ગીતશાસ્ત્ર 93

1 ૧ યહોવાહ રાજ કરે છે; તેમણે મહત્વ ધારણ કર્યું છે; યહોવાહે પોતાની કમરે પરાક્રમ બાંધ્યું છે. ખસેડાય નહિ તેમ જગત સ્થિર કરવામાં આવ્યું છે.

Yahweh, you are the King! You are majestic, and the power that you have is [like] [MET] a robe that a king wears. You put the world firmly in place, and it will never be moved/shaken.

2 ૨ તમારું રાજ્યાસન પુરાતન કાળથી સ્થપાયેલું છે; તમે અનાદિકાળથી છો.

You ruled as king a very long time ago; you have always existed.

3 ૩ હે યહોવાહ, પ્રવાહોએ ઊંચો કર્યો છે; તેઓએ પોતાનો અવાજ ઊંચો કર્યો છે; પ્રવાહો પોતાનાં મોજાં ઊંચાં કરે છે.

Yahweh, [when you created the world, you separated] the water from [the chaotic mass and formed oceans], and the waves of the waters [of those oceans] still roar,

4 ૪ ઘણા પાણીઓના ખળખળાટ કરતાં, સમુદ્રનાં પરાક્રમી મોજાં કરતાં, યહોવાહ પરમ ઊંચામાં પરાક્રમી છે.

[but] you are greater than the roar of those oceans, more powerful than the ocean waves! You are Yahweh, the one who is greater than any other god!

5 ૫ તમારી પવિત્ર આજ્ઞાઓ અતિ વિશ્વાસયોગ્ય છે; હે યહોવાહ, સર્વકાળ પવિત્રતા તમારા ઘરને શોભે છે.

Yahweh, your laws never change, and your temple has always been holy/sacred. And that will be true forever.
