1 ἐὰν δὲ θυσία σωτηρίου τὸ δῶρον αὐτοῦ τῷ κυρίῳ ἐὰν μὲν ἐκ τῶν βοῶν αὐτοῦ προσαγάγῃ ἐάν τε ἄρσεν ἐάν τε θῆλυ ἄμωμον προσάξει αὐτὸ ἐναντίον κυρίου
“When you want to give a peace offering and you offer an animal from a herd of cattle, whether male or female, you must present one without any defects before the Lord.
2 καὶ ἐπιθήσει τὰς χεῖρας ἐπὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν τοῦ δώρου καὶ σφάξει αὐτὸ παρὰ τὰς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου καὶ προσχεοῦσιν οἱ υἱοὶ Ααρων οἱ ἱερεῖς τὸ αἷμα ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον τῶν ὁλοκαυτωμάτων κύκλῳ
Put your hand on the head of the offering and kill it at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting. Then Aaron's sons the priests will sprinkle the blood on all sides of the altar.
3 καὶ προσάξουσιν ἀπὸ τῆς θυσίας τοῦ σωτηρίου κάρπωμα κυρίῳ τὸ στέαρ τὸ κατακαλύπτον τὴν κοιλίαν καὶ πᾶν τὸ στέαρ τὸ ἐπὶ τῆς κοιλίας
From the peace offering you are to bring a food offering to the Lord: all the fat that covers the insides,
4 καὶ τοὺς δύο νεφροὺς καὶ τὸ στέαρ τὸ ἐπ’ αὐτῶν τὸ ἐπὶ τῶν μηρίων καὶ τὸν λοβὸν τὸν ἐπὶ τοῦ ἥπατος σὺν τοῖς νεφροῖς περιελεῖ
both kidneys with the fat on them by the loins, and the best part of the liver, which you are to remove together with the kidneys.
5 καὶ ἀνοίσουσιν αὐτὰ οἱ υἱοὶ Ααρων οἱ ἱερεῖς ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον ἐπὶ τὰ ὁλοκαυτώματα ἐπὶ τὰ ξύλα τὰ ἐπὶ τοῦ πυρὸς ἐπὶ τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου κάρπωμα ὀσμὴ εὐωδίας κυρίῳ
Aaron's sons are to burn this on the altar on top of the burnt offering that is on the burning wood, as a food offering, to be accepted by the Lord.
6 ἐὰν δὲ ἀπὸ τῶν προβάτων τὸ δῶρον αὐτοῦ θυσίαν σωτηρίου τῷ κυρίῳ ἄρσεν ἢ θῆλυ ἄμωμον προσοίσει αὐτό
When you want to give a peace offering and you offer an animal from a flock of sheep or goats, either male or female, you must present one without any defects before the Lord.
7 ἐὰν ἄρνα προσαγάγῃ τὸ δῶρον αὐτοῦ προσάξει αὐτὸ ἔναντι κυρίου
If you are giving a lamb as your offering, you must present it before the Lord.
8 καὶ ἐπιθήσει τὰς χεῖρας ἐπὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν τοῦ δώρου αὐτοῦ καὶ σφάξει αὐτὸ παρὰ τὰς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου καὶ προσχεοῦσιν οἱ υἱοὶ Ααρων οἱ ἱερεῖς τὸ αἷμα ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον κύκλῳ
Put your hand on the head of the offering and kill it in front of the Tent of Meeting. Then Aaron's sons the priests will sprinkle the blood on all sides of the altar.
9 καὶ προσοίσει ἀπὸ τῆς θυσίας τοῦ σωτηρίου κάρπωμα τῷ θεῷ τὸ στέαρ καὶ τὴν ὀσφὺν ἄμωμον σὺν ταῖς ψόαις περιελεῖ αὐτό καὶ τὸ στέαρ τῆς κοιλίας
From the peace offering you are to bring a food offering to the Lord made up of its fat: the whole fat tail removed from close to the tailbone, all the fat that covers the insides,
10 καὶ ἀμφοτέρους τοὺς νεφροὺς καὶ τὸ στέαρ τὸ ἐπ’ αὐτῶν τὸ ἐπὶ τῶν μηρίων καὶ τὸν λοβὸν τὸν ἐπὶ τοῦ ἥπατος σὺν τοῖς νεφροῖς περιελών
both kidneys with the fat on them by the loins, and the best part of the liver, which you are to remove together with the kidneys.
11 ἀνοίσει ὁ ἱερεὺς ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον ὀσμὴ εὐωδίας κάρπωμα κυρίῳ
Then the priest is to burn this on the altar as a food offering, a food offering to the Lord.
12 ἐὰν δὲ ἀπὸ τῶν αἰγῶν τὸ δῶρον αὐτοῦ καὶ προσάξει ἔναντι κυρίου
If your offering is a goat, you are to present it before the Lord.
13 καὶ ἐπιθήσει τὰς χεῖρας ἐπὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν αὐτοῦ καὶ σφάξουσιν αὐτὸ ἔναντι κυρίου παρὰ τὰς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου καὶ προσχεοῦσιν οἱ υἱοὶ Ααρων οἱ ἱερεῖς τὸ αἷμα ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον κύκλῳ

Then the priest is to burn this on the altar as a food offering, an offering to the Lord using fire. All the fat is for the Lord.
17 νόμιμον εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα εἰς τὰς γενεὰς ὑμῶν ἐν πάσῃ κατοικίᾳ ὑμῶν πᾶν στέαρ καὶ πᾶν αἷμα οὐκ ἔδεσθε
You must not eat any fat or any blood. This regulation is for all time and for all future generations everywhere you live.”
