1 εἰς διαιρέσεις τῶν πυλῶν υἱοῖς Κορεϊμ Μοσολλαμια υἱὸς Κωρη ἐκ τῶν υἱῶν Αβιασαφ
Concerning the diuisions of the porters, of the Korhites, Meshelemiah the sonne of Kore of the sonnes of Asaph.
2 καὶ τῷ Μοσολλαμια υἱοί Ζαχαριας ὁ πρωτότοκος Ιδιηλ ὁ δεύτερος Ζαβαδιας ὁ τρίτος Ιεθνουηλ ὁ τέταρτος
And the sonnes of Meshelemiah, Zechariah the eldest, Iediael the seconde, Zebadiah the third, Iathniel the fourth,
3 Ωλαμ ὁ πέμπτος Ιωαναν ὁ ἕκτος Ελιωηναι ὁ ἕβδομος
Elam the fift, Ichohanan the sixt, and Eliehoenai the seuenth.
4 καὶ τῷ Αβδεδομ υἱοί Σαμαιας ὁ πρωτότοκος Ιωζαβαδ ὁ δεύτερος Ιωαα ὁ τρίτος Σωχαρ ὁ τέταρτος Ναθαναηλ ὁ πέμπτος
And the sonnes of Obed Edom, Shemaiah the eldest, Iehozabad the second, Ioah the third, and Sacar the fourth, and Nethaneel the fift,
5 Αμιηλ ὁ ἕκτος Ισσαχαρ ὁ ἕβδομος Φολλαθι ὁ ὄγδοος ὅτι εὐλόγησεν αὐτὸν ὁ θεός
Ammiel the sixt, Issachar the seuenth, Peulthai the eight: for God had blessed him.
6 καὶ τῷ Σαμαια υἱῷ αὐτοῦ ἐτέχθησαν υἱοὶ τοῦ πρωτοτόκου Ρωσαι εἰς τὸν οἶκον τὸν πατρικὸν αὐτοῦ ὅτι δυνατοὶ ἦσαν
And to Shemaiah his sonne, were sonnes borne, that ruled in the house of their father, for they were men of might.
7 υἱοὶ Σαμαια Γοθνι καὶ Ραφαηλ καὶ Ωβηδ καὶ Ελζαβαδ καὶ Αχιου υἱοὶ δυνατοί Ελιου καὶ Σαβχια καὶ Ισβακωμ
The sonnes of Shemaiah were Othni, and Rephael, and Obed, Elzabad and his brethren, strong men: Elihu also, and Semachiah.
8 πάντες ἀπὸ τῶν υἱῶν Αβδεδομ αὐτοὶ καὶ οἱ ἀδελφοὶ αὐτῶν καὶ υἱοὶ αὐτῶν ποιοῦντες δυνατῶς ἐν τῇ ἐργασίᾳ οἱ πάντες ἑξήκοντα δύο τῷ Αβδεδομ
All these were of the sonnes of Obed Edom, they and their sonnes and their brethren mightie and strong to serue, euen three score and two of Obed Edom.
9 καὶ τῷ Μοσολλαμια υἱοὶ καὶ ἀδελφοὶ δέκα καὶ ὀκτὼ δυνατοί
And of Meshelemiah sonnes and brethren, eighteene mightie men.
10 καὶ τῷ Ωσα τῶν υἱῶν Μεραρι υἱοὶ φυλάσσοντες τὴν ἀρχήν ὅτι οὐκ ἦν πρωτότοκος καὶ ἐποίησεν αὐτὸν ὁ πατὴρ αὐτοῦ ἄρχοντα
And of Hosah of the sonnes of Merari, the sonnes were Shuri the chiefe, and (though he was not the eldest, yet his father made him the chiefe)
11 τῆς διαιρέσεως τῆς δευτέρας Ταβλαι ὁ τρίτος Ζαχαριας ὁ τέταρτος πάντες οὗτοι υἱοὶ καὶ ἀδελφοὶ τῷ Ωσα τρισκαίδεκα
Helkiah the second, Tebaliah the third, and Zechariah the fourth: all the sonnes and the brethren of Hosa were thirteene.
