Matio 12
1 Laa yogunu Jesu den tagi ki poandi halikami kuanu nni mi fuodima daali. Mi koma den pia o hoadikaaba ki bi jobidi siandi ki mhani.
At that time, Yeshua went on the Sabbath day through the grain fields. His disciples were hungry and began to pluck heads of grain and to eat.
2 Falisieninba n den laa lani, bi den yedi Jesu: Diidi ki la, a hoadikaaba n tieni yaala kua mi fuodima daali.
But the Pharisees, when they saw it, said to him, “Behold, your disciples do what is not lawful to do on the Sabbath.”
3 Jesu den goa ki yedi ba: Naani yi daa cogi Dafidi n den tieni yaala mi koma n den cuo o, wani leni yaaba n den ye leni o kuli yoo?
But he said to them, “Haven’t you read what David did when he was hungry, and those who were with him:
4 O den kua U Tienu diegu nni ki mhani o dupen bilikoa, baa ke li den kua wani leni yaaba n ye leni o kuli n mhani, kelima bi kopadicianba bebe n den pia u sanu ki mhani o.
how he entered into God’s house and ate the show bread, which was not lawful for him to eat, nor for those who were with him, but only for the priests?
5 Bi, naani yii cogi li balimaama nni ke bi kopadicianba tuuni U Tienu diegu nni mi fuodima daali ki miidi li daali yeni kuali, ki naa pia lipo tagili yoo?
Or have you not read in the law that on the Sabbath day the priests in the temple profane the Sabbath and are guiltless?
6 N yedi yi, yua n cie U Tienu diegu boncianla ye ne.
But I tell you that one greater than the temple is here.
7 Yi ya bi bani ya maama n tie na bundima. Mi nihigbadima n mani npo, laa tie a pada ka, yi kan bi jaligi yaa niba n kaa pia tagili na.
But if you had known what this means, ‘I desire mercy, and not sacrifice,’ you wouldn’t have condemned the guiltless.
8 Kelima o Joa Bijua n die mi fuodima daali.
For the Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath.”
9 Jesu den ñani lankani ki gedi ki ban kua li balimaama bangima dieli nni.
He departed from there and went into their synagogue.
10 O joa den ye likani ke o nuu faani. Bi den buali Jesu: Naani li pia u sanu ki paagi o nilo mi fuodima daali? Li den tie ke ban fidi ki tabi o.
And behold, there was a man with a withered hand. They asked him, “Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath day?” so that they might accuse him.
11 O den goa ki yedi ba: Yi niinni hme baa peyendi bebe wan baa ku buogu nni mi fuodima daali, ke o kan mubini o ki ñani o lienni?
He said to them, “What man is there amongst you who has one sheep, and if this one falls into a pit on the Sabbath day, won’t he grab on to it and lift it out?
12 Ama o nisaalo cie o pia boncianla. Lanwani li pia u sanu ki tieni yaala n hani mi fuodima daali.
Of how much more value then is a man than a sheep! Therefore it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath day.”
13 Lani o den yedi o joa yeni: Tandi a nuu. O den tandi u ke u paagi cain nani u lielu yeni.
Then he told the man, “Stretch out your hand.” He stretched it out; and it was restored whole, just like the other.
14 Falisieninba den ñani ki ban juogi ban baa tieni maama ki teni ban kpa Jesu.
But the Pharisees went out and conspired against him, how they might destroy him.
15 Ama Jesu den bandi la ki ñani likani. Bi niba boncianla den hoa o. O den paagi a yiama kuli,
Yeshua, perceiving that, withdrew from there. Great multitudes followed him; and he healed them all,

and commanded them that they should not make him known,

that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through Isaiah the prophet, saying,

“Behold, my servant whom I have chosen, my beloved in whom my soul is well pleased. I will put my Spirit on him. He will proclaim justice to the nations.
19 O kan koani leni oba. O kan tiani baa waamu. Bi kan gbadi o nialu i sani nni. O kan kua ki dudi yaa ñinkankagili n diegi.
