< Eblenba 2 >

1 Lan ya po n cedi ke li buali ke t ŋanbi gaa ya tundili ke t gbadi k daa tudi sanu.
Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let [them] slip.
2 ki dugini maleki -nba n bo muadi t yaaja -nba yaa laabaal yua ya tie yaali ke bi niba dugi li po, ke li go bo tie ke nil kuli kpiagidi kaa cɔlni li laabaal ke li cua yeni u tubidadu o po wan kpiagi maam
For if the word spoken by angels was steadfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompense of reward;
3 Li ji ba tieni ledi ke likan cua yeni tin'ba po. Li ya sua ke t ñɔli kaa yiini li fiema maama yaali mɔni paaa? ki dugni o yonmdaano mɔno bo kpia maadi li fiema maam, ke yaabi bo gbadi maad'ti ke li maam tie mɔni.
How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed to us by them that heard [him];
God also bearing [them] testimony, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to his own will?
5 Yeni i mɔni tin maadi ŋanduna yua po ne, u Tienu k cabi ke maleki -nba kaa ke ban ya die
For to the angels he hath not put in subjection the world to come, concerning which we speak.
6 Li diani u Tienu tili nni ke «U tienu o nisaalo tie be i? ke a baa tiani o po i? o nulo tie be i ke a baa nua o nunga nni?
But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that thou art mindful of him? or the son of man, that thou visitest him?
7 A bo yuani u yogu waamu ke maleki -nba cie'o ki yuandi ten'o t yudandi yeni li seli.
Thou madest him a little lower than the angels; thou crownedst him with glory and honor, and didst set him over the works of thy hands:
8 ki cedi ke opia u nuu bonli kuli po. Utienu n bo cab'o ke o pia u nuu bonli kuli po yeni. Bonli ki sieni ke waa pia u nuu li po. Ama tinba wani daa nua ke o pia u nuu bonli kuli po
Thou hast put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing [that is] not made subject to him. But now we see not yet all things subjected to him.
But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honor; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.
10 Yeni i mɔnmɔni u Tienu n tagi bonli kuli. Bonli kuli tie o yaal i, o bo bua ke o bila boncianli n gaa o yudandi. Lan po n cedi ke l bo dagidi yeni wan cedi Yesu n yaa tie yua dagidi yeni wan sɔni o tuonli.
For it became him, for whom [are] all things, and by whom [are] all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to make the Captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.
For both he that sanctifieth, and they who are sanctified, [are] all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren,
12 ke gɔ maadi: «N baa waani n ninjanba ŋan tie yua a tantaanli siiga nni min yi dondi ŋa.»
Saying, I will declare thy name to my brethren, in the midst of the church will I sing praise to thee.
13 Ke Yesu gɔ maadi ke: «n baa dugi n Tienu po i”k gɔ maadi mini yeni ya bila ke u Tienu kubi yeni»
And again, I will put my trust in him. And again, Behold, I, and the children which God hath given me.
14 Lani ya bila n tie niba ki fuo ki pia t gbannandi yeni mi sɔma. Yesu mɔ tie nufuoga i i bani yeni?
Since then the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
15 Ke yaaba b yenma nni kuli b bo jie m kuum ki tie yonmi yeni wan ñani'ba lieni.
And deliver them, who, through fear of death, were all their life-time subject to bondage.
16 Yeni i mɔnmɔni Yesu k cua ke wan todi maleki -nba kaa. Obo cua ke wan todi Abrahami yaabila i.
For verily he took not on [him the nature of] angels; but he took on [him] the seed of Abraham.
Wherefore in all things it behooved him to be made like [his] brethren; that he might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things [pertaining] to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.
18 Li biginli n bo bàà'o ke o la fala boncianla yeni po n cedi ke yaabi ke a bigina ba bàà'bi ke o ba fidi ki todi 'bi.
For in that he himself hath suffered, being tempted, he is able to succor them that are tempted.
