1 U tienu balimaama den pia yaa bonŋanla n baa ti cua yaa yinyinga laa tie laa bonŋanla n tie maama cain. Yaaba n nangidi U Tienu kan fidi ke ya tie niŋanma li yaa tie ke bi tiendi a pada yognu kulinani o padiciandaani.
For the law having the shadow of good things to come, not the real image of the things, annually with the same sacrifices which they offer continually, is by no means able to make perfect those coming to it:
2 Li yaa bo tie yeni, ti bo kan fidi ki yaa tiendi laa pada yeni bi bo wuli mi ṅinŋama yenma baba i. Yaaba n bo ñuadi bo kan fidi ki yaa tiani ti biidi po.
since in that case would they not have ceased being offered, because the worshipers having once been purified would have had no more conscience of sins?
3 Ama yeni lani yaa paditiadi ti biidi binli.
But in the same sacrifices there is a remembrance of sins annually;
4 Ama i ne yeni i ṅuabi sɔma kan fidi ki piini biidi.
for it is impossible that the blood of bulls and goats should take away sins.
5 Mi fuoŋanma n den mali li ŋandunli nni, odenyedi: «ŋan da bua pada yeni sala. ŋan ŋanmbi a gbanandi n po».
Therefore, coming into the world, he says; Sacrifice an offering thou willest not, but thou hast perfected for me a body:
6 ŋaa taa bonbiili yeni apada ki tieni a pamanli.
whole burnt offerings and offerings for sins thou wast not pleased with:
7 Li yapo o bo yedi «diidi mani landiani nandi n po ki bua tieni ŋan bua maama.»
then I said, Lo, I come in the volume of the Book it has been written of me to do thy will, O God.
8 O bo cindi ki yedi; «ŋan bo gaa pada yeni sala yenibonbiidi ti biidi po, ŋaa bia bo taa ke li tua a pamanla» Li bo tie yaa pada ke bo tieni yenibimala.
Saying above, that Sacrifices and offerings and whole burnt offerings and offerings for sin thou didst not will, neither wast well pleased with; whatsoever are offered according to law;
9 O bo gua yedi; «A laa, n cua ke min tieni a ŋan bua yaala» O bo buoni cincin mala ke bua mi yanduama n tieni yaa mala n tuani po.
then he has said, Lo, I come to do thy will. He takes away the first, that he may establish the second;
10 «Lanya buama po i ke fuoŋanma bi fie ti yenma ki ti ji ye yenmani nni.
by which will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
11 Tianli po, bi padidanbi fii ki sedi ki dɔnli yeni U Tienu daali kul. Bi tiendi daali kuli a pada ama baa fidi ki ṅani biidi.
And every high priest indeed stands daily ministering, and frequently offering the same sacrifices, which are never able to take away sins:
12 Tianli po kristi tieni bogidi yenla i hali yenidulṅa gbenma ki pieni ti biidi. O kaa U Tienu nujendu i.
and he, having offered up one sacrifice for sins, forever sat down on the right hand of God;
13 ki guu ke o yibala n kpe.
finally waiting until his enemies may be made the foot-stool of his feet.
14 kelima bogidi yenli po ŋanbi bi niba yen dulṅa gbenma.
For by one offering he has forever perfected the sanctified.
15 O cincinli o yedi; «diidi yaa dɔnligu ke n baa tieni yenma.
And the Holy Ghost truly does witness to us: for afterward he said,
16 N baa kuanma n yaa mala bi pala nni ki bia diani la bi malima nni.
This is the covenant that I will make unto them after these days, says the Lord; having given my laws on their hearts, and I will also write them in their mind;
17 N ji kan yaa tiani bi biidi po yeni bi jije i.
and I will remember their sins and iniquities no more.
18 Mɔla naani n tuo sugli abonapo, paadli ba kuli ki ye ti buudi po.
But where there is removal of these, there is no more offering for sin.
