Κριταί 19
1 Κατ' εκείνας δε τας ημέρας βασιλεύς δεν ήτο εν τω Ισραήλ· και ήτο Λευΐτης τις παροικών εις τα πλευρά του όρους Εφραΐμ, όστις έλαβεν εις εαυτόν γυναίκα παλλακήν εκ Βηθλεέμ Ιούδα.
and to be in/on/with day [the] they(masc.) and king nothing in/on/with Israel and to be man Levi to sojourn in/on/with flank mountain: hill country Ephraim and to take: take to/for him woman: wife concubine from Bethlehem Bethlehem Judah
2 Και επόρνευσεν η παλλακή αυτού παρ' αυτώ, και ανεχώρησεν απ' αυτού εις τον οίκον του πατρός αυτής εις Βηθλεέμ Ιούδα, και ήτο εκεί τέσσαρας ολοκλήρους μήνας.
and to fornicate upon him concubine his and to go: went from with him to(wards) house: home father her to(wards) Bethlehem Bethlehem Judah and to be there day four month
3 Και εσηκώθη ο ανήρ αυτής και υπήγε κατόπιν αυτής, διά να λαλήση ευμενώς προς αυτήν, ώστε να κάμη αυτήν να επιστρέψη· είχε δε μεθ' εαυτού τον δούλον αυτού και δύο όνους· και αυτή εισήγαγεν αυτόν εις τον οίκον του πατρός αυτής· και ότε είδεν αυτόν ο πατήρ της νέας, εχάρη εις την έντευξιν αυτού.
and to arise: rise man: husband her and to go: went after her to/for to speak: speak upon heart her (to/for to return: rescue her *Q(K)*) and youth his with him and pair donkey and to come (in): bring him house: home father her and to see: see him father [the] maiden and to rejoice to/for to encounter: meet him
4 Και εκράτησεν αυτόν ο πενθερός αυτού, ο πατήρ της νέας· και εκάθισε μετ' αυτού τρεις ημέρας· και έφαγον και έπιον και διενυκτέρευσαν εκεί.
and to strengthen: hold in/on/with him relative his father [the] maiden and to dwell with him three day and to eat and to drink and to lodge there
5 Και την τετάρτην ημέραν, ότε ηγέρθησαν το πρωΐ, εσηκώθη να αναχωρήση· και είπεν ο πατήρ της νέας προς τον γαμβρόν αυτού, Στήριξον την καρδίαν σου με ολίγον άρτον και μετά ταύτα θέλετε υπάγει.
and to be in/on/with day [the] fourth and to rise in/on/with morning and to arise: rise to/for to go: went and to say father [the] maiden to(wards) son-in-law his to support heart your morsel food: bread and after to go: went
6 Και εκάθισαν και έφαγον και έπιον οι δύο ομού· και είπεν ο πατήρ της νέας προς τον άνδρα, Ευαρεστήθητι, παρακαλώ, και διανυκτέρευσον, και ας ευφρανθή η καρδία σου.
and to dwell and to eat two their together and to drink and to say father [the] maiden to(wards) [the] man be willing please and to lodge and be good heart your
7 Και ότε ο άνθρωπος εσηκώθη να αναχωρήση, ο πενθερός αυτού εβίασεν αυτόν· όθεν έμεινε και διενυκτέρευσεν εκεί.
and to arise: rise [the] man to/for to go: went and to press in/on/with him relative his and to return: again and to lodge there
8 Και ηγέρθη το πρωΐ την πέμπτην ημέραν διά να αναχωρήση· και είπεν ο πατήρ της νέας, Στήριξον, παρακαλώ, την καρδίαν σου. Και έμειναν εωσού έκλινεν η ημέρα, και συνέφαγον αμφότεροι.
