યશાયા 48
1 ૧ હે યાકૂબનાં સંતાનો, આ સાંભળો, જેઓને ઇઝરાયલના નામથી બોલવવામાં આવ્યા છે અને યહૂદિયાના ઝરાથી નીકળી આવેલા છો; તમે જેઓ યહોવાહના નામે સમ ખાઓ છો અને ઇઝરાયલના ઈશ્વરને આહવાન આપો છો, પણ નિષ્ઠાપૂર્વક કે ન્યાયની રીતે નહિ.
Listen to this O house of Jacob those [who] are called by [the] name of Israel and from [the] waters of Judah they came out those [who] swear - by [the] name of Yahweh and [the] God of Israel they bring to remembrance not in truth and not in righteousness.
2 ૨ કેમ કે તેઓ પોતાને પવિત્ર નગરના લોકો કહેવડાવે છે અને ઇઝરાયલના ઈશ્વર પર ભરોસો રાખે છે; જેનું નામ સૈન્યોના ઈશ્વર યહોવાહ છે.
For from [the] city of holiness they have called themselves and on [the] God of Israel they have supported themselves [is] Yahweh of hosts name his.
3 ૩ મેં અગાઉની બિનાઓને પ્રગટ કરી હતી; તે મારા મુખેથી નીકળી હતી અને મેં તેઓને જાહેર કરી હતી; પછી મેં અચાનક તે પૂરી કરી અને તેઓ તેમાંથી પસાર થયા.
The former [things] from then I declared and from mouth my they went out and I proclaimed them suddenly I acted and they came.
4 ૪ કારણ કે મને ખબર છે કે તમે હઠીલા હતા, તાર ગળાના સ્નાયુઓ લોખંડ જેવા અને તારું કપાળ પિત્તળ જેવું છે.
For knew I that [were] stubborn you and [was] a sinew of iron neck your and forehead your [was] bronze.
5 ૫ તેથી મેં તમને પુરાતન કાળથી જાહેર કર્યું હતું; તે થયા પહેલાં મેં અગાઉથી તમને કહી સંભળાવ્યું હતું, જેથી તમે કહી ના શકો કે, “મારી મૂર્તિએ તેઓને આ કર્યુ છે,” અથવા “મારી કોરેલી મૂર્તિએ તથા ઢાળેલી મૂર્તિએ તે ફરમાવ્યાં છે.”
And I declared [them] to you from then before it came I proclaimed to you lest you should say idol my it did them and carved image my and molten image my it commanded them.
6 ૬ તમે તે સાંભળ્યું છે; આ સર્વ પુરાવા જુઓ; અને શું તમે એ સ્વીકારશો નહિ કે મેં જે કહ્યું તે સત્ય છે? હવેથી હું તમને નવી અને ગુપ્ત રાખેલી બિનાઓ કે જે તમે જાણી નથી, તે તમને કહી સંભળાવું છું.
You have heard look at all of it and you ¿ not will you tell I will proclaim to you new [things] from now and secret [things] and not you have known them.
7 ૭ હમણાં, તે ઉત્પન્ન થઈ છે, અગાઉથી તે નહોતી અને આજ સુધી તેં તે સાંભળી પણ નહોતી, તેથી તું એમ કહી શકીશ નહિ, “હા, હું તે જાણતો હતો.”
Now they have been created and not from then and before a day and not you had heard of them lest you should say here! I knew them.
8 ૮ વળી તેં કદી સાંભળ્યું નહિ; તેં જાણ્યું નહિ; તારા કાન આ બાબતો વિષે અગાઉથી ઊઘડ્યા નહિ. કેમ કે હું જાણતો હતો કે તું તદ્દન કપટી અને જન્મથી તું બંડખોર છે.
Neither not you heard nor not you knew nor from then not it opened ear your for I knew certainly you will act treacherously and a rebel from [the] womb it has been called to you.
9 ૯ મારા નામની ખાતર હું મારો કોપ મુલતવી રાખીશ અને મારા સન્માનની ખાતર હું તારો નાશ કરવામાં ધીરજ રાખીશ.
For [the] sake of name my I will make long anger my and praise my I will restrain myself to you to not to cut off you.
10 ૧૦ જુઓ, મેં તને ચોખ્ખો કર્યો છે, પણ ચાંદીની માફક નહિ; મેં તને વિપત્તિરૂપી ભઠ્ઠીમાં શુદ્ધ કર્યો છે.
Here! I have refined you and not silver I have chosen you in a furnace of affliction.