12 τούτοις αἱ διαιρέσεις τῶν πυλῶν τοῖς ἄρχουσι τῶν δυνατῶν ἐφημερίαι καθὼς οἱ ἀδελφοὶ αὐτῶν λειτουργεῖν ἐν οἴκῳ κυρίου
Of these were the diuisions of the porters of the chiefe men, hauing the charge against their brethren, to serue in the house of the Lord.
13 καὶ ἔβαλον κλήρους κατὰ τὸν μικρὸν καὶ κατὰ τὸν μέγαν κατ’ οἴκους πατριῶν αὐτῶν εἰς πυλῶνα καὶ πυλῶνα
And they cast lottes both small and great for the house of their fathers, for euery gate.
14 καὶ ἔπεσεν ὁ κλῆρος τῶν πρὸς ἀνατολὰς τῷ Σαλαμια καὶ Ζαχαρια υἱοὶ Ιωας τῷ Μελχια ἔβαλον κλήρους καὶ ἐξῆλθεν ὁ κλῆρος βορρᾶ
And the lot on the East side fel to Shelemiah: then they cast lottes for Zechariah his sonne a wise couseller, and his lot came out Northward:
15 τῷ Αβδεδομ νότον κατέναντι οἴκου εσεφιν
To Obed Edom Southwarde, and to his sonnes the house of Asuppim:
16 εἰς δεύτερον τῷ Ωσα πρὸς δυσμαῖς μετὰ τὴν πύλην παστοφορίου τῆς ἀναβάσεως φυλακὴ κατέναντι φυλακῆς
To Shuppim and to Hosah Westwarde with the gate of Shallecheth by the paued streete that goeth vpward, warde ouer against warde.
17 πρὸς ἀνατολὰς ἓξ τὴν ἡμέραν βορρᾶ τῆς ἡμέρας τέσσαρες νότον τῆς ἡμέρας τέσσαρες καὶ εἰς τὸ εσεφιν δύο
Eastward were sixe Leuites, and Northwarde foure a day, and Southward foure a day, and toward Asuppim two and two.
18 εἰς διαδεχομένους καὶ πρὸς δυσμαῖς τέσσαρες καὶ εἰς τὸν τρίβον δύο διαδεχομένους
In Parbar towarde the West were foure by the paued streete, and two in Parbar.
19 αὗται αἱ διαιρέσεις τῶν πυλωρῶν τοῖς υἱοῖς Κορε καὶ τοῖς υἱοῖς Μεραρι
These are the diuisions of the porters of the sonnes of Kore, and of the sonnes of Merari.
20 καὶ οἱ Λευῖται ἀδελφοὶ αὐτῶν ἐπὶ τῶν θησαυρῶν οἴκου κυρίου καὶ ἐπὶ τῶν θησαυρῶν τῶν καθηγιασμένων
And of the Leuites. Ahiiah was ouer the treasures of the house of God, and ouer the treasures of the dedicate things.
21 υἱοὶ Λαδαν υἱοὶ τῷ Γηρσωνι τῷ Λαδαν ἄρχοντες πατριῶν τῷ Λαδαν τῷ Γηρσωνι Ιιηλ
Of the sonnes of Laadan the sonnes of the Gershunnites descending of Laadan, the chiefe fathers of Laadan were Gershunni and Iehieli.
22 καὶ υἱοὶ Ιιηλ Ζεθομ καὶ Ιωηλ οἱ ἀδελφοὶ ἐπὶ τῶν θησαυρῶν οἴκου κυρίου
The sonnes of Iehieli were Zethan and Ioel his brother, appoynted ouer the treasures of the house of the Lord.
23 τῷ Αμβραμ καὶ Ισσααρ Χεβρων καὶ Οζιηλ
Of the Amramites, of the Izharites, of the Hebronites and of the Ozielites.
24 καὶ Σουβαηλ ὁ τοῦ Γηρσαμ τοῦ Μωυσῆ ἡγούμενος ἐπὶ τῶν θησαυρῶν
And Shebuel the sonne of Gershom, the sonne of Moses, a ruler ouer the treasures.
25 καὶ τῷ ἀδελφῷ αὐτοῦ τῷ Ελιεζερ Ρααβιας υἱὸς καὶ Ιωσαιας καὶ Ιωραμ καὶ Ζεχρι καὶ Σαλωμωθ
And of his brethren which came of Eliezer, was Rehabiah his sonne, and Ieshaiah his sonne, and Ioram his sonne, and Zichri his sonne, and Shelomith his sonne.
