Βασιλειῶν Αʹ 9
1 Ήτο δε ανήρ τις εκ του Βενιαμίν, ονομαζόμενος Κείς, υιός του Αβιήλ, υιού του Σερώρ, υιού του Βεχωράθ, υιού του Αφιά, ανδρός Βενιαμίτου, δυνατός εν ισχύϊ.
And he was a man (from Benjamin *Q(K)*) and name his [was] Kish [the] son of Abiel [the] son of Zeror [the] son of Becorath [the] son of Aphiah a son of a man a Jaminite a mighty [man] of wealth.
2 Είχε δε ούτος υιόν, ονομαζόμενον Σαούλ, εκλεκτόν και ώραίον· και δεν υπήρχε μεταξύ των υιών Ισραήλ άνθρωπος ώραιότερος αυτού· από των ώμων αυτού και επάνω εξείχεν υπέρ παντός του λαού.
And to him he belonged a son and name his [was] Saul a young man and good and not a man from [the] people of Israel [was] good more than him from shoulder his and up-wards [he was] tall more than all the people.
3 Και αι όνοι του Κείς πατρός του Σαούλ εχάθησαν· και είπεν ο Κείς προς τον Σαούλ τον υιόν αυτού, Λάβε τώρα μετά σου ένα των υπηρετών, και σηκωθείς ύπαγε να ζητήσης τας όνους.
And they were lost the she-asses of Kish [the] father of Saul and he said Kish to Saul son his take please with you one from the young men and arise go seek the she-asses.
4 Και επέρασε διά του όρους Εφραΐμ και επέρασε διά της γης Σαλισά, αλλά δεν εύρηκαν αυτάς· και επέρασαν διά της γης Σααλείμ, πλην δεν ήσαν εκεί· και επέρασε διά της γης Ιεμινί, αλλά δεν εύρηκαν αυτάς.
And he passed in [the] hill country of Ephraim and he passed in [the] land of Shalisha and not they found [them] and they passed in [the] land of Shaalim and there not and he passed in [the] land of [the] Jaminite[s] and not they found [them].
5 Ότε δε ήλθον εις την γην Σούφ, είπεν ο Σαούλ προς τον υπηρέτην αυτού τον μετ' αυτού, Ελθέ, και ας επιστρέψωμεν, μήποτε ο πατήρ μου, αφήσας την φροντίδα των όνων, συλλογίζηται περί ημών.
They they came in [the] land of Zuph and Saul he said to servant his who [was] with him come! so let us turn back lest he should cease father my from the she-asses and he will be anxious to us.
6 Ο δε είπε προς αυτόν, Ιδού τώρα, εν τη πόλει ταύτη είναι άνθρωπος του Θεού, και ο άνθρωπος είναι ένδοξος· παν ό, τι είπη γίνεται εξάπαντος· ας υπάγωμεν λοιπόν εκεί· ίσως φανερώση εις ημάς την οδόν ημών, την οποίαν πρέπει να υπάγωμεν.
And he said to him here! please a man of God [is] in the city this and the man [is] honored all that he speaks actually it comes now let us go there perhaps he will tell to us journey our which we have walked on it.
7 Και είπεν ο Σαούλ προς τον υπηρέτην αυτού, Αλλ' ιδού, θέλομεν υπάγει, πλην τι θέλομεν φέρει προς τον άνθρωπον; διότι ο άρτος εξέλιπεν εκ των αγγείων ημών· και δώρον δεν υπάρχει να προσφέρωμεν εις τον άνθρωπον του Θεού· τι έχομεν;
And he said Saul to servant his and here! we will go and what? will we bring to the man for the bread it has been used up from bags our and [is] a gift there not to bring to [the] man of God what? [is] with us.
8 Και αποκριθείς πάλιν ο υπηρέτης προς τον Σαούλ, είπεν, Ιδού, ευρίσκεται εν τη χειρί μου εν τέταρτον σίκλου αργυρίου, το οποίον θέλω δώσει εις τον άνθρωπον του Θεού, και θέλει φανερώσει εις ημάς την οδόν ημών.
And he repeated the servant to answer Saul and he said here! [is] found in hand my a fourth part of a shekel of silver and I will give [it] to [the] man of God and he will tell to us journey our.
