< Ψαλμοί 87 >
1 τοῖς υἱοῖς Κορε ψαλμὸς ᾠδῆς οἱ θεμέλιοι αὐτοῦ ἐν τοῖς ὄρεσιν τοῖς ἁγίοις
By sons of Korah. — A Psalm, a song. His foundation [is] in holy mountains.
2 ἀγαπᾷ κύριος τὰς πύλας Σιων ὑπὲρ πάντα τὰ σκηνώματα Ιακωβ
Jehovah is loving the gates of Zion Above all the tabernacles of Jacob.
3 δεδοξασμένα ἐλαλήθη περὶ σοῦ ἡ πόλις τοῦ θεοῦ διάψαλμα
Honourable things are spoken in Thee, O city of God. (Selah)
4 μνησθήσομαι Ρααβ καὶ Βαβυλῶνος τοῖς γινώσκουσίν με καὶ ἰδοὺ ἀλλόφυλοι καὶ Τύρος καὶ λαὸς Αἰθιόπων οὗτοι ἐγενήθησαν ἐκεῖ
I mention Rahab and Babel to those knowing Me, Lo, Philistia, and Tyre, with Cush! This [one] was born there.
5 μήτηρ Σιων ἐρεῖ ἄνθρωπος καὶ ἄνθρωπος ἐγενήθη ἐν αὐτῇ καὶ αὐτὸς ἐθεμελίωσεν αὐτὴν ὁ ὕψιστος
And of Zion it is said: Each one was born in her, And He, the Most High, doth establish her.
6 κύριος διηγήσεται ἐν γραφῇ λαῶν καὶ ἀρχόντων τούτων τῶν γεγενημένων ἐν αὐτῇ διάψαλμα
Jehovah doth recount in the describing of the peoples, 'This [one] was born there.' (Selah)
7 ὡς εὐφραινομένων πάντων ἡ κατοικία ἐν σοί
Singers also as players on instruments, All my fountains [are] in Thee!