He will not strive, nor shout, neither will anyone hear his voice in the streets.
20 O kan gbindi yaa fidisancabigu n hubidi. Hali wan baa teni mi teginma n paadi.
He won’t break a bruised reed. He won’t quench a smoking flax, until he leads justice to victory.
21 I nibuoli kuli baa bili bi suginma o kani.
In his name, the nations will hope.”

Then one possessed by a demon, blind and mute, was brought to him; and he healed him, so that the blind and mute man both spoke and saw.
23 Li den paki ku niligu kuli ke bi yedi: One ki tie Dafidi Bijua kaa?
All the multitudes were amazed, and said, “Can this be the son of David?”
24 Falisieninba n den gbadi la, bi den yedi: O naa joa deli mu cicibiadimu kelima Belisebu yua n tie mu cicibiadimu bado ya paalu po.
But when the Pharisees heard it, they said, “This man does not cast out demons except by Beelzebul, the prince of the demons.”
25 Jesu den bani ban tie yaala yeni, ki den yedi ba: Yaa diema n boagidi ki tuogi leni mi tuli kuli baa bodi. Yaa dogu yaaka yaa diegu yaa niba n paadi ki tuogi leni biyaba kan ya ye.
Knowing their thoughts, Yeshua said to them, “Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand.
26 Sutaani ya deli Sutaani, o tuogi leni o yuli.
If Satan casts out Satan, he is divided against himself. How then will his kingdom stand?
27 Li ya tie ke Belisebu n puni nni u paalu ke n deli mu cicibiadimu, yi ya hoadikaaba mo deli mu hme yaa yeli nne? Lani yaa po bi baa jia yi leni ti buudi.
If I by Beelzebul cast out demons, by whom do your children cast them out? Therefore they will be your judges.
28 Ama li ya tie U Tienu Fuoma Yua yaa paalu po yo ke n deli mu cicibiadimu lani U Tienu diema pundi hali yikani.
But if I by the Spirit of God cast out demons, then God’s Kingdom has come upon you.
29 O nilo baa fidi ki kua o gbamandaano dieli nni lede ki fie o piama, kaa kpa paadi o ki loli o? Li yaa puole o baa fidi ki kua o dieli nni ki fie o piama.
Or how can one enter into the house of the strong man and plunder his goods, unless he first bind the strong man? Then he will plunder his house.
30 Yua n ki taa npo kuli tie n yiekoa. Yua n ki todi nni ke n taandi nan yadi wani.
“He who is not with me is against me, and he who doesn’t gather with me, scatters.
31 Li tie lani yaa po ke n yedi yi, bi nisaaliba baa baa sugili tuonbiadi leni sugidi kuli po, ama yua n sugi U Tienu Fuoma Yua kan baa sugili.
Therefore I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men.
32 Yua n maadi mini o Joa Bijua po yaala n bia baa baa sugili, ama yua n maadi U Tienu Fuoma Yua po yaala n bia kan baa sugili moala leni ya yogunu n kpendi kuli. (aiōn g165)
Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age, or in that which is to come. (aiōn g165)
33 Tuo mani ke bu tibu hani ke bu bonluonkaala mo hani, yeni yaaka ke bu tibu ki hani ke bu bonluonkaala mo ki hani. Bi bandi tibu kuli bu bonluonkaala po yo.
“Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or make the tree corrupt and its fruit corrupt; for the tree is known by its fruit.
34 Yinba, u waalabi-buolu na, yin bia maama na, yi baa ga lede ki fidi ki maadi ya maama n hani? O nilo maadi yaala n gbie o pali nne.
You offspring of vipers, how can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks.
35 O nihamo ñandi yaala n hani o pali yaali n hani nni. O nibiado mo ñandi yaala n bia o pali yaali n bia nni.
The good man out of his good treasure brings out good things, and the evil man out of his evil treasure brings out evil things.
36 N waani yi ke ti buudi daali, bi niba baa togidi ban den maadi ya mafanma kuli.
I tell you that every idle word that men speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgement.
