Γένεσις 15
1 Μετά τα πράγματα ταύτα έγεινε λόγος Κυρίου προς τον Άβραμ εν οράματι, λέγων, Μη φοβού, Αβραμ· εγώ είμαι ο υπερασπιστής σου, ο μισθός σου θέλει είσθαι πολύς σφόδρα.
After - the things these it came [the] word of Yahweh to Abram in the vision saying may not you fear O Abram I [am] a shield of you reward your [will be] great very.
2 Και είπεν ο Άβραμ, Δέσποτα Κύριε, τι θέλεις δώσει εις εμέ, ενώ εγώ απέρχομαι άτεκνος, ο δε κληρονόμος της οικίας μου είναι ούτος ο εκ Δαμασκού Ελιέζερ;
And he said Abram O Lord Yahweh what? will you give to me and I [am] going childless and [the] son of [the] acquisition of household my he [is] Damascus Eliezer.
3 είπε προσέτι ο Άβραμ, Ιδού, δεν έδωκας εις εμέ σπέρμα· και ιδού, οικέτης μου θέλει με κληρονομήσει.
And he said Abram here! to me not you have given offspring and there! [the] son of household my [is] inheriting me.
4 Και ιδού, λόγος Κυρίου έγεινε προς αυτόν, λέγων, Δεν θέλει σε κληρονομήσει ούτος· αλλ' εκείνος όστις θέλει εξέλθει εκ των σπλάγχνων σου, αυτός θέλει σε κληρονομήσει.
And there! [the] word of Yahweh [was] to him saying not he will inherit you this [one] that except [one] who he will come out from inward parts your he he will inherit you.
5 Και έφερεν αυτόν έξω και είπεν, Ανάβλεψον τώρα εις τον ουρανόν και αρίθμησον τα άστρα, εάν δύνασαι να εξαριθμήσης αυτά· και είπε προς αυτόν, Ούτω θέλει είσθαι το σπέρμα σου.
And he brought out him the outside towards and he said look please the heavens towards and count the stars if you are able to count them and he said to him thus it will be offspring your.
6 Και επίστευσεν εις τον Κύριον· και ελογίσθη εις αυτόν εις δικαιοσύνην.
And he believed in Yahweh and he credited it to him righteousness.
7 Και είπε προς αυτόν, Εγώ είμαι ο Κύριος όστις σε εξήγαγον εκ της Ουρ των Χαλδαίων, διά να σοι δώσω την γην ταύτην εις κληρονομίαν.
And he said to him I [am] Yahweh who I brought out you from Ur of [the] Chaldeans to give to you the land this to take possession of it.
8 Ο δε είπε, Δέσποτα Κύριε, Πόθεν να γνωρίσω ότι θέλω κληρονομήσει αυτήν;
And he said O Lord Yahweh how? will I know that I will take possession of it.
9 Και είπε προς αυτόν, Λάβε μοι δάμαλιν τριών ετών, και αίγα τριών ετών, και κριόν τριών ετών, και τρυγόνα, και περιστεράν.
And he said to him bring! to me a heifer three years old and a goat three years old and a ram three years old and a turtle-dove and a young pigeon.
10 Και έλαβεν εις αυτόν πάντα ταύτα, και διέσχισεν αυτά εις το μέσον, και έθεσεν έκαστον τμήμα απέναντι του ομοίου αυτού· τα πτηνά όμως δεν διέσχισε.
And he brought to him all these and he cut in pieces them in the middle and he set each piece its to meet neighbor its and the bird[s] not he cut in two.
11 Κατέβησαν δε όρνεα επί τα πτώματα, και ο Άβραμ εδίωξεν αυτά.
And it came down the bird[s] of prey on the carcasses and he drove away them Abram.
12 Περί δε την δύσιν του ηλίου, επέπεσεν έκστασις επί τον Αβραμ· και ιδού, φόβος σκοτεινός μέγας επιπίπτει επ' αυτόν.
And it was the sun [about] to go and a deep sleep it fell on Abram and there! dread darkness great [was] falling on him.
13 Και είπεν ο Κύριος προς τον Άβραμ, Έξευρε βεβαίως ότι το σπέρμα σου θέλει παροικήσει εν γη ουχί εαυτών, και θέλουσι δουλώσει αυτούς, και θέλουσι καταθλίψει αυτούς, τετρακόσια έτη·
And he said to Abram certainly you will know that a sojourner - it will be offspring your in a land [which] not [belongs] to them and they will serve them and they will afflict them four hundred year[s].
14 το έθνος όμως, εις το οποίον θέλουσι δουλωθή, εγώ θέλω κρίνει· μετά δε ταύτα θέλουσιν εξέλθει με μεγάλα υπάρχοντα·
And also the nation which they will serve [will be] judging I and after thus they will come out with possession[s] great.
15 συ δε θέλεις απέλθει προς τους πατέρας σου εν ειρήνη· θέλεις ενταφιασθή εν γήρατι καλώ·
And you you will go to ancestors your in peace you will be buried in old age good.
16 εν δε τη τετάρτη γενεά θέλουσιν επιστρέψει εδώ· διότι ακόμη δεν ανεπληρώθη η ανομία των Αμορραίων.
And [the] generation fourth they will return hither for not [is] complete [the] iniquity of the Amorite[s] until now.
17 Ότε δε ο ήλιος έδυσε και έγεινε πυκνόν σκότος, ιδού, κάμινος καπνίζουσα και λαμπάς πυρός ήτις διεπέρασε μεταξύ των διχοτομημάτων τούτων.
And it was the sun it had gone and darkness it was and there! a fire pot of smoke and a torch of fire which it passed between the pieces these.
18 Την ημέραν εκείνην έκαμε διαθήκην ο Κύριος προς τον Άβραμ, λέγων, εις το σπέρμα σου έδωκα την γην ταύτην, από του ποταμού της Αιγύπτου έως του ποταμού του μεγάλου, του ποταμού Ευφράτου·
On the day that he made Yahweh with Abram a covenant saying to offspring your I give the land this from [the] river of Egypt to the river great [the] river of Euphrates.
19 τους Κεναίους, και τους Κενεζαίους, και τους Κεδμωναίους,
The Kenite[s] and the Kenizzite[s] and the Kadmonite[s].
20 και τους Χετταίους, και τους Φερεζαίους, και τους Ραφαείμ,
And the Hittite[s] and the Perizzite[s] and the Rephaites.
21 και τους Αμορραίους, και τους Χαναναίους, και τους Γεργεσαίους, και τους Ιεβουσαίους.
And the Amorite[s] and the Canaanite[s] and the Girgashite[s] and the Jebusite[s].