and to rise in/on/with morning in/on/with day [the] fifth to/for to go: went and to say father [the] maiden to support please heart your and to delay till to stretch [the] day and to eat two their
9 Και ότε ο άνθρωπος εσηκώθη να αναχωρήση, αυτός και η παλλακή αυτού και ο δούλος αυτού, είπε προς αυτόν ο πενθερός αυτού, ο πατήρ της νέας, Ιδού, τώρα η ημέρα κλίνει προς εσπέραν· διανυκτερεύσατε, παρακαλώ· ιδού η ημέρα υπάγει να τελειώση· διανυκτέρευσον ενταύθα, και ας ευφρανθή η καρδία σου· και αύριον σηκόνεσθε το πρωΐ διά την οδοιπορίαν σας και ύπαγε εις την κατοικίαν σου.
and to arise: rise [the] man to/for to go: went he/she/it and concubine his and youth his and to say to/for him relative his father [the] maiden behold please to slacken [the] day to/for to grow dark to lodge please behold to camp [the] day to lodge here and be good heart your and to rise tomorrow to/for way: journey your and to go: went to/for tent: home your
10 Ο άνθρωπος όμως δεν ηθέλησε να διανυκτερεύση· αλλ' εσηκώθη και ανεχώρησε και ήλθεν έως απέναντι της Ιεβούς, ήτις είναι η Ιερουσαλήμ· και είχε μεθ' εαυτού δύο όνους σαμαρωμένους, και η παλλακή αυτού ήτο μετ' αυτού.
and not be willing [the] man to/for to lodge and to arise: rise and to go: went and to come (in): come till before Jebus he/she/it Jerusalem and with him pair donkey to saddle/tie and concubine his with him
11 Και ότε επλησίασαν εις την Ιεβούς, η ημέρα ήτο πολύ προχωρημένη· και είπεν ο δούλος προς τον κύριον αυτού, Ελθέ, παρακαλώ, και ας στρέψωμεν προς την πόλιν ταύτην των Ιεβουσαίων, και ας διανυκτερεύσωμεν εν αυτή.
they(masc.) with Jebus and [the] day to go down much and to say [the] youth to(wards) lord his to go: come! [emph?] please and to turn aside: turn aside to(wards) city [the] Jebusite [the] this and to lodge in/on/with her
12 Και είπεν ο κύριος αυτού προς αυτόν, Δεν θέλομεν στρέψει προς πόλιν αλλοτρίων, ήτις δεν είναι εκ των υιών Ισραήλ· αλλά θέλομεν περάσει έως Γαβαά.
and to say to(wards) him lord his not to turn aside: turn aside to(wards) city foreign which not from son: descendant/people Israel they(fem.) and to pass till Gibeah
13 Και είπε προς τον δούλον αυτού, Ελθέ, και ας πλησιάσωμεν εις ένα εκ των τόπων τούτων και ας διανυκτερεύσωμεν εν Γαβαά ή εν Ραμά.
and to say to/for youth his (to go: follow [emph?] *Q(K)*) and to present: come in/on/with one [the] place and to lodge in/on/with Gibeah or in/on/with Ramah
14 Και διέβησαν και υπήγαν· και έδυσεν επ' αυτούς ο ήλιος πλησίον της Γαβαά, ήτις είναι του Βενιαμίν.
and to pass and to go: went and to come (in): come to/for them [the] sun beside [the] Gibeah which to/for Benjamin
15 Και εστράφησαν εκεί, διά να εισέλθωσι να καταλύσωσιν εν Γαβαά· και ότε εισήλθεν, εκάθισεν εν τη πλατεία της πόλεως· και δεν ήτο άνθρωπος να παραλάβη αυτούς εις την οικίαν αυτού διά να διανυκτερεύσωσι.
and to turn aside: turn aside there to/for to come (in): come to/for to lodge in/on/with Gibeah and to come (in): come and to dwell in/on/with street/plaza [the] city and nothing man: anyone to gather [obj] them [the] house: home [to] to/for to lodge
16 Και ιδού, άνθρωπος γέρων ήρχετο από του έργου αυτού εκ του αγρού το εσπέρας· και ο άνθρωπος ήτο εκ του όρους Εφραΐμ, παρώκει δε εν Γαβαά· οι δε άνθρωποι του τόπου ήσαν Βενιαμίται.
