< Loma 10 >
1 N kpiiba, n pali buama leni n miabu U TIENU kani bi po tie ke ban faabi.
Brothers, my heart's desire and my prayer to God is for them, that they may be saved.
For I testify about them that they have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge.
For being ignorant of God's righteousness, and seeking to establish their own righteousness, they did not subject themselves to the righteousness of God.
4 Kelima Kilisiti n teni ke li balimaama kua, ke yaaba n daani kuli n baa li moamoansaali.
For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.
5 Muusa diani yaa teginma n baadi kelima li balimaama kubima po ki yedi: yaa nilo tiendi man yedi yaala kuli baa ye kelima mi yaa po.
For Moses writes about the righteousness of the law, "The one who does them will live by them."
6 Ama diidi yaa moamoansaali n ñani li dandanli kani n maadi maama: ŋan da yedi a pali nni: ŋmee n ba do tanpoli? lani n tie ki ban teni KILISITI n ña lipo ki jiidi.
But the righteousness which is of faith says this, "Do not say in your heart, 'Who will go up into heaven?' (that is, to bring Christ down);
(Abyssos )
or, 'Who will go down into the deep?' (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead.)" (Abyssos )
8 Lanwani bi yedi lede? U TIENU maama ye ki kuu leni yi boŋanla, ki ye yi ñoana nni, leni yi pala nni. Mani n tie li dandanli ya maama, tin wangi yi yaama.
But what does it say? "The word is near you, in your mouth, and in your heart;" that is, the message of faith that we proclaim;
9 A ya doagidi ki waani KILISITI n tie yua a ñoabu nni, ki daani a pali nni ke U TIENU den fiini o bi tinkpiba siiga, a baa faabi.
because, if you acknowledge with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
10 Kelima li tie li dandanli a pali nni n ba teni ŋan baa li moamoansaali. A ñoabu tuoma bi nisaaliba nintuali mo n baa teni ŋan baa mi tindima.
For with the heart one believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth acknowledgment is made, resulting in salvation.
11 Nani i diani n yedi maama: yua n daani O kan le fe.
For the Scripture says, "Whoever believes in him will not be put to shame."
12 Lanwani mi gagidima ki ye jufi leni gileki siiga, bikuli ta Diediyendo, wani yua n seligidi yaaba n jaandi ki miadi O kuli boncianla.
For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord of all is rich to all who call on him.
13 Kelima yua n jaandi ki mia o Diedo yaa yeli nni kuli o baa faabi.
For, "Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved."
14 Bi baa mia ban ka daani yua lede? Bi baa tuo ki daani ban daa kaa gbadi yua ya maama lede? oba kuli yaa wangi ba?
How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in him whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without someone preaching?
And how will they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news of peace, who bring good news of good things."
But they did not all listen to the Good News. For Isaiah says, "Lord, who has believed our report?"
17 Lanwani li dandanli ña tin gba yaala ya kane, tin gba yaala mo tie KILISITI maama.
So faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.
But I ask, isn't it rather that they did not hear? On the contrary, "Their voice has gone out to all the earth, their words to the farthest parts of the world."
19 Ama n yedi: Isalele buolu yaaba naa den bani yoo? Muusa yua n tie o kpialo yedi: n baa teni yaaba n kaa tie nibuolu n ya ñundi yi li mutuoli.
But I ask, did not Israel know? First Moses says, "I will provoke you to jealousy with that which is not a people. I will make you angry with a foolish nation."
20 ESAYI den pia li papaali ki cie ki yedi: Yaaba n kaa lingi nni, bani n laa nni, n den doagidi n yuli bani yaaba n kaa lingi nni po.
Isaiah is very bold, and says, "I was found by those who did not seek me. I was revealed to those who did not ask for me."
21 Ama Isalele buolu po O yedi: Daali kuli n tiani n nii ki bua ki mangin leni yaaba n tie niyiekaaba leni tupaalu danba.
But as to Israel he says, "All day long I have stretched out my hands to a disobedient and obstinate people."
