1 Ama fini wani han teni yaa bangima n tiegi.
But do you, on your part, speak what becomes sound teaching;
2 Han yedi ke ajakpela n yaa tie yansoangidanba, leni moamoandanba, ki yaa se ke li hani, ki pia mi dingima leni mi gagidiŋanma li dandanli nni, leni mi buama nni, leni li juunli nni.
that the older men be self-controlled, serious and sober-minded, sound in faith, in love, in patience;
3 han go waani apociana moko ke ban yaa pia yaa tagi n naani leni mi gagidi hanma. ban da maadi mi ma biadima ki da pa bi yula mi daama po ke ban yaa tendi yaa tundi n hani,
that older women likewise be reverent in demeanor, not slanderers or slaves to much wine, but teachers of what is right.
4 ke ban fidi ki bangi bi pomadiba ban yaa bua bi ciaba leni bi bila,
They should train the younger women to love their husbands and children,
5 ban tua yaaba n se ke li pa ki kubi bi diedi ke li hani, ki go pia li yumiinli bi ciaba kani, ke bi niba n da sugidi utienu maama.
to be sober-minded, chaste, workers at home, kind and submissive to their husbands, in order that God’s message be not maligned.
6 han go tundi bi jawaaba ke ban yaa pia mi dingima,
The younger men exhort to be sober-minded; in every respect showing yourself an example of good works.
7 fini mo n tua li bontogidikaala, a tuonhanma nni, ki yaa tendi yaa bangima nhani ki go tiegi,
In your teaching be serious and sincere.
8 leni yaa maama n hani, ban kan fidi ki kuli yaama leni li ba, ke yibali n fiagi ki da ba wan ba maadi ti po ya mabiadima.
Let the instruction that you give be sound and above reproach, so that our opponents may be ashamed because they find no evil things to say about us.
9 tundi bi tuonsoanba ban yaa miindi bi yula bi canbaanba kani, ki mangi bi pala libonla kuli nni, ki da yie ban yedi yaala,
Exhort slaves to be obedient to their own masters, and to be well- pleasing to them in every respect;
10 ki da su liba, ama ki yaa wangi yogunu kuli yaa teginma ngagidi, ke ban teni bi niba nyaa jigindi utienu ti candaano bangima li bonla kuli nni.
not to contradict nor pilfer, but to exhibit praiseworthy trustworthiness in every thing, that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things.
11 kelima utienu hanbili yaa n tie mi faabima hiali bi niba kuli po, den doagidi.
"For God’s grace has shined forth bringing salvation to all men
12 ki bangi ke tin yie yaala nkaa tiegi leni li handunli bon bua kabiadila, yaa yogunu ntiena nni leni mi yanfuoma, mi teginma leni utienu fangili, (aiōn g165)
And schooling us to renounce impiety and evil passions, And to live soberly, righteously, and godly in this present age; (aiōn g165)
13 ki yaa pia yaa suginma npia li pamanli, utienu leni jesu kilisiti ti candaano doagidima po.
While we look for the blessed hope and epiphany of the glory of our great God and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
14 Wani yua n den puni oyuli ki daa ki faabi ti leni ti tuonbiadi po ke tin tua wan die yaaba, o gagidi ti ke tin yaa tuuni atuonŋanma kuli.
He gave himself for us to redeem us from all iniquity, and to purify unto himself a people zealous of good works."
15 waani laa bonla ki fu leni ba ke oba kuli n da fali ŋa.
Thus speak, exhort, reprove with all authority. Let no one despise you.