and behold man old to come (in): come from deed: work his from [the] land: country in/on/with evening and [the] man from mountain: hill country Ephraim and he/she/it to sojourn in/on/with Gibeah and human [the] place Benjaminite Benjaminite
17 Και υψώσας τους οφθαλμούς αυτού, είδε τον άνθρωπον τον οδοιπόρον εν τη πλατεία της πόλεως· και είπεν ο άνθρωπος ο γέρων, Που υπάγεις; και πόθεν έρχεσαι;
and to lift: look eye his and to see: see [obj] [the] man [the] to journey in/on/with street/plaza [the] city and to say [the] man [the] old where? to go: went and from where? to come (in): come
18 Ο δε είπε προς αυτόν, Ημείς διαβαίνομεν εκ Βηθλεέμ Ιούδα έως των πλευρών του όρους Εφραΐμ· εκείθεν είμαι εγώ· και υπήγα έως Βηθλεέμ Ιούδα, και τώρα υπάγω εις τον οίκον του Κυρίου· και δεν είναι ουδείς να με παραλάβη εις την οικίαν αυτού·
and to say to(wards) him to pass we from Bethlehem Bethlehem Judah till flank mountain: hill country Ephraim from there I and to go: went till Bethlehem Bethlehem Judah and [obj] house: temple LORD I to go: went and nothing man: anyone to gather [obj] me [the] house: home [to]
19 έχομεν δε άχυρα και τροφήν διά τους όνους ημών, έχομεν και προσέτι άρτον και οίνον δι' εμέ και διά την δούλην σου και διά τον νέον, όστις είναι μετά των δούλων σου· δεν έχομεν έλλειψιν ουδενός πράγματος.
and also straw also fodder there to/for donkey our and also food: bread and wine there to/for me and to/for maidservant your and to/for youth with servant/slave your nothing need all word: thing
20 Και είπεν ο άνθρωπος ο γέρων, Ειρήνη εις σέ· και παν ό, τι χρειάζεσαι εγώ φροντίζω· μόνον εν τη πλατεία μη διανυκτερεύσης.
and to say [the] man [the] old peace to/for you except all need your upon me except in/on/with street/plaza not to lodge
21 Και εισήγαγεν αυτόν εις τον οίκον αυτού και έδωκε τροφήν εις τους όνους· και έπλυναν τους πόδας αυτών, και έφαγον και έπιον.
and to come (in): bring him to/for house: home his (and to feed *Q(k)*) to/for donkey and to wash: wash foot their and to eat and to drink
22 Ενώ ούτοι εύφραινον τας καρδίας αυτών, ιδού, οι άνδρες της πόλεως, άνθρωποι παράνομοι περιεκύκλωσαν την οικίαν, κρούοντες εις την θύραν· και είπον προς τον άνθρωπον τον κύριον της οικίας τον γέροντα, λέγοντες, Έκβαλε τον άνθρωπον, τον ελθόντα εις την οικίαν σου, διά να γνωρίσωμεν αυτόν.
they(masc.) be good [obj] heart their and behold human [the] city human son: young animal Belial to turn: surround [obj] [the] house: home to beat upon [the] door and to say to(wards) [the] man master: men [the] house: home [the] old to/for to say to come out: send [obj] [the] man which to come (in): come to(wards) house: home your and to know him
23 Και εξήλθε προς αυτούς ο άνθρωπος, ο κύριος της οικίας, και είπε προς αυτούς, Μη, αδελφοί μου, παρακαλώ, μη πράξητε τούτο το κακόν· αφού ο άνθρωπος ούτος εισήλθεν εις την οικίαν μου, μη πράξητε τοιαύτην αφροσύνην·
and to come out: come to(wards) them [the] man master [the] house: home and to say to(wards) them not brother: compatriot my not be evil please after which to come (in): come [the] man [the] this to(wards) house: home my not to make: do [obj] [the] folly [the] this
24 ιδού, η θυγάτηρ μου η παρθένος και η παλλακή αυτού· τώρα θέλω φέρει αυτάς έξω, και ταπεινώσατε αυτάς και κάμετε εις αυτάς ό, τι φανή αρεστόν εις τους οφθαλμούς σας· αλλ' εις τον άνθρωπον τούτον μη πράξητε έργον τοιαύτης αφροσύνης.
