Ἰησοῦς Nαυῆ 18
1 καὶ ἐξεκκλησιάσθη πᾶσα συναγωγὴ υἱῶν Ισραηλ εἰς Σηλω καὶ ἔπηξαν ἐκεῖ τὴν σκηνὴν τοῦ μαρτυρίου καὶ ἡ γῆ ἐκρατήθη ὑπ’ αὐτῶν
And they assembled all [the] congregation of [the] people of Israel Shiloh and they caused to dwell there [the] tent of meeting and the land it was subdued before them.
2 καὶ κατελείφθησαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ οἳ οὐκ ἐκληρονόμησαν ἑπτὰ φυλαί
And they remained among [the] people of Israel which not they had divided inheritance their seven tribes.
3 καὶ εἶπεν Ἰησοῦς τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ ἕως τίνος ἐκλυθήσεσθε κληρονομῆσαι τὴν γῆν ἣν ἔδωκεν κύριος ὁ θεὸς ἡμῶν
And he said Joshua to [the] people of Israel until when? [will] you [be] showing yourself slack to go to take possession of the land which he has given to you Yahweh [the] God of ancestors your.
4 δότε ἐξ ὑμῶν τρεῖς ἄνδρας ἐκ φυλῆς καὶ ἀναστάντες διελθέτωσαν τὴν γῆν καὶ διαγραψάτωσαν αὐτὴν ἐναντίον μου καθὰ δεήσει διελεῖν αὐτήν καὶ ἤλθοσαν πρὸς αὐτόν
Provide for yourselves three men to the tribe so I may send them and they may arise so they may walk in the land so they may describe in writing it to [the] mouth of inheritance their so they may come to me.
5 καὶ διεῖλεν αὐτοῖς ἑπτὰ μερίδας Ιουδας στήσεται αὐτοῖς ὅριον ἀπὸ λιβός καὶ οἱ υἱοὶ Ιωσηφ στήσονται αὐτοῖς ἀπὸ βορρᾶ
And they will divide among themselves it seven portions Judah it will remain on territory its from [the] south and [the] house of Joseph they will remain on territory their from [the] north.
6 ὑμεῖς δὲ μερίσατε τὴν γῆν ἑπτὰ μερίδας καὶ ἐνέγκατε πρός με ὧδε καὶ ἐξοίσω ὑμῖν κλῆρον ἔναντι κυρίου τοῦ θεοῦ ἡμῶν
And you you will describe in writing the land seven portions and you will bring [it] to me hither and I will throw for you a lot here before Yahweh God our.
7 οὐ γάρ ἐστιν μερὶς τοῖς υἱοῖς Λευι ἐν ὑμῖν ἱερατεία γὰρ κυρίου μερὶς αὐτοῦ καὶ Γαδ καὶ Ρουβην καὶ τὸ ἥμισυ φυλῆς Μανασση ἐλάβοσαν τὴν κληρονομίαν αὐτῶν πέραν τοῦ Ιορδάνου ἐπ’ ἀνατολάς ἣν ἔδωκεν αὐτοῖς Μωυσῆς ὁ παῖς κυρίου
For not a portion [will belong] to the Levites in midst your for [is] [the] priesthood of Yahweh inheritance its and Gad and Reuben and [the] half of [the] tribe of Manasseh they have received inheritance their from [the] other side of the Jordan east-ward which he gave to them Moses [the] servant of Yahweh.
8 καὶ ἀναστάντες οἱ ἄνδρες ἐπορεύθησαν καὶ ἐνετείλατο Ἰησοῦς τοῖς ἀνδράσιν τοῖς πορευομένοις χωροβατῆσαι τὴν γῆν λέγων πορεύεσθε καὶ χωροβατήσατε τὴν γῆν καὶ παραγενήθητε πρός με καὶ ὧδε ἐξοίσω ὑμῖν κλῆρον ἔναντι κυρίου ἐν Σηλω
And they arose the men and they went and he commanded Joshua those [who] went to describe in writing the land saying go and walk about in the land and describe in writing it and return to me and here I will throw for you a lot before Yahweh in Shiloh.
