< Ebilunba 3 >
1 Lan yaapo n kpiiba bi nigagidiŋanba, yinba yaaba ke Utienu yini, yin teni yi yantiana kuli n jigidi ki nuanli Jesu wan yua n tie tondo leni tin tendi siedi ya dandanli po yaa kopadicianbado.
Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the apostle and high priest of our confession, Christ Jesus,
2 O den tiega yua n den puogi o laa tuonli po nani Musa n den tie maama U tienu diegu nni kuli po.
who is faithful to him that appointed him, as Moses also was faithful in all his house.
3 Kelima O kpiagidi den cie Musa. nani yua n maa li dieli n pia ti kpiagidi maama ki cie wan maa ya dieli maama.
For this man is counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who has builded the house, has more honor than the house.
4 Dieli kuli pia li maado; ama yua n maa li bonli kuli tie U tienu.
For every house is builded by some one; but he that built all things is God.
5 Musa den tie nidugika U tienu diegu nni kuli nani o naacemo yeni, ki tiendi siedi U tienu n den baa yuandi ki yedi yaala yaapo.
And Moses indeed was faithful in all his house as a servant, to bear testimony to those things which were to be spoken afterward;
6 Ama Kilisiti yua n tie Bijua U tienu diegu nni tie yua n pundi ti dugidi. O diegu tie tinba hali li yaa tie ke ti kubi hali mi juodima ti dugidi leni ya suginma yaapo ke ti kpiagidi ti yula.
but Christ, as a Son over his own house; whose house we are, if we hold the confidence and the joy of our hope firm to the end.
7 Lan wani nani Utienu Fuoma yua n yedi maama: dinla, yi yaa gbadi O nialu yin da juagi mani yi pala.
Wherefore, as the Holy Spirit says: To-day, if you will hear his voice,
8 Yin da juagi yi pala nani i yajaanba n den fiini mi yiema leni mi biigima daali ku fanwalinciangu nni.
harden not your hearts, as in the bitter provocation, in the day of trial in the wilderness,
9 Bi den biigi nni ki bua ki le nni, ba ke bi den la n tuona bi siiga hali bina piina.
where your fathers tried me, proved me, and saw my works forty years.
10 Lan wani n pali den beni laa ni fiima po ke n yedi: yogunu kuli bi yen yaadi, baa bua ki bandi n sani nni.
Where fore, I was angry with that generation, and said, They do always err in their heart, and they have not known my ways:
11 Lan yaapo, n den poli n pabienli nni ke bi kan kua n fuodima nni.
so that I swore in my anger, They shall not enter into my rest.
12 Lan wani n kpiiba yin yaa fangi yi yula ke o baa kuli n da pia yaa pali n bia ki go juagi hali ke o baa buli ki ŋa U tienu yua n fo.
Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in apostatizing from the living God.
13 Ama yin yaa tundi i yaba daali kuli tin ba yedi dinli maama. lan tie o ba kuli n da juagi o pali leni ti tunbiadi buandi.
But exhort one another daily, while it is called To-day, lest any of you be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.
14 Kelima ti tua yaaba taani leni Kilisiti ki tua yendo li ya tie ke ti kubi bonŋanla hali mi juodima tin den cili ki pia yaa dugidi.
For we are partakers of the Christ, if we hold our begun confidence firm to the end;
15 Nani moala lan yedi maama: dinla i yaa gbadi O nialu, yin da juagi mani yi pala nani ban den fi ki yie nni ya yogunu.
while it is said, To-day, if you will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the bitter provocation.
16 ŋmenbi n den fiini mi yiema ban den gbadi U tienu nialu. li yaa tie yaaba kuli ke Musa den gobiba ke bi ñani Ejibiti?
For some, when they had heard, did bitterly provoke; yet, not all that came out of Egypt by Moses.
17 U tienu pali den beni ŋmenba yaa po hali bina piina li yaa tie yaaba n den tieni ti tuonbiadi ke bi den kpe ke bi kpiema den ba mi fanpienmani?
But with whom was he angry forty years? Was it not with those who sinned, whose carcasses fell in the wilderness?
18 U tienu den poli ki yedi ke ŋmenbi n kan kua O fuodima nni li yaa tie yaaba n den yie O maama yaa ka?
But to whom did he swear that they should not enter into his rest, but to those who believed not?
19 Lan wani ti la ke baa den kua O fuodima nni kelima bi pajuaga po.
And so we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.