9 Το πάλαι εν τω Ισραήλ, οπότε τις υπήγαινε να ερωτήση τον Θεόν, έλεγεν ούτως· Έλθετε, και ας υπάγωμεν έως εις τον βλέποντα· διότι ο σήμερον προφήτης εκαλείτο το πάλαι ο βλέπων.
Before - in Israel thus he said the man when went he to consult God come so let us go to the seer for to the prophet this day it was called before the seer.
10 Τότε είπεν ο Σαούλ προς τον υπηρέτην αυτού, Καλός ο λόγος σου· ελθέ, ας υπάγωμεν. Υπήγαν λοιπόν εις την πόλιν, όπου ήτο ο άνθρωπος του Θεού.
And he said Saul to servant his [is] good word your come! - let us go and they went to the city where [was] there [the] man of God.
11 Και ενώ ανέβαινον το ανήφορον της πόλεως, εύρηκαν κοράσια εξερχόμενα διά να αντλήσωσιν ύδωρ· και είπον προς αυτά, Είναι ενταύθα ο βλέπων;
They [were] going up on [the] ascent of the city and they they found young women coming out to draw water and they said to them ¿ [is] there in this [place] the seer.
12 Και εκείνα απεκρίθησαν προς αυτούς και είπον, Είναι ιδού, έμπροσθέν σου· τάχυνον λοιπόν· διότι σήμερον ήλθεν εις την πόλιν, επειδή είναι σήμερον θυσία του λαού επί του υψηλού τόπου·
And they answered them and they said there is there! before you hurry - now for this day he has come to the city for a sacrifice this day [belongs] to the people at the high place.
13 ευθύς όταν εισέλθητε εις την πόλιν, θέλετε ευρεί αυτόν, πριν αναβή εις τον υψηλόν τόπον διά να φάγη· διότι ο λαός δεν τρώγει εωσού έλθη αυτός, επειδή ούτος ευλογεί την θυσίαν· μετά ταύτα τρώγουσιν οι κεκλημένοι τώρα λοιπόν ανάβητε· διότι περί την ώραν ταύτην θέλετε ευρεί αυτόν.
When come you the city thus you will find! him before he will go up the high place towards to eat for not it will eat the people until comes he for he he will bless the sacrifice after thus they will eat those [who] were invited and now go up for him as the day you will find! him.
14 Και ανέβησαν εις την πόλιν· και ενώ εισήρχοντο εις την πόλιν, ιδού, ο Σαμουήλ εξήρχετο ενώπιον αυτών, διά να αναβή εις τον υψηλόν τόπον.
And they went up the city they [were] coming in [the] midst of the city and there! Samuel [was] coming out to meet them to go up the high place.
15 Είχε δε αποκαλύψει ο Κύριος προς τον Σαμουήλ, μίαν ημέραν πριν έλθη ο Σαούλ, λέγων;
And Yahweh he had uncovered [the] ear of Samuel a day one before came Saul saying.
16 Αύριον περί την ώραν ταύτην θέλω αποστείλει προς σε άνθρωπον εκ γης Βενιαμίν, και θέλεις χρίσει αυτόν άρχοντα επί τον λαόν μου Ισραήλ, και θέλει σώσει τον λαόν μου εκ χειρός των Φιλισταίων· διότι επέβλεψα επί τον λαόν μου, επειδή η βοή αυτών ήλθεν εις εμέ.
About this time - tomorrow I will send to you a man from [the] land of Benjamin and you will anoint him to ruler over people my Israel and he will deliver people my from [the] hand of [the] Philistines for I have seen people my for it has come cry of distress its to me.
17 Και ότε ο Σαμουήλ είδε τον Σαούλ, ο Κύριος είπε προς αυτόν, Ιδού, ο άνθρωπος, περί του οποίου σοι είπα· ούτος θέλει άρχει επί τον λαόν μου.
And Samuel he saw Saul and Yahweh he answered him here! the man whom I spoke to you this [one] he will rule over people my.
18 Τότε επλησίασεν ο Σαούλ προς τον Σαμουήλ εις την πύλην και είπε, Δείξον μοι, παρακαλώ, που είναι η οικία του βλέποντος.
And he approached Saul Samuel in [the] middle of the gate and he said tell! please to me where? this [is] [the] house of the seer.
