષરૂપ તથા ખુશકારક ઉત્સવો થશે! માટે સત્યતા તથા શાંતિને પ્રેમ કરો!”
Thus he says Yahweh of hosts [the] fast of the fourth [month] and [the] fast of the fifth [month] and [the] fast of the seventh [month] and [the] fast of the tenth [month] it will become for [the] house of Judah joy and gladness and appointed feasts good and truth and peace love.
Thus he says Yahweh of hosts yet this: they will come peoples and [the] inhabitants of cities many.
21 ૨૧ એક નગરના રહેવાસીઓ જઈને બીજા નગરના રહેવાસીઓને કહેશે કે, “ચાલો આપણે યહોવાહની કૃપાને માટે વિનંતી કરીએ અને સૈન્યોના યહોવાહને જલ્દી શોધીએ! હું પોતે પણ જઈશ!”
And they will go [the] inhabitants of one [city] to one [city] saying let us go steadfastly to entreat [the] face of Yahweh and to seek Yahweh of hosts I will go also I.
22 ૨૨ ઘણાં લોકો અને બળવાન પ્રજાઓ સૈન્યોના યહોવાહની શોધ કરવા યરુશાલેમમાં આવશે અને તેમની કૃપા પ્રાપ્ત કરવા માટે વિનંતી કરશે.”
And they will come peoples many and nations mighty to seek Yahweh of hosts in Jerusalem and to entreat [the] face of Yahweh.
23 ૨૩ સૈન્યોના યહોવાહ એવું કહે છે કે, ‘તે સમયે દરેક ભાષા બોલનારી પ્રજાઓમાંથી દસ માણસો તારા ઝભ્ભાની કિનારી હાથમાં લેશે અને કહેશે, “અમે તારી સાથે આવીશું, કેમ કે અમે સાંભળ્યું છે કે ઈશ્વર તારી સાથે છે.”
Thus he says Yahweh of hosts in the days those that they will take hold ten people from all [the] tongues of the nations and they will take hold on [the] skirt of a person Jewish saying we want to go with you for we have heard God [is] with you.