19 Lanya po n kpiilo, naaninpia ti dugdi kua yenioyudaano sɔma.
Then, brethren, having boldness unto the entering in of the holies through the blood of Jesus,
20 Diidi wan luodi yaa sɔnu ti po yeni o gbanandi.
by which he has opened unto us a new and living way, through the veil, that is, of his flesh,
21 O padiciamo n ye U Tienu kani yeni tin nangini yeni ti dugdi ki ŋani ti pala nni malima biidi kuli.
and having a great high priest over the house of God;
let us draw nigh with a true heart in a full assurance of faith, having been sprinkled as to our hearts from an evil conscience,
23 Tin kubi mɔ ti biidi tuoma kelima U Tienu ye yeni ti.
and washed as to our body with purifying water: let us hold fast the testimony of hope steadfast; for the one having promised is faithful;
24 Tin tugi nani bonŋanla ti kuli yaa po.
and let us recognize one another in the provocation of divine love and good works:
25 Tin daa ŋaa dɔnligu ti siiga nani tiama n tieni maama. Tin yaa paagidi ti lieba pala.
not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together as is the custom to some; but exhorting: and this the more, as you see the days drawing nigh.
26 Lanya kaa ti yaa tiendi ti biidi tin bua maama, ti nan kan bandi mɔmoni, pada yaala n piini ti biidi naa ye.
For we sinning willingly after we have received the perfect knowledge of the truth, there is left no more sacrifice for sins,
27 Li puoli ti buudi ye ki guu ti ke o muu baa di U Tienu yibala kuli.
but a certain fearful anticipation of judgment and violence of fire, about to devour the adversaries.
28 Yua n yie Moyize mala kuli baa kpe ke niba lie bii bitaa nua o.
The one having rejected the law of Moses dies without mercy before two or three witnesses:
29 Be ya fala n ji guu yua tabi U Tienu biga yua ke yaa dɔnligu tieni yeni mi sɔma ki tie dɔnliguŋanla. Yaa sɔma n den ŋaa Kristi yaa yaala.
of how much more terrible punishment, do you think, the one having trodden under foot the Son of God, and counted the blood of the covenant, by which he was sanctified, common, and insulted the Spirit of grace; be counted worthy!
30 Kelima ti tiani yua maadi«min i o jamualo» U Tienu baa bu liŋandunli.»
For we know him who said, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay; and again, The Lord will judge his people.
31 li tie bonŋanli yua n baa U Tienu nunga.
It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
32 Ama yin ya tiani a dankpela po yaa daali ke i den ŋani mi yenyenma nni, nani yen den cagini maama.
But remember the former days, in which, you being illuminated by the Spirit, endured a great fight of afflictions;
33 I den bili ti sugidi yeniti fiagidi.
both indeed in reproaches and tribulations being exposed as a theater, and having become the companions of those being thus exercised.
34 kelima i pala den siadi yaaba nden ye limabili nni ki bia den tuo yeni pamanli mi piama gaama. I denbanike ipia ya piama kangbeni.
For you suffered along with the prisoners, and received with joy the spoliation of your goods, knowing that you have a better and abiding possession.
35 Lanya po daa ŋamani ipala n wadi.
Therefore cast not away your confidence, which has great reward.
36 kelima i pia mi junma U Tienu n bogidi yaala po.
For you have need of patience, in order that, having done the will of God, you will inherit the promise.
37 O yognu ya pugni wanma, yua nbaa cua baa cua.
For yet a little while, the one coming will come, and will not tarry.
38 Yua mɔni baa yaa ye ama o ya siedi n kan ya tiani o po.
My righteous man shall live by faith: and if he may draw back, my soul has no pleasure in him.
39 Ama ti ki tie yaaba nsiedi. Ti tieyaaba daani ki gu bi nanliga.
But we are not of the drawing back unto perdition; but of faith unto the salvation of the soul.
