< 1 Timote 4 >

But the Spirit distinctly saith, that in the last times some will remove from the faith, and will go after deceiving spirits, and after doctrines of demons.
2 Li ba tua yeni kelima bi yantiali ŋɔdi mi tuofaama yeni mi muyima.
These, with a false appearance, will deceive, speaking a lie, and seared in their conscience,
and prohibiting to marry, and abstaining from meats, which Aloha created to be used with thanksgiving by them who believe and know the truth;
4 Kelima U Tienu ń tagi yaali kuli ŋani, ke tin ba taa yaali ki tieni U Tienu balga kuli ki pia luma.
because every creature of Aloha is good, and nothing to be abominated, if with thanksgiving it be received;
5 Kelima U Tienu maama yeni mi yenŋɔdma ŋanbi likuli.
for it is sanctified by the word of Aloha, and by prayer.
6 A ya waani lanya bona a kpiiba, a ba tua Jesu Kiristi tuonsɔnmɔno yua ke o dini o ti dudugdi lanbona yeni ya tundigama ke a ga.
These if thou shalt teach thy brethren, a good minister wilt thou be of Jeshu Meshiha, while thou wilt be enlarged with words of faith and of the good doctrine which thou hast learned.
But from the foolish stories of old women abstain; and exercise thy soul in righteousness.
8 Kelima, u gbannansaagu tuona ń pugdi yaali ki pia fuoma, ama mi yenŋɔdma sanu mɔni bonciala li kouli po, li cɔlini mɔlane yema yeni ya yema n ba yuandi ki cua nɔnianu.
For the exercise of the body a little time profiteth; but righteousness in every thing profiteth, and hath the promise of the life of this time, and of the future.
9 Ya maama ne ki pia tama ki nan selindi yua n ga ma.
FAITHFUL is the saying and worthy is it of reception:
10 Kelima lanyapo i, ke ti tie ania, ki tuuni boncianla. kelima ti dugi U Tienu yua n fo, ki go tie bi niba kuli candaano, yaaba n duu o po yaali n cie.
for on this account we labour and are reproached, because we hope in Aloha the Living, who is the Saviour of all men, and especially of the believers.
11 Kadi ki maadi li bona ki go tundi a.
These teach and command.
And let no man despise thy youth; but be an example to the believers in word, and in conduct, and in charity, and in faith, and in purity.
Till I come be diligent in reading, and in prayer, and in teaching.
14 Da yuandi ya yenpaabu n ye a niinni, ban den pua sawali ke yaaba n ŋua U Tienu nikpelba maani a po bi nui, ke a baa yaabu.
Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee with prophecy, and the hand-laying of the presbytery.
15 ŋan ya fiini li bona nni bonŋanla, ŋan taa a yuli kuli ki cabi li bona, yukuli ń bandi ke a tuona cuoni bonŋanla, ki caa liiga.
In these meditate, and in them be, that it may be known to every man that thou goest onward.
16 ŋan guudi a yuli, ki diidi a tundma nni bonŋanla, ŋan ya tie ania li bona nni, kelima a ya tie yeni, a ba fie a yuli ki go fie yaaba n cengi a bangima.
And take heed to thyself, and to thy doctrine, and persevere in them; for while these thou doest, thyself wilt thou save, and them who hear thee.
