ગીતશાસ્ત્ર 48

1 ૧ ગાયન; કોરાના દીકરાઓનું ગીત. આપણા ઈશ્વરના નગરમાં તેમના પવિત્ર પર્વતમાં યહોવાહ મહાન છે અને ઘણા સ્તુત્યમાન છે.

A song a psalm of [the] sons of Korah. [is] great Yahweh and [is] to be praised exceedingly in [the] city of God our [the] mountain of holiness his.

2 ૨ મોટા રાજાનું નગર, ઉત્તર બાજુએ, ઊંચાઈમાં ખૂબસૂરત અને આખી પૃથ્વીના આનંદરૂપ સિયોન પર્વત છે.

[it is] beautiful of Height [the] joy of all the earth [the] mountain of Zion [the] remotest parts of Zaphon [the] town of [the] king great.

3 ૩ તેમના મહેલમાં ઈશ્વરે પોતાને આશ્રયરૂપે જાહેર કર્યા છે.

God [is] in fortresses its he has made himself known to a refuge.

4 ૪ કેમ કે રાજાઓ એકત્ર થયા, તેઓ એકત્ર થઈને ચાલ્યા ગયા.

For there! the kings they assembled they passed on together.

5 ૫ પછી તેઓએ જોયું, એટલે તેઓ આશ્ચર્ય પામ્યા; ભયથી ગભરાઈ ગયા તેથી તેઓ ઝડપથી પાછા ચાલ્યા ગયા.

They they saw thus they were astonished they were terrified they hurried away.

6 ૬ ત્યાં તેમને ભયથી ધ્રૂજારી થઈ તથા પ્રસૂતિવેદના જેવું કષ્ટ થયું.

Trembling it seized them there anguish like [woman] giving birth.

7 ૭ તમે પૂર્વના વાયુ વડે તાર્શીશનાં વહાણોને ભાંગી નાખ્યાં.

With a wind of [the] east you shatter ships of Tarshish.

8 ૮ જેમ આપણે સાંભળ્યું હતું તેમ સૈન્યોના સરદાર યહોવાહના નગરમાં, આપણા ઈશ્વરના નગરમાં, આપણે જોયું છે; ઈશ્વર સદાકાળ તેને સ્થિર કરશે. (સેલાહ)

Just as we have heard - so we have seen in [the] city of Yahweh of hosts in [the] city of God our God he will establish it until perpetuity (Selah)

9 ૯ હે ઈશ્વર, અમે તમારા ઘરમાં તમારી કૃપા વિષે વિચાર કર્યો.

We have reflected on O God covenant loyalty your in [the] midst of temple your.

10 ૧૦ હે ઈશ્વર, જેવું તમારું નામ છે, તેવી તમારી સ્તુતિ પણ પૃથ્વીના અંત સુધી છે; તમારો જમણો હાથ ન્યાયીપણાથી ભરેલો છે.

Like name your O God so praise your [is] over [the] ends of [the] earth righteousness it is full right [hand] your.

11 ૧૧ તમારા ન્યાયનાં કાર્યોથી સિયોન પર્વત આનંદ પામશે યહૂદિયાની દીકરીઓ હરખાશે.

It will rejoice - [the] mountain of Zion they will be glad [the] daughters of Judah on account of judgments your.

12 ૧૨ સિયોનની આસપાસ પ્રદક્ષિણા કરો; તેના બુરજોની ગણતરી કરો.

Go around Zion and go round it count towers its.

13 ૧૩ તેનો કોટ ધ્યાનથી જુઓ અને તેના મહેલો પર લક્ષ આપો જેથી તમે આવતી પેઢીને તે વિષે કહી શકો.

Set heart your - to rampart its walk through fortresses its so that you may recount [it] to a generation later.

14 ૧૪ કારણ કે આ ઈશ્વર આપણા સનાતન ઈશ્વર છે; તે મરણ પર્યંત આપણને દોરનાર છે.

For this - [is] God God our forever and ever he he will guide us on dying.