37 Kelima a maama po baa teni ban saa apo i moamoani, a maama po go baa teni ban bu ki cuo ha.
For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”
38 Li balimaama bangikaaba tianba leni Falisieninba tianba den yedi Jesu: Canba, ti bua han tieni tipo yaa bancianma n tie sinankeeni.
Then certain of the scribes and Pharisees answered, “Rabbi, we want to see a sign from you.”
39 O den goa ki yedi ba: Moala na niba yaaba n bia, ki go ha U Tienu sanhoadima yeni miadi sinankeeni. Bi kan tieni bipo sinankeentoa li yaa tie o sawalipuali Jonasa yua yaaka.
But he answered them, “An evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, but no sign will be given to it but the sign of Jonah the prophet.
40 Nani Jonasa n den tieni dana taa leni ñiadi taa o jamo tugu nni maama, o Joa Bijua moko baa tieni dana taa leni ñiadi taa kin tinga nni yene.
For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the huge fish, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.
41 Ninife dogu yaaba moko baa taani ki fii ki sedi leni moala na niba ti buudi daali ki bu ki cuo ba kelima Jonasa n den waani ba U Tienu maama bi den lebidi bi yama. Ama moamoani, yua n cie Jonasa ye ne.
The men of Nineveh will stand up in the judgement with this generation and will condemn it, for they repented at the proclaiming of Jonah; and behold, someone greater than Jonah is here.
42 Yaa diema n ye nuganu po ya pobado moko baa taani ki sedi leni moala na niba ti buudi daali ki bu ki cuo ba, kelima o den ñani hahali foagima ki cua ki cengi Salomono yanfuoma maama, ama yua n cie Salomono ye ne.
The Queen of the South will rise up in the judgement with this generation and will condemn it, for she came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and behold, someone greater than Solomon is here.
43 Ki cicibiadiga ya ñani o nilo niinni, ki yen gedi ki ban yaa gaandi yaa fuali n ki pia ñima nni, ki lingi mi fuodima, ki nan kan baa.
“When an unclean spirit has gone out of a man, he passes through waterless places seeking rest, and doesn’t find it.
44 Lanwani ki baa yedi: N baa lebidi ki guani n dieli po min den ñani naani. Ki ya pundi, ki baa sua ke li tie dieyaanli ki pidi ki hanbi.
Then he says, ‘I will return into my house from which I came;’ and when he has come back, he finds it empty, swept, and put in order.
45 Lanwani ki baa gedi ki ban taa cicibiadimu lele, yaamu n bia ki cie kani kiba, mun yegi ki ban kua li niinni ki yaa ye. Laa nilo yeyuankaama baa bia ki cie mi kpiama. Li baa tua yeni moala na niba yaaba n baa bia po.
Then he goes and takes with himself seven other spirits more evil than he is, and they enter in and dwell there. The last state of that man becomes worse than the first. Even so will it be also to this evil generation.”
46 Jesu n den maadi leni ki niligu, o naa leni o waamu den cua ki se niinpo ki bua ki maadi leni o.
While he was yet speaking to the multitudes, behold, his mother and his brothers stood outside, seeking to speak to him.
47 Niyendo den yedi o: A naa leni a waamu se niinpo ki bua ki maadi leni a.
One said to him, “Behold, your mother and your brothers stand outside, seeking to speak to you.”
48 Jesu den goa ki yedi yua n waani o yeni: Hme n tie n naa hmenba mo n tie n waamu?
But he answered him who spoke to him, “Who is my mother? Who are my brothers?”
49 O den tandi ki waani o hoadikaaba ki yedi: Diidi, n naa leni n waamu nna.
He stretched out his hand towards his disciples, and said, “Behold, my mother and my brothers!
50 Kelima yua n tuo ki tiendi n Baa yua n tanpoli ya yanbuama, wani n tie n naataanjaga leni n naataapuoga leni n naa.
For whoever does the will of my Father who is in heaven, he is my brother, and sister, and mother.”