9 καὶ ἐπορεύθησαν καὶ ἐχωροβάτησαν τὴν γῆν καὶ εἴδοσαν αὐτὴν καὶ ἔγραψαν αὐτὴν κατὰ πόλεις αὐτῆς ἑπτὰ μερίδας εἰς βιβλίον καὶ ἤνεγκαν πρὸς Ἰησοῦν
And they went the men and they passed in the land and they described in writing it to the cities into seven portions on a scroll and they came to Joshua to the camp Shiloh.
10 καὶ ἐνέβαλεν αὐτοῖς Ἰησοῦς κλῆρον ἐν Σηλω ἔναντι κυρίου
And he threw for them Joshua a lot in Shiloh before Yahweh and he apportioned there Joshua the land to [the] people of Israel according to divisions their.
11 καὶ ἐξῆλθεν ὁ κλῆρος φυλῆς Βενιαμιν πρῶτος κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν καὶ ἐξῆλθεν ὅρια τοῦ κλήρου αὐτῶν ἀνὰ μέσον Ιουδα καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον τῶν υἱῶν Ιωσηφ
And it came up [the] lot of [the] tribe of [the] descendants of Benjamin to clans their and it went out [the] territory of lot their [was] between [the] descendants of Judah and between [the] descendants of Joseph.
12 καὶ ἐγενήθη αὐτῶν τὰ ὅρια ἀπὸ βορρᾶ ἀπὸ τοῦ Ιορδάνου προσαναβήσεται τὰ ὅρια κατὰ νώτου Ιεριχω ἀπὸ βορρᾶ καὶ ἀναβήσεται ἐπὶ τὸ ὄρος ἐπὶ τὴν θάλασσαν καὶ ἔσται αὐτοῦ ἡ διέξοδος ἡ Μαδβαρῖτις Βαιθων
And it was to them the border of [the] side of north-ward from the Jordan and it goes up the border to [the] slope of Jericho from [the] north and it goes up in the hill country west-ward (and they are *Q(K)*) extremities its [the] wilderness of towards Beth Aven.
13 καὶ διελεύσεται ἐκεῖθεν τὰ ὅρια Λουζα ἐπὶ νώτου Λουζα ἀπὸ λιβός αὕτη ἐστὶν Βαιθηλ καὶ καταβήσεται τὰ ὅρια Μααταρωθορεχ ἐπὶ τὴν ὀρεινήν ἥ ἐστιν πρὸς λίβα Βαιθωρων ἡ κάτω
And it passes on from there the border Luz towards to [the] slope of Luz south-ward that [is] Beth-el and it goes down the border Ataroth Addar on the mountain which [is] from [the] south of Beth Horon lower.
14 καὶ διελεύσεται τὰ ὅρια καὶ περιελεύσεται ἐπὶ τὸ μέρος τὸ βλέπον παρὰ θάλασσαν ἀπὸ λιβὸς ἀπὸ τοῦ ὄρους ἐπὶ πρόσωπον Βαιθωρων λίβα καὶ ἔσται αὐτοῦ ἡ διέξοδος εἰς Καριαθβααλ αὕτη ἐστὶν Καριαθιαριν πόλις υἱῶν Ιουδα τοῦτό ἐστιν τὸ μέρος τὸ πρὸς θάλασσαν
And it turns the border and it turns to [the] side of [the] west south-ward from the mountain which [is] on [the] face of Beth Horon [the] south towards (and they are *Q(K)*) extremities its to Kiriath Baal that [is] Kiriath Jearim [the] city of [the] descendants of Judah this [is the] side of [the] west.
15 καὶ μέρος τὸ πρὸς λίβα ἀπὸ μέρους Καριαθβααλ καὶ διελεύσεται ὅρια εἰς Γασιν ἐπὶ πηγὴν ὕδατος Ναφθω
And [the] side of [the] south [is] from [the] end of Kiriath Jearim and it goes out the border west-ward and it goes out to [the] spring of [the] waters of Nephtoah.
