ગીતશાસ્ત્ર 33

1 ૧ હે ન્યાયી લોકો, યહોવાહમાં આનંદ કરો; યથાર્થીઓ સ્તુતિ કરે તે યોગ્ય છે.

Shout for joy O righteous [people] in Yahweh for upright [people] [is] fitting praise.

2 ૨ વીણા વગાડી યહોવાહની સ્તુતિ કરો; દશ તારનું વાજિંત્ર વગાડીને તેમનાં સ્તોત્ર ગાઓ.

Give thanks to Yahweh with harp with lyre of ten make music to him.

3 ૩ તેમની આગળ નવું ગીત ગાઓ; વાજિંત્રોને કુશળતાથી અને આનંદથી વગાડો.

Sing to him a song new do well to play with a shout of joy.

4 ૪ કેમ કે યહોવાહનો શબ્દ યથાર્થ છે અને તેમણે કરેલાં સર્વ કામો વિશ્વાસયોગ્ય છે.

For [is] upright [the] word of Yahweh and all work his [is] in faithfulness.

5 ૫ તે ન્યાય અને ન્યાયી વર્તન ચાહે છે. પૃથ્વી યહોવાહની કૃપાથી ભરાઈ ગઈ છે.

[he is] loving Righteousness and justice [the] covenant loyalty of Yahweh it is full the earth.

6 ૬ યહોવાહના શબ્દ વડે આકાશો ઉત્પન્ન થયાં અને તેમના મુખના શ્વાસ વડે આકાશના સર્વ તારાઓની રચના થઈ.

By [the] word of Yahweh [the] heavens they were made and by [the] breath of mouth his all host their.

7 ૭ તેઓ સમુદ્રનાં પાણીને મશકની માફક ભેગાં કરે છે; તેના અતિશય ઊંડાણોને તે વખારોમાં ભરી રાખે છે.

[he is] gathering Like heap [the] waters of the sea [he is] putting in storehouses [the] deeps.

8 ૮ સમગ્ર પૃથ્વી યહોવાહની બીક રાખે; દુનિયાના સર્વ રહેવાસીઓ તેમનો ભય રાખો.

Let them fear from Yahweh all the earth from him let them be afraid all [the] inhabitants of [the] world.

9 ૯ કારણ કે તેઓ બોલ્યા અને સૃષ્ટિ ઉત્પન્ન થઈ; તેમણે આજ્ઞા કરી અને તે સ્થિર થઈ.

For he he spoke and it was he he commanded and it stood forth.

10 ૧૦ યહોવાહ વિદેશીઓની યોજનાઓને નિષ્ફળ બનાવે છે; તે લોકોની યોજનાઓને નિરર્થક બનાવે છે.

Yahweh he makes ineffectual [the] counsel of nations he frustrates [the] plans of peoples.

11 ૧૧ યહોવાહની યોજનાઓ સદાકાળ ટકે છે, તેમણે કરેલી ઘારણા પેઢી દર પેઢી રહે છે.

[the] counsel of Yahweh for ever it stands [the] plans of heart his to a generation and a generation.

12 ૧૨ જે પ્રજાના ઈશ્વર યહોવાહ છે અને જેઓને તેમણે પોતાના વારસાને માટે પસંદ કર્યા છે, તેઓ આશીર્વાદિત છે.

How blessed! [is] the nation which Yahweh [is] God its the people - [which] he has chosen to an inheritance for himself.

13 ૧૩ યહોવાહ આકાશમાંથી જુએ છે; તે સર્વ મનુષ્યપુત્રો પર નજર રાખે છે.

From [the] heavens he looks Yahweh he sees all [the] children of humankind.

14 ૧૪ પોતાના નિવાસસ્થાનમાંથી તે પૃથ્વીના સર્વ રહેવાસીઓને નિહાળે છે.

From [the] place of dwelling his he looks to all [the] inhabitants of the earth.

15 ૧૫ તે સર્વના હૃદયના સરજનહાર છે અને તેઓ જે કાંઈ કરે છે તે તે ધ્યાનમાં રાખે છે.

The [one who] forms together heart their the [one who] attends to all deeds their.

16 ૧૬ મોટા સૈન્ય વડે કોઈ રાજા બચી શકતો નથી; મોટા પરાક્રમ વડે બળવાન પુરુષ છૂટી શકતો નથી.

Not king [is] saved by greatness of army a warrior not he is delivered by greatness of strength.

17 ૧૭ યુદ્ધમાં વિજય માટે ઘોડાઓ પર આધાર રાખવો તે વ્યર્થ છે; તેઓ પોતાના બહુ બળથી કોઈને ઉગારી શકતા નથી.

[is] a vain hope Horse for victory and by [the] greatness of strength its not it delivers.

18 ૧૮ જુઓ, જેઓ યહોવાહનો ભય રાખે છે અને તેમના કરારના વિશ્વાસુપણામાં રહે છે, તેઓ પર તેમની નજર રહે છે.

Here! [the] eye of Yahweh [is] to [those] fearing him to [those who] hope for covenant loyalty his.

19 ૧૯ જેથી તે તેઓના જીવને મૃત્યુથી બચાવે અને દુકાળ સમયે તેઓને જીવતાં રાખે.

To deliver from death life their and to preserve alive them in famine.

20 ૨૦ અમે યહોવાહની રાહ જોઈ; તે આપણી સહાય તથા આપણી ઢાલ છે.

Self our it waits for Yahweh [is] help our and shield our he.

21 ૨૧ અમારાં હૃદયો તેમનામાં આનંદ માને છે, કેમ કે અમે તેમના પવિત્ર નામ પર ભરોસો રાખ્યો છે.

For in him it rejoices heart our for in [the] name of holiness his we trust.

22 ૨૨ હે યહોવાહ, અમે તમારા પર આશા રાખી છે તે પ્રમાણે તમારી કૃપા અમારા ઉપર થાઓ.

May it be covenant loyalty your O Yahweh toward us just as we hope for you.