11 ૧૧ મારા પોતાની ખાતર, મારા પોતાની ખાતર હું તે કાર્ય કરીશ; કેમ કે હું કેવી રીતે મારું નામ અપમાનિત થવાની મંજૂરી આપી શકું? હું મારો મહિમા બીજા કોઈને આપીશ નહિ.
For own sake my for own sake my I will act for how? will it be profaned and glory my to another not I will give.
Listen to me O Jacob and Israel called [one] my I [am] he I [am] first also I [am] last.
13 ૧૩ હા, મારે હાથે પૃથ્વીનો પાયો નાખ્યો અને મારે જમણે હાથે આકાશોને પ્રસાર્યાં; જ્યારે હું તેઓને બોલાવું છું ત્યારે તેઓ એકસાથે ઊભા થાય છે.
Also hand my it founded [the] earth and right [hand] my it spread out [the] heavens [am] calling I to them they stand together.
14 ૧૪ તમે સર્વ એકત્ર થાઓ અને સાંભળો; તમારામાંથી કોણે આ બાબતો જાહેર કરી છે? યહોવાહના સાથીઓ બાબિલ વિરુદ્ધ તેનો હેતુ પૂરો કરશે. તે ખાલદીઓ વિરુદ્ધ યહોવાહની ઇચ્છા પૂર્ણ કરશે.
Gather together all of you and listen who? among them has he declared these [things] Yahweh he loves him he will execute pleasure his on Babylon and arm his [the] Chaldeans.
I I I have spoken also I have summoned him I have brought him and he will make successful way his.
16 ૧૬ મારી પાસે આવો, આ સાંભળો; પ્રારંભથી હું ગુપ્તમાં બોલ્યો નથી; તે થયું ત્યારથી હું ત્યાં છું; અને હવે પ્રભુ યહોવાહે મને અને તેમના આત્માને મોકલ્યા છે.
Draw near to me listen to this not from [the] beginning in secrecy I have spoken from [the] time happened it [was] there I and now [the] Lord Yahweh he has sent me and spirit his.
17 ૧૭ તારો ઉદ્ધાર કરનાર યહોવાહ, ઇઝરાયલના પવિત્ર આ કહે છે: “હું યહોવાહ તારો ઈશ્વર છું, જે તને સફળ કેવી રીતે થવું તે તને શીખવું છું. તારે જે માર્ગે જવું જોઈએ તે પર હું તને લઈ જાઉં છું.
Thus he says Yahweh redeemer your [the] holy [one] of Israel I [am] Yahweh God your [who] teaches you to profit [who] leads you in [the] way [which] you will go.
18 ૧૮ જો તેં મારી આજ્ઞાઓ પાળી હોત તો કેવું સારું! પછી તારી શાંતિ અને સમૃદ્ધિ એક નદીની જેવી વહેતી હોત અને તારો ઉદ્ધાર સમુદ્રનાં મોજાં જેવો થાત.
If you had paid attention to commandments my and it was like river peace your and righteousness your like [the] waves of the sea.
19 ૧૯ તારાં વંશજો રેતી જેટલા અસંખ્ય અને તારા પેટના સંતાન રેતીના કણ જેટલાં અસંખ્ય થાત; તેઓનું નામ મારી સંમુખથી નાબૂદ થાત નહિ કે મારી આગળથી કપાઈ જાત નહિ.
And it was like the sand offspring your and [the] descendants of inward parts your like grains its not it will be cut off and not it will be destroyed name its from to before me.
20 ૨૦ બાબિલમાંથી બહાર નીકળો, ખાલદીઓની પાસેથી નાસી જાઓ! હર્ષનાદના અવાજથી આ જાહેર કરો! આ વાત પ્રગટ કરો, પૃથ્વીના છેડા સુધી તેને પ્રગટ કરો અને કહો, “યહોવાહે પોતાના સેવક યાકૂબનો ઉદ્ધાર કર્યો છે.
Go out from Babylon flee from [the] Chaldeans with a sound of a shout of joy declare proclaim this send out it to [the] end of the earth say he has redeemed Yahweh servant his Jacob.
21 ૨૧ તે તેઓને રણમાં દોરી લઈ ગયા તો પણ તેઓ તરસ્યા રહ્યા નહિ; તેમણે તેઓને માટે ખડકમાંથી પાણી વહેવડાવ્યું; વળી તેમણે ખડક ફાડ્યો અને પાણી ખળખળ વહ્યું.
And not they were thirsty [when] in [the] waste places he led them water from a rock he caused to flow for them and he split open a rock and they flowed out waters.
Not peace he says Yahweh [belongs] to wicked [people].