16 καὶ καταβήσεται τὰ ὅρια ἐπὶ μέρους τοῦ ὄρους ὅ ἐστιν κατὰ πρόσωπον νάπης Ονναμ ὅ ἐστιν ἐκ μέρους Εμεκραφαϊν ἀπὸ βορρᾶ καὶ καταβήσεται Γαιεννα ἐπὶ νώτου Ιεβουσαι ἀπὸ λιβὸς καὶ καταβήσεται ἐπὶ πηγὴν Ρωγηλ
And it goes down the border to [the] end of the mountain which [is] on [the] face [the] valley of Ben Hinnom which [is] in [the] valley of [the] Rephaites north-ward and it goes down [the] valley of [Ben] Hinnom to [the] slope of the Jebusite[s] [the] south towards and it goes down En Rogel.
17 καὶ διελεύσεται ἐπὶ πηγὴν Βαιθσαμυς καὶ παρελεύσεται ἐπὶ Γαλιλωθ ἥ ἐστιν ἀπέναντι πρὸς ἀνάβασιν Αιθαμιν καὶ καταβήσεται ἐπὶ λίθον Βαιων υἱῶν Ρουβην
And it turns from [the] north and it goes out En Shemesh and it goes out to Geliloth which [is] opposite [the] ascent of Adummim and it goes down [the] stone of Bohan [the] son of Reuben.
18 καὶ διελεύσεται κατὰ νώτου Βαιθαραβα ἀπὸ βορρᾶ καὶ καταβήσεται
And it passes on to [the] slope opposite to the Arabah north-ward and it goes down the Arabah towards.
19 ἐπὶ τὰ ὅρια ἐπὶ νώτου Βαιθαγλα ἀπὸ βορρᾶ καὶ ἔσται ἡ διέξοδος τῶν ὁρίων ἐπὶ λοφιὰν τῆς θαλάσσης τῶν ἁλῶν ἐπὶ βορρᾶν εἰς μέρος τοῦ Ιορδάνου ἀπὸ λιβός ταῦτα τὰ ὅριά ἐστιν ἀπὸ λιβός
And it passes on the border to [the] slope of Beth Hoglah north-ward (and they are [the] extremities of *Q(K)*) the territory to [the] bay of [the] Sea of Salt north-ward to [the] end of the Jordan [the] south towards this [is the] border of [the] south.
20 καὶ ὁ Ιορδάνης ὁριεῖ ἀπὸ μέρους ἀνατολῶν αὕτη ἡ κληρονομία υἱῶν Βενιαμιν τὰ ὅρια αὐτῆς κύκλῳ κατὰ δήμους
And the Jordan it borders it to [the] side of east-ward this [was] [the] inheritance of [the] descendants of Benjamin to borders its around to clans their.
21 καὶ ἐγενήθησαν αἱ πόλεις τῶν υἱῶν Βενιαμιν κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν Ιεριχω καὶ Βαιθεγλιω καὶ Αμεκασις
And they belonged the cities to [the] tribe of [the] descendants of Benjamin to clans their Jericho and Beth Hoglah and Emek Keziz.
22 καὶ Βαιθαβαρα καὶ Σαρα καὶ Βησανα
And Beth Arabah and Zemaraim and Beth-el.
23 καὶ Αιιν καὶ Φαρα καὶ Εφραθα
And Avvites and Parah and Ophrah.
24 καὶ Καραφα καὶ Κεφιρα καὶ Μονι καὶ Γαβαα πόλεις δέκα δύο καὶ αἱ κῶμαι αὐτῶν
And Kephar (Ammonah *Q(K)*) and Ophni and Geba cities two [plus] ten and villages their.
25 Γαβαων καὶ Ραμα καὶ Βεηρωθα
Gibeon and Ramah and Beeroth.
26 καὶ Μασσημα καὶ Μιρων καὶ Αμωκη
And Mizpah and Kephirah and Mozah.
27 καὶ Φιρα καὶ Καφαν καὶ Νακαν καὶ Σεληκαν καὶ Θαρεηλα
And Rekem and Irpeel and Taralah.
28 καὶ Ιεβους αὕτη ἐστὶν Ιερουσαλημ καὶ πόλεις καὶ Γαβαωθιαριμ πόλεις τρεῖς καὶ δέκα καὶ αἱ κῶμαι αὐτῶν αὕτη ἡ κληρονομία υἱῶν Βενιαμιν κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν
And Zelah Haeleph and the Jebusite that [is] Jerusalem Gibeah Kiriath cities four-teen and villages their this [was] [the] inheritance of [the] descendants of Benjamin to clans their.
