< Loma 7 >
1 Laa boani yi n kpiiba, n maadi leni ya niba n bani li balimaama fuuli. Li balimaama die o nilo ŋali wan ye ya yogunu kuli.
Or are you ignorant, brothers — to those knowing for law I speak — that the law rules over the man for as long as [the] time he is alive?
2 Li tie nani li balimaama n loli o pua leni o calo ŋali on calo miali banlu kuli maama.
The for married woman to the living husband has been bound by law; if however shall die the husband, she has been cleared from the law of the husband.
Then therefore while is living the husband an adulteress she will be called if she shall become [married] to man another; if however shall die the husband, free she is from the law which not to be her an adulteress having become [married] to man another.
4 N kpiiba, li tie yenma yi moko yaa po. Kelima Kilisiti kuuma o gbannandi nni ya po, yi kpe yaala n tie li balimaama po. Moala nitoa n ji die yi, lani n tie Kilisiti u TIENU n den fiini yua bi tinkpiba siiga, ke tin ya tiendi yaala n pia mayuli u TIENU po.
Likewise, brothers of mine, also you yourselves were put to death to the law through the body of Christ for to belong you to another, to the [One] out from [the] dead having been raised, so that we may bear fruit to God.
5 Li nisaali yantiali n den die ti ya yogunu, li balimaama den fiini li bonbuakabiala ti gbannanbuoli kuli nni, ki teni ke ti luoni ya bonluonkaala n tie mi kuuma po.
While for we were in the flesh, the passions of sins that [were] through the law were at work in the members of us to the bringing forth of fruit to death;
6 Ama moala, ti faabi leni li balimaama kelima ti kpoe ki paadi leni yaala n den kpa luo ti nani a sugida yeni. Lani yaa po u TIENU fuoma gobidi ti ke tin ya tuuni u TIENU po leni yantiapanli ke laa go taa leni tin den moandi ki baa ŋoadi yaala n diani li balimaama nni maama.
Now however we have been released from the law having died to that which we were bound, in order for to serve us in newness of [the] Spirit and not in oldness of [the] letter.
7 Lanwani ti ba yedi lede? li balimaama tie tuonbiadi bii? yeni ka, n kan den bandi ti tuonbiadi ntie yaal kali li balimaama n den waani nni. n kan den faami ke li nunponbiadili tie tagili li yaa tie ke li balimaama den yedi: ŋan da pia li nunponbiadili.
What then will we say? [Is] the law sin? Never would it be! But sin not I have known only except through law; then for covetousness not I had known, only except the law was saying; Not you will covet;
8 ti tuonbiadi den ba u sanu kelima li balimaama po ki fiini li nunponli buoli kuli n pali nni, kelima li balimaam ya ki ye, ti tuonbiadi kpe.
An occasion however having taken sin through the commandment it produced in me myself all covetousness; apart from for [the] Law sin [is] dead;
9 Mini ya po, min ke den pia li balimaama ya yogunu n den ye ki fo ama li balimaama n den cua ti tuonbiadi den faadi, ke n mo kpe.
I myself however was alive apart from law once; when was coming however the commandment the sin revived, I myself then died,
10 yeni li balimaama yaama n den baa cuani nli miali n den cuani n po mi kuuma.
And proved to be me the commandment that [was] to life this to death;
The for sin an occasion having taken through the commandment deceived me and through it put [me] to death;
So indeed the law [is] holy and the commandment [is] holy and righteous and good.
13 Naani yaali n pia mayuli yeni n teni ke kpe bii? kalam. ti tuonbiadi den tieni la, ki ta li balimaama yaami n pia mayuli ki kpa nni. lanwani kelima li balimaama ya po li doagidi ti tuonbiadi n bia ke li pendi maama.
That which then [is] good to me myself (became *N(k)O*) death? Never would it be! But sin, in order that it may be shown as sin, through that which [is] good to me is working out death, so that may become beyond excess sinful sin through the commandment.
14 ti bani ke li balimaama ǹani u TIENU kani.
We know for that the Law spiritual is, I myself however (fleshly *N(k)O*) am sold under sin.
15 Mii bani kuli min tiendi yaala, kelima mii tiendi min bua ki ya tiendi yaala, ama n tiendi min nani yaala.
What for I do not I understand; not for what I want this I do, but what I hate this I do.
16 N yaa tiendi min ki bua ki yaa tiendi yaala yeni n tuo ke li balimaama ŋani.
If now that which not I do want this I do, I consent to the law that [it is] good;
17 Lanwani laa go tie mini n ba ka tiendi yeni, Ama li tie ti tuonbiadi yaadi n ye n ni nni n tiendi la.
In that case now no longer no longer I myself am doing it but that which (is dwelling *NK(o)*) in me myself sin.
18 n bani ke yaala n ŋani ki ye n nii nni ba waamu, lani n tie min tie nisaalo maama po.
I know for that nothing dwells in me myself, That is in the flesh of mine, good; for to wish [to do] is present with me, but to do the good not (find. *K*)
Not for that I desire I do good, but that not I do want evil this I practice.
20 N yaa tiendi min ki bua ki tieni yaala, laa go tie mini ka tiendi la, li tie ti tuobiadi yaadi n ye n nii nni n tiendi la.
If now what not I do want (I myself *NK*) this do, no longer no longer I myself who do it but that which is dwelling in me myself sin.
21 N la ke ya bali n tie na miabi nni, n ya bua ki tieni yaali n ŋani. Ti tuonbiadi tabini nni.
I find so the principle that which is desiring me myself to do good that me myself evil is present with.
22 N pali tugu nni u TIENU balimaama mani n po.
I delight for in the law of God according to the inward man,
23 Ama n go laa batoali n gbannanbuoli nni, yaali n moa lenin yantiali ya baliki teni ke n tua ti tuonbiadi bali yaali n tuuni n gbannanbuoli nni ya kadibiga.
I see however another law in the members of mine warring against the law of the mind of mine and making captive me (to *no*) the law of sin which is being in the members of mine.
24 Fala ye leni nni boncianla. ŋmee ba faabi nni leni n gbannandi yaadi n caani nni mi kuuma nni?
O wretched I myself [am] man! Who me will deliver out of the body of death this?
25 n tuondi u TIENU, kelima ti Diedo JESU Kilisiti po. Lanwani mini n baa n yantiali nni, n tuo ki ŋua u TIENU balimaama, ama n gbannandi nni n ŋua ti tuonbiadi ya bali.
(Thanks [be] *N(K)O*) (then *no*) to God through Jesus Christ the Lord of us! Then so myself I myself with the indeed mind serve law of God but [with] the flesh [the] law of sin.