19 Και απεκρίθη ο Σαμουήλ προς τον Σαούλ και είπεν, Εγώ είμαι ο βλέπων· ανάβα έμπροσθέν μου εις τον υψηλόν τόπον· και θέλετε φάγει σήμερον μετ' εμού, και το πρωΐ θέλω σε εξαποστείλει και πάντα όσα είναι εν τη καρδία σου θέλω αναγγείλει προς σέ·
And he answered Samuel Saul and he said I [am] the seer go up before me the high place and you will eat with me this day and I will send away you in the morning and all that [is] in heart your I will tell to you.
20 περί δε των όνων, τας οποίας έχασας ήδη τρεις ημέρας, μη φρόντιζε περί αυτών, διότι ευρέθησαν· και προς τίνα είναι πάσα η επιθυμία του Ισραήλ; δεν είναι προς σε, και προς πάντα τον οίκον του πατρός σου;
And to the she-asses which were lost of you this day [the] three the days may not you set heart your to them for they have been found and [belongs] to whom? every desirable thing of Israel ¿ not to you and to all [the] house of father your.
21 Αποκριθείς δε ο Σαούλ είπε, Δεν είμαι εγώ Βενιαμίτης, εκ της μικροτέρας των φυλών Ισραήλ; και η οικογένειά μου η ελαχίστη πασών των οικογενειών της φυλής Βενιαμίν; διά τι λοιπόν λαλείς ούτω προς εμέ;
And he answered Saul and he said ¿ not a Ben-jaminite [am] I from [the] small of [the] tribes of Israel and [is] clan? my the insignificant of all [the] clans of [the] tribes of Benjamin and why? have you spoken to me according to the manner this.
22 Και έλαβεν ο Σαμουήλ τον Σαούλ και τον υπηρέτην αυτού και έφερεν αυτούς εις το οίκημα, και έδωκεν εις αυτούς την πρώτην θέσιν μεταξύ των κεκλημένων, οίτινες ήσαν περίπου τριάκοντα άνδρες.
And he took Samuel Saul and servant his and he brought them [the] room towards and he gave to them a place at [the] head of those [who] were invited and they [were] about thirty man.
23 Και είπεν ο Σαμουήλ προς τον μάγειρον, Φέρε το μερίδιον το οποίον σοι έδωκα, περί του οποίον σοι είπα, Φύλαττε τούτο πλησίον σου.
And he said Samuel to the cook give! the portion which I gave to you which I said to you put it with you.
24 Και ύψωσεν ο μάγειρος την πλάτην και το επ' αυτήν και έθεσεν έμπροσθεν του Σαούλ. Και είπεν ο Σαμουήλ, Ιδού, το εναπολειφθέν· θες αυτό έμπροσθέν σου, φάγε· διότι διά την ώραν ταύτην εφυλάχθη διά σε, ότε είπα, Προσεκάλεσα τον λαόν. Και έφαγεν ο Σαούλ μετά του Σαμουήλ εν τη ημέρα εκείνη.
And he lifted up the cook the thigh and the on it and he put [it] - before Saul and he said here! the [part which] remains set [it] before you eat [it] for to the appointed time [it was] kept for you saying the people - I have invited and he ate Saul with Samuel on the day that.
25 Και αφού κατέβησαν εκ του υψηλού τόπου εις την πόλιν, συνωμίλησεν ο Σαμουήλ μετά του Σαούλ επί του δώματος.
And they went down from the high place the city and he spoke with Saul on the roof.
26 Και εσηκώθησαν ενωρίς· και περί τα χαράγματα της ημέρας, εκάλεσεν ο Σαμουήλ τον Σαούλ όντα επί του δώματος, λέγων, Σηκώθητι, διά να σε εξαποστείλω. Και εσηκώθη ο Σαούλ, και εξήλθον αμφότεροι, αυτός και ο Σαμουήλ, έως έξω.
And they rose early and it was when came up the dawn and he called Samuel to Saul (the roof towards *Q(K)*) saying arise! so I may send away you and he arose Saul and they went out [the] two of them he and Samuel the outside towards.
27 Καθώς δε κατέβαινον εις το τέλος της πόλεως, είπεν ο Σαμουήλ προς τον Σαούλ, Πρόσταξον τον υπηρέτην να περάση έμπροσθεν ημών· και εκείνος επέρασε· συ όμως στάθητι ολίγον, και θέλω σοι αναγγείλει τον λόγον του Θεού.
They [were] going down at [the] edge of the city and Samuel he said to Saul say to the servant so he may pass on before us and he passed on and you remain as the day so I may make hear you [the] word of God.