behold daughter my [the] virgin and concubine his to come out: send please [obj] them and to afflict [obj] them and to make: do to/for them [the] pleasant in/on/with eye: appearance your and to/for man [the] this not to make: do word: thing [the] folly [the] this
25 Οι άνδρες όμως δεν ηθέλησαν να ακούσωσιν αυτόν· και έλαβεν ο άνθρωπος την παλλακήν αυτού και έφερεν αυτήν έξω προς αυτούς· και εγνώρισαν αυτήν και ύβρισαν εις αυτήν όλην την νύκτα έως πρωΐ· και καθώς εφάνη η αυγή, απέλυσαν αυτήν.
and not be willing [the] human to/for to hear: hear to/for him and to strengthen: hold [the] man in/on/with concubine his and to come out: come to(wards) them [the] outside and to know [obj] her and to abuse in/on/with her all [the] night till [the] morning and to send: let go her (like/as to ascend: dawn *Q(K)*) [the] dawn
26 Και ήλθεν η γυνή προς το χάραγμα της ημέρας και έπεσε παρά την θύραν της οικίας του ανθρώπου, όπου ήτο ο κύριος αυτής, εωσού έφεγξε.
and to come (in): come [the] woman to/for to turn [the] morning and to fall: kill entrance house: home [the] man which lord her there till [the] light
27 Και εσηκώθη ο κύριος αυτής το πρωΐ και ήνοιξε τας θύρας της οικίας και εξήλθε διά να υπάγη εις την οδόν αυτού· και ιδού, η γυνή η παλλακή αυτού πεσμένη εις την θύραν της οικίας και αι χείρες αυτής επί του κατωφλίου.
and to arise: rise lord her in/on/with morning and to open door [the] house: home and to come out: come to/for to go: went to/for way: journey his and behold [the] woman concubine his to fall: kill entrance [the] house: home and hand her upon [the] threshold
28 Και είπε προς αυτήν, Σηκώθητι και ας υπάγωμεν. Αλλά δεν απεκρίθη. Τότε ανέλαβεν αυτήν επί τον όνον ο άνθρωπος, και εσηκώθη και υπήγεν εις τον τόπον αυτού.
and to say to(wards) her to arise: rise and to go: went and nothing to answer and to take: bring her upon [the] donkey and to arise: rise [the] man and to go: went to/for place his
29 Και αφού ήλθεν εις την οικίαν αυτού, έλαβε την μάχαιραν και πιάσας την παλλακήν αυτού, διεμέλισεν αυτήν μετά των οστέων αυτής εις δώδεκα μέρη, και έστειλεν αυτά εις πάντα τα όρια του Ισραήλ.
and to come (in): come to(wards) house: home his and to take: take [obj] [the] knife and to strengthen: hold in/on/with concubine his and to cut her to/for bone her to/for two ten piece and to send: depart her in/on/with all border: area Israel
30 Και πάντες όσοι έβλεπον, έλεγον, Δεν έγεινεν ουδέ εφάνη τοιούτον πράγμα, αφ' ης ημέρας οι υιοί Ισραήλ ανέβησαν εκ γης Αιγύπτου, έως της ημέρας ταύτης· σκέφθητε περί τούτου, συμβουλεύθητε και λαλήσατε.
and to be all [the] to see: see and to say not to be and not to see: see like/as this to/for from day to ascend: rise son: descendant/people Israel from land: country/planet Egypt till [the] day: today [the] this to set: consider to/for you upon her to plan and to speak: speak