26 αὐτὸς Σαλωμωθ καὶ οἱ ἀδελφοὶ αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ πάντων τῶν θησαυρῶν τῶν ἁγίων οὓς ἡγίασεν Δαυιδ ὁ βασιλεὺς καὶ οἱ ἄρχοντες τῶν πατριῶν χιλίαρχοι καὶ ἑκατόνταρχοι καὶ ἀρχηγοὶ τῆς δυνάμεως
Which Shelomith and his brethren were ouer al the treasures of the dedicate things, which Dauid the King, and the chiefe fathers, the captaines ouer thousands, and hundreths, and the captaines of the armie had dedicated.
27 ἃ ἔλαβεν ἐκ τῶν πολέμων καὶ ἐκ τῶν λαφύρων καὶ ἡγίασεν ἀπ’ αὐτῶν τοῦ μὴ καθυστερῆσαι τὴν οἰκοδομὴν τοῦ οἴκου τοῦ θεοῦ
(For of the battels and of the spoyles they did dedicate to maintaine the house of the Lord)
28 καὶ ἐπὶ πάντων τῶν ἁγίων Σαμουηλ τοῦ προφήτου καὶ Σαουλ τοῦ Κις καὶ Αβεννηρ τοῦ Νηρ καὶ Ιωαβ τοῦ Σαρουια πᾶν ὃ ἡγίασαν διὰ χειρὸς Σαλωμωθ καὶ τῶν ἀδελφῶν αὐτοῦ
And al that Samuel the Seer had dedicate and Saul the sonne of Kish and Abner the sonne of Ner, and Ioab the sonne of Zeruiah, and whosoeuer had dedicate any thing, it was vnder the hand of Shelomith, and his brethren.
29 τῷ Ισσαρι Χωνενια καὶ υἱοὶ αὐτοῦ τῆς ἐργασίας τῆς ἔξω ἐπὶ τὸν Ισραηλ τοῦ γραμματεύειν καὶ διακρίνειν
Of the Izharites was Chenaniah and his sonnes, for the busines without ouer Israel, for officers and for Iudges.
30 τῷ Χεβρωνι Ασαβιας καὶ οἱ ἀδελφοὶ αὐτοῦ υἱοὶ δυνατοί χίλιοι καὶ ἑπτακόσιοι ἐπὶ τῆς ἐπισκέψεως τοῦ Ισραηλ πέραν τοῦ Ιορδάνου πρὸς δυσμαῖς εἰς πᾶσαν λειτουργίαν κυρίου καὶ ἐργασίαν τοῦ βασιλέως
Of the Hebronites, Ashabiah and his brethren, men of actiuitie, a thousande, and seuen hundreth were officers for Israel beyonde Iorden Westward, in all the busines of the Lord, and for the seruice of the King.
31 τοῦ Χεβρωνι Ιουδιας ὁ ἄρχων τῶν Χεβρωνι κατὰ γενέσεις αὐτῶν κατὰ πατριάς ἐν τῷ τεσσαρακοστῷ ἔτει τῆς βασιλείας αὐτοῦ ἐπεσκέπησαν καὶ εὑρέθη ἀνὴρ δυνατὸς ἐν αὐτοῖς ἐν Ιαζηρ τῆς Γαλααδίτιδος
Among the Hebronites was Iediiah the chiefest, euen the Hebronites by his generations according to the families. And in the fourtieth yere of the reigne of Dauid they were sought for: and there were founde among them men of actiuitie at Iazer in Gilead.
32 καὶ οἱ ἀδελφοὶ αὐτοῦ υἱοὶ δυνατοί δισχίλιοι ἑπτακόσιοι ἄρχοντες πατριῶν καὶ κατέστησεν αὐτοὺς Δαυιδ ὁ βασιλεὺς ἐπὶ τοῦ Ρουβηνι καὶ Γαδδι καὶ ἡμίσους φυλῆς Μανασση εἰς πᾶν πρόσταγμα κυρίου καὶ λόγον βασιλέως
And his brethren men of actiuitie, two thousand and seuen hundreth chiefe fathers, whom King Dauid made rulers ouer the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the halfe tribe of Manasseh, for euery matter perteining to God, and for the Kings busines.
